The service is really nice and kind. The staff are very nice. I had a flat tire and they took me in right away and helped me and added air to all my tires. They have a TV and chairs and free coffee and a bathroom. It's nice and warm inside also. Plenty of free parking while you wait. Looks like the only issue is they seem to have just one person working and 2 front office staff but it would be nice to have 1 more person working on the cars bc it can be a wait which isn't terrible given I just walked in. read more

I've been here twice in the last few weeks. First to get a new front tire for my nephew and most recently for an oil change on my suv. I'll rate the oil change visit. If I could rename this business I'd call it just tired. Why you ask, I'll tell you. I made a 1030 appointment for the oil change for the suv. Its first one and I chose the more expensive oil change because I had almost 8K miles and wanted the tires rotated. Well even with the appointment it took them THREE hours to get a simple oil change done. Then after all that I go to pay and the cashier proceeds to tell me they DID NOT rotate the tires because they're NEW. Really , almost 10K miles and you don't rotate the tires even though it took three hours and that is what I paid for. You may wonder why I'm posting instead of taking it up with the manager. I tried that a few days later as I was pressed For time and I couldn't talk to anyone because the line was ridiculously long. I'll close for now but I'll say this. Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands if you go here for anything I'm a reasonable man but three hours for a simple oil change with an appointment That's simply not acceptable read more

Front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. The bad comes from the price of patching not one tire but two tires for the price of $110 after taxes. To be fair I was only priced $52.99 for one tire originally after inspecting all four tires Only to find that I had a second flat tire. By flat tire I mean each one had screws from my occupation as a General Contractor. (CEO) regardless overpriced thank god I made it to my local tire shop next to ford at melrose called ' tire center co 2 ' on maps. Paid only $72 Overall not happy with the price and the front lady began raise her voice after I requested to not proceed with the job. I do not recommend the shop and I can imagine the rent the shop pays for the location could factor to why it's expensive. Once more I do not recommend the shop. read more

Took my daughter for new tires. Spent over $600 for 4 new tires. Pulled out of the parking lot & the light was on for a low tire pressure! Pulled back in to the place & told them. At first they sad to drive around & the low tire light would go off. I told them the tire pressure on one of the tires was low. They said to pull around to the 1st door & they would check it out. No one ever came out. We left & now my daughter has to go to the gas station to fill the tire. It's freezing outside! I guess they are upset because I didn't want to spend another $200 on the wheel alignment. Crappy customer service. read more

Requested a tire patch for one tire on Sunday afternoon due to it having a nail in it. I was told that they could get it done provided I was there by 3:30pm after calling them prior to going there. I arrived at 2:40pm and my vehicle was not even pulled into the garage until 4:30pm. I didn't leave until 5:10pm. 2.5hrs. For a tire patch is unacceptable along with the fact that it cost $52 with tax. Will not be going back again. read more

Second time I bring one of my vehicles in to have tires put on, mounted and balanced, and Lugnuts were not properly tightened, or were over tightened, broke and wheel, fell off while traveling. We went because of a nail in our tire that was causing a leak. They said it couldn't be patched and we needed a new tire for $295.00. Luckily we called Maywood Tire Shop. He got us right in and in 10 minutes plugged the hole from a nail. Total cost was $16.00. Sad that Just Tires is taking advantage of people. Don't trust these guys! read more

I had an appointment, didn't randomly show up. I asked for 4 new tires and alignment, I already knew I needed alignment. It took nearly 3 hours. They also asked if I wanted alignment 1hr30 into waiting.. I already said I wanted it. Towards the end my car was just sitting outside in the lot I had to come up and ask about my car since I could see literally no was working on it, and they said they needed to do paper work still. I ended up not getting out of line after my question so they wouldn't take a new customers ahead of my paper work, which is what they were doing while my done car was just sitting outside. New tires were extremely dirty with white gunk all over, they didn't even do a basic clean up. They also didn't even bother resisting the tpms. Outside of this they were generally unfriendly as well. Not worth taking your car here. Messy and unprofessional. These people clearly hate their job. read more

Well recently what I don't like about this particular just tires which I think is unacceptable service is the fact that they say you have to leave your car all day being understaff and having so many cars behind to service as there excuse. Unacceptable. They say to come in on weekdays when it's less busy. Again unacceptable and also unfair because they don't consider customers who commute to a office job working 8am to 5 pm in which they are closed by the time I get out of work. Other than that I had wheel alignment on 2 cars l own next to all new tires on my older car of the 2. I am being nice for 3 stars do to the tires they sell and offering lifetime wheel alignment if you purchase that service at just tires however they make you wait the entire day because they are uncertain when they finish. I had service my newer vehicle last week and told me the same thing about the wheel alignment I got just to call me at 130 pm saying my car is service and completed. That wasn't all day at 5pm? Other than that this place really needs to improve on delivery of service and saying you are understaffed and having so many other vehicles service yesterday is NO Legit excuse and is Unacceptable. I suggest going to the far suburban Just Tire locations and avoid the Ones near Chicago. They need to improve their time of delivery and service. Prior to the early part of this year they were better because they had scheduled or reserved appointments to servicing ones vehicle in which they finished on time. I usually use the Just Tires store in Des Plaines which is fantastic. Unfortunately, I had to use the Norridge store last week and it was a nightmare. Filthy store and the parking lot had nails and screws scattered about (just great for a tire shop). It was pricier that the other Just Tires stores on the internet but i was stuck for a repair. The price quoted was $40 higher when I picked up the car 6 hours later, not the 3-hour time frame I was promised. "ARIES", the counter guy/salesman/alleged manager tried to hide the tire warranty on the invoice after I refused it twice. Hopefully, I never have to use this location again and can continue my tire service at the Des Plaines location. read more

