First they slammed my car door into the metal. Then, they marked my receipt as having done all of the services they did NOT do. My air filter was not shown to me. I did NOT decline having my floors vacuumed and they were not done. I did not see any fluids filled. Lights were not checked. Wiper blades were absolutely not checked. Windows are filthy and we're never washed. I was told when I arrived that they had to wait on a 3rd person to change the oil and then they suddenly did it with 2 people. Last, but certainly not least, the guy signed my name on the credit card receipt. Extremely frustrating! Will not be returning. Thankfully another guy pulled in, saw how awful they were doing, and left before he got his oil changed. I will be disputing this charge with JL and my bank. read more

RIP OFF! STAY AWAY! Purchased a Groupon for The Full Synthetic Signature Service Oil Change. At check out there were additional charges. We paid a total of $109.24 for an oil change. I attached a photo of the receipt. It shows my Groupon and the other charges. I pay less without a Groupon! The Manager said it's for "a discounted oil change." That is NOT stated in the fine print. He said it was on the part of Groupon not Jiffy Lube for the confusion. I asked him who I could contact to discuss this. He again told me I had to contact Groupon, he had nothing to do with it. He said next time don't use Groupon and come to him, he can give me a better discount. That's a NO! Told my daughter about it and she said that's the Jiffy Lube that told her she needed all theses repairs done that were not needed! DO NOT COME HERE. They are crooks. I came in one afternoon for a routine oil change. I knew exactly what I needed, but they tried to convince me about all these things that were wrong with my car. They tried to get me to spend hundreds of dollars to fix everything that day, but I said no. I am a female in my 20's and the worker even tried flirting with me to get a sale. Since that wasn't working, he tried to get in my head making me think my car wasn't safe to drive. I told them just to do the conventional oil change and that I would have the other things looked at some other time. When it was time to ring out, he said they "accidentally" put in synthetic oil instead of the (cheaper) conventional oil I asked for. My car was all ready to go and I was too fed up to argue anymore.. so I just spent the extra money to pay for the wrong oil they had put in my car. That following week I brought my car to two different mechanics telling them about all the problems Jiffy Lube said I had. They both looked at my car... and go figure.. there was absolutely nothing that needed to be fixed! I even showed the mechanics the print off/receipt that Jiffy Lube gave me stating about maintenance that needed to be done ASAP. I am thankful for those trusted mechanics that were honest with me and didn't try to take my money! I will never use Jiffy Lube again. read more

Do Not Go Here!!!! I repeat do not get anything done at this location. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given my car once completed with the engine light on and told I needed to get my brake pads changed. I took my car to Mazda the very next day for a diagnosis on the engine light. They told me that the oil cap was not put on properly causing oil to spill all over my engine and that it needed to be clean up. "There is a mess all over your engine". Then they told me the air filter was not clipped back in properly which also caused the light to come back on. Third they then told me that the brake pads are fine and I did not need to get them replaced. I just got them replaced a few months back so I also agree with mazda. Don't get your car messed up by people that do not know what they are doing. read more

Went in for an oil change. They said my vehicle needed synthetic oil for nearly double the price. I said no thank you and for them to use conventional oil. They then said if they used that they would have to file paperwork absolving them of liability, that it would damage my engine, and it would cost the tech his job. For conventional motor oil. I like the fact that the employees at Jiffy Lube are not on commission. At least that way when I get an oil change I don't have people trying to scare me into getting hundreds of dollars worth of work done as well. I like that they vacuum your car out and wash your windshields. They did try to sell me the more expensive oil even after saying that I may have an oil leak. I'm not sure what the point of that would be. And the waiting room was like a giant ash tray. Normally I use another pool change service or just do it myself but Jiffy Lube had a Groupon special so I figured, why not? Guy who met me at the garage door had pretty poor customer service. Then they tried to oversell me everything they could when I know my truck in and out and know what needs replaced. Replaced my air filter two weeks ago and they tried to tell me I am overdue for a new one. Also on my receipt they marked vacuuming floors, "complimentary services" (??), filling fluids, checking lights, washing windows, inflating tires, etc.... and none of this was actually done. Also the special said it included a standard conventional oil change and brake check. I did not get a brake check. I used standard conventional oil and still was charged additional money on top of the special. The only positive was the guy at the register. I've used this location often in the past few years & never had any issues until this last visit. I had a Groupon for oil change & tire rotation. The employee told me they could not rotate my tires because the change of weather caused the lug nuts to swell & they didn't have a socket to fit. I've NEVER heard this "story" before. Not going to argue... so I took my car to Discount Tire a couple days later. No mention what-so-ever about the lug nuts other than the key to the locking lug nut was broken! That's funny, because the last place to have rotated the tires was JIFFY LUBE! I know they broke the key for the locking lug nut, and then gave me some lame BS story that they couldn't rotate the tires. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube. If they would have told me the truth, I would have accepted that. Accidents happen. But to out right lie to cover their mistake is unacceptable! read more

