Meaning: they are NOT going to upsell, they ACTUALLY clean the windows and VACUUM the car which is a total bonus. This was my first time with them and now they are going to get all four of my cars from this point onward. I am wondering if they have coupons because if they do that would be icing on the cake. But we did repair a puncture hole in your back tire and did a complete inspection on your car. All looks good!" These people are godsends! It's a bit of a drive for me but it's 100000% worth it. After getting the green light, I took a day off work and made the drive. I arrived exactly when I was supposed to, only to be turned away at the desk and told they couldn't take my vehicle after all. It shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time and livelihoods. What kind of business tells a customer to come in, knowing they are traveling and taking off work, only to refuse service when they arrive? Avoid this location unless you want to risk wasting a whole day for nothing.