Had to come here yesterday sadly because I woke up and realized my front passenger-side tire was flat... too bad I realized AFTER I started driving on it. Well, I was driving to work after calling Just Tires, they gave me a number I can call for a tow to their location. The tow truck came in about 40 mins and my mom thankfully waited for it while I was at work, since I was only 2 mins away from my house when this all happened. The tow truck brought my car to Just Tires, and they put 4 new tires in my car and realigned my back tires because they were facing out. Anyways, $600+ later, my car ran great today with the new tires and with the realignment. Much smoother ride and I feel higher from the ground with these new ones. Although I feel the price was a little high (I don't have anything to compare it to, though), they did a wonderful job and the guy who talked to us after it was done was super nice with explaining everything they did and what the importance of realigning the tires was. Overall, happy with my experience here, and I hope to God I will not need to return here anytime soon ÷) read more

This place is always so amazing to me!!! they always take care of my car so well. Unlike other place they dont peer pressure you into getting other "problems" done right away to the car. They give you recommendations of what needs to be done on the car and say they offer it but never tell you in a way that you feel pressured on needing it there and then. If I go in for a wheel alignment or an oil change that's exactly what is being done. along with a report of the entire car. If I think there's something wrong with the car they do free tire and brake checks. 10/10 recommend this company and location!!! read more

I went in for a nail in my tire and they gave me complete BS that it could not be repaired and told me I had to get a new tire for $506, even Joseph Rivas told me they don't have the tool available to put the spear tire. How sad that they use the same strategy to get you good. I see and hear them and believe they are not trustworthy. I see why they have poor ratings across all review engines. Ive been here a few times, just because its close to the house. Ive never been really happy with them, but it was convenient and they got the work done. Recently I came in because I picked up a nail and needed it repaired. After an hour he tells me that the tire is worn down to far to fix a nail hole. I assumed he wanted to sell a tire. I told him that I was aware, and was saving for new tires. Well he said it was against safety standards to repair it and that he would put on the spare. However, when I got home I noticed they didnt put on the spare, they didnt do anything. It must not be against safety standards to let me drive away with a nail in my tire. Poor time management and lack of communication. There's no point in making an appointment when customers are squeezed in beyond their capacity. What should take at most an hour took over 5hrs, just fortunate enough to have another vehicle. An elderly lady had been waiting alongside me for minimum 2 1/2 hours, but stuck at the shop. Avoid the location unless it's an absolute emergency and if you do go expect to wait an unreasonably long time. read more

I used a location out in Arlington heights that always got me in and out the door with any service issues I had. I needed to get a tire replaced so I set an appointment online for 3:30pm. I show up. There's no record of my appointment. I say ok - I'll still get it replaced. The gentleman said it would be an hour wait. It's been 3 hours now and my car still hasn't moved so figured it out uo a review. 10/10 do not recommend this location. I'd rather go to a used tire shop next time. read more