The price of the oil change is higher than most places, so that "free" service is basically included in the price, without them performing the service. I had back surgery two days ago, and my mother came in to take care of me. She saw that I needed to get my oil changed in my car, and took it to this Jiffy Lube. She was helped by a guy named "Mike". I understand that these places, and almost every other business, are going to try and up sell their customer. It's how things work. However, lying to my mother and telling her that my Honda CR-V requires "specialty oil", that's just bad business. He told her that she had two options of specialty oils, the cheapest being $73. Where it goes completely left, is when He told my mom that my card was declined, and asked her if she had cash? He didn't ask for a different card, he asked for cash. She knew I had plenty of money in my account, and asked him to try my card again. Miracle of Miracles, this time my card magically went through. This is why I highly suggest going to Valvoline in Bellevue off hwy 100. They are always quick and completely responsible with their suggestions. Don't go here when there is another option close where you won't have to be on your guard To the corporate comment below: Saying that they will "look into it" only if I take time out of my schedule, to call a 800 number, after having a negative experience? Unfortunately my last two oil changes at Jiffy Lube were disappointing. Nothing to do with personnel, all being friendly and professional. The issue was a broken grease gun. It was broken in January and again when I returned in November. I went to another location--Elliston Pl--broken there as well. I realize most newer vehicles have sealed bearings and no lubrication is needed. That said, many cars DO have grease fittings that require routine attention. If not maintained, costly repairs will eventually follow. When informed that they were out of washer fluid and couldn't top off the reservoir--not to mention having to ask for a tire pressure check--my decision was made. Going back to Valvoline. Perhaps a bit pushy on the up-sell, but they always deliver on the basics. What I expect when dropping $95 for an oil change. read more

Extremely dissatisfied. I usually have a good experience at this location, but I took my vehicle in tonight for a standard oil change with the Low Wiper Fluid and Low Tire Pressure lights on. When I left, the lights were still on. Checked the wiper fluid, it had not been refilled. Checked my tire pressure, did not match what the print out receipt had on it. Both tire pressure and wiper fluids were listed on my paperwork as checked and adjusted. Now I don't even know if my oil was changed correctly.... WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

The guys at this Jiffy Lube are so helpful! The plastic skid plate underneath the front of my car cracked and fell down after I pulled up too far in a parking space. I had no idea what would be open on a Sunday afternoon, and luckily Jiffy Lube was open for 20 more minutes. I pulled in and explained the problem, and even though they mostly change oil and rotate tires, they said they would take a look at it. They ended up tying the plate back onto my car AND they added air to my tires when they noticed they were low. They finished right at closing time, and they charged me nothing for the job. Welp, I was an idiot and fell for the oldest con in the book. Long story short, went to Jiffy Lube on White Bridge Road for an oil change and they showed me an air filter (supposedly) from my car that looked like a squirrel had been nesting in it. I agreed to have it replaced, assuming it would be a few bucks (of course, they never told me how much it would cost!) They ended up charging me $70 for the air filter. I complained to Jiffy Lube corporate HQ when I got home and they told me, "Sorry, but that's the price." I said "You've lost a customer for life." They politely told me, "Well, we're sorry to hear that, but there's nothing we can do." Just an FYI to everyone out there to NEVER accept an air filter change -- and I'd advise against using Jiffy Lube! P.S. I highly doubt that air filter was actually from my car the more that I think about it. P.P.S. I hope the $70 bucks was worth it for them -- they'll end up losing a lot more in the long run by me never patronizing there again. read more

Excellent customer service. I visited this Jiffy Lube after I purchased a Groupon voucher for an oil change and tire rotation and was surprisingly pleased with the service. The staff was speedy and extremely polite. They also were candid with me about which additional services were absolutely necessary and those that I could do without (which is rare when visiting any of these express auto service businesses). this is where I normally get my oil changed, however, I live in east nashville so I went to the Madison location. they told me that they couldn't unscrew the oil filter cap & to go back to the place I last got it changed (which was this location)... I called beforehand & explained the situation & they told me to come by. I got to the White Bridge location & tried to explain what was wrong (I know nothing about cars) & they looked at it; they got the cap off, but had to find a replacement cap before I could drive my car. all the men working were extremely kind & expressed how sorry they were for the wait. the manager drove around to all the different auto part stores around the area, but no luck. they finally found a replacement part at a store in Madison & had it delivered. although it took around 3 hours, like I said they were very apologetic & comped my oil change & replacement air filter. great customer service! the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the AC unit in the waiting area sucks & it was SO hot... typically I am there for 20 min or less, but it was hot!
