Plus they charge $6.90 for shop supplies and $2.43 for a "convenience fee". And they compute the taxes on all of the above. So the $59.99 oil change became $74.52. I call that deception, along with their forgotten promise.

They told me it was a crack in my sidewall, I left and went somewhere else. They showed me where the whole was, which was on the inner side of my tire. We arrived within 5 minutes and they took us right in as the tire was deflating. They were very busy, but have two dedicated people for such issues, or so it appeared. Incredibly friendly staff that was very outgoing. We were on our way back to our planned day within minutes. We now have a tire place to call when we need to replace tires and we were awarded with the attached souvenir that nobody wants.

Wildwood Tire desk staff had a "can do" attitude and understood the process of prioritizing workload and staff scheduling.
