You could literally tell the path my son drove. They come to us and fix it and give us a free oil change. I told my son not to use them, but of course kids don't listen. He takes it back. They break the cap on the coolant. The spin part on top so now you can't get it open and they proceed to tell him to take it to AutoZone to get the piece out and buy a new cap that they can't use a tool to get it out because then they would be liable. But they're not liable for breaking it!!!!

I had needed new tires for a long time. The tread on my back tires was dangerous, so finally I took…read morethe time to replace them. I had checked Firestone's website to check prices at first. I figured I would settle on the four tires that would come to the total of $450. Instead of booking online, I decided to call in to see how soon I could get in. I was told that I could drop off my car the same day and pick it up in a few hours. I was informed that the best tires came to the total of $490 something. I asked about the difference in what I was looking at online. I was told that the difference was that this price included a specific warranty. It frustrated me that the business would include the warranty without asking if I wanted it. I'm sure there are lots of people who would have just called and paid that price without questioning it. Especially in a time when cash is tight for a lot of people, it seems inconsiderate to upsell someone without asking their permission. Regardless, Firestone switched out the tires and called me within 2-3 hours (great timing!). They did a great job and I thought that the price was fair. I'd definitely come back and get other services done, but I'd definitely make sure to do my homework that I knew what I was paying for.

On Tuesday, they wait until 5:30 p.m.to start working on it because they had "had a busy day". Hopefully ready at 7 p.m. Poor judgement on the part of the manager to put my car low priority after Firestone's delivery blunder. I will never return.

When I told him not my family as we'd never come back, Will Green told me "That don't matter to me". Take 5 oil change- home of the 179 dollar oil change, where customers don't matter to management (at least not to Will Green).