I've been here twice now and I haven't been happy with my experiences overall. The first time I came was because Just Tires usually has good prices and this is the shop closest to my house. I needed to have a punctured tire completely replaced. So, of course, I called to make an appointment - and the phone just rang... and rang... and rang... and rang. I didn't even think land lines could ring that long without just disconnecting or giving some robot message or something. So I hung up and called again. Same thing. I literally just set my phone down and let it ring for almost four minutes before hanging up. I called back a third time and - miraculously! - someone picked up after 90 seconds. The guy who answered seemed perpetually annoyed and was incredibly curt when I basically made him do his job and set me up with an appointment. So, I make my appointment and have my car towed. Now, this isn't cheap and it is a big time suck so I expected to be seen on time and have my tire replaced in a timely manner. Didn't happen. Even though I made a specific appointment there were so many walk-ins taken and appointments going over their allotted times that I ended up sitting for two-and-a-half hours waiting for my car. 150 minutes to change ONE tire on my car. Why would I set this appointment if you're just going to treat me like a walk-in and first-come-first-serve me? This experience was pretty nightmarish especially since there was a "Last Man Standing" marathon on the only TV in the waiting area. It was so bad that I actually had to get them to change the channel and when the person put on Fox News as an alternative I almost lost my shit and burned the place down. The whole bill wasn't insanely expensive (like $110 total with taxes and everything) but the experience here was unbelievably slow and irritating. The entire time I was here there was ONE guy working behind the counter. He had to do two jobs: answer phones, check in cars, check out paying customers, and generally keep keys and paperwork organized; he also had to communicate everything about all of the cars to the workers in the shop so he kept going back and forth between the counter and the shop, sometimes without even explaining to a waiting customer that he was leaving even though they were in the middle of speaking. Now I could see why the phone never got answered - at least a dozen times while I waited, this guy just let the phone ring and ring and ring without even acknowledging it. Great. Fast forward 52 days. The tire that this place replaced blew out. There was a GIANT tear in the tire after this happened so it was totally irreparable. No, I didn't purchase the "road hazard" extended warranty but I could not believe they would not replace this tire for free since it was LESS THAN TWO MONTHS since they had replaced it. I didn't hit anything on the road - this tire was clearly defective and it finally couldn't handle doing its job anymore. So, the second time I came here, I just had to show up since NO ONE would answer the phone the myriad times I called. I only came here because I thought they'd replace it for free since this was the one they JUST replaced. No luck for me. The same irritable jerk was working the desk and he didn't want to hear anything from me about the tire. I ended up paying for a second one (in two months) and they even lost one of my lug nuts so I had to go back a third time and complain. I've been to other JT locations in the past and they were far superior to this location. Since the one in Belmont-Craigen closed this is the only one on the northwest side but it is NOT worth visiting. I will never come back here and I absolutely urge all of you to stay away. There's other locations in the city and it would even be worth a drive to go to a close Cook County suburb if you can spare the time and get your car there. read more

Took my car in to get an oil change, and the tire repaired. They tried to say my tire was not repairable... Then went on to say the only tire made for my car was $400 for one tire. I proceeded to turn them down, as Firestone down the street had a matching tire for $240 out the door. Then when I show up to get my car, all of the sudden there's a "coolant leak" that was 100 percent not there before. I park in a garage that has coated floors, and had never had a leak. When I got the car home, there was fluid all over the floor by the time I got out. The old man behind the counter is rude and highly uneducated. Stay away! read more

Purchased 4 new tires at a location near my job and had it done while i worked. I purchased the road hazzard warranty. I get a flat and take it to this location near my house since it was the weekend. I was the second person at the door. I told him my problem and he asks me why I'm not taking it back to the location I purchased them from. I told him this location is closest and he says the warranty requires I take it back to the original store. I respond and show him it says "when possible return to original store of purchase" and today was not possible. He responds that its a 4 hour wait because they have a lot of appointments. It was obvious he didn't want to fix my tire, with four workers standing outside joking around.. I left with my tire and ended up going to a location in Des Plaines which gave me no problem. About 6 months later my wife needed tires. I figured I would try Walmart, yes Walmart. Service was much better and they even ordered the tires i wanted. Needed a patch one day, i call and the employee tells me to come in first thing in the morning and they will patch it. I got there 15 minutes before the tire department opened and they still took care of me immediately. Never get the road hazard warranty from Just Tires, it became an inconvenience to get a tire repaired. The wait time is ridiculous. I've been to other locations and besides the one in Des Plaines, they all seemed to be annoyed with honoring the warranty. read more

I called and told them my issue knowing it is an easy fix, but they told me over the PHONE that my tire needed to be replaced without even seeing it. After finally convincing them that it did not they proceeded to charge me 75 dollars to use a HAMMER and swing at my rim to unbend it. Then I needed my oil changed and after telling me the oil change was complete, I checked the oil and it was all gone!! More like an oil removal. This is a review for an experience I had months ago, however completley forgot to review. I went in and told the guy that my car kept reading that my left rear tire was low on air and that i thought there was cracks in the sidewall. Told him if if was something that could be fixed I would rather them do that them replace a tire. My other three tires were reading fine. He says they'll look and see what's going on. I leave and go across the street to the mall. An hour later he calls and says its ready. He replaced the two rear tires (i had instructed they replace two if a replacement was needed) and matched the pressure in all four. I go get my car, everything seems good. Within three days my new tire on the left rear side is reading low. I take it back in and they check it and say its fine. They check my other tires and its actually my front left tire that is reading low. Which means the whole time my "left rear tire" was low, it was actually my "left front tire" that was low. But before changing and discarsing my tire that was good, they never bothered to do a check to see what was wrong with the tire, nor check the pressure to make sure it actually had a problem. When I pointed this out to the guy he lied to me and told me they dont do pressure checks or anything. This is a straight lie, because for them to have matched the pressure in all four of my tires exactly when i first brought it in, they would have had to read the pressure. At that point he said it was my fault for telling him to replace that tire. I specifically told him I wanted them to look to see what was wrong. If you aren't finding anything wrong with the tire.... then maybe check for something else. On top of it when matching the pressure after replacing the two, wouldn't you notice if one of the front ones, that wasn't replaced, was reading extremely low? I argued with him for well over an hour. His only defense was that's not how it works. Eventually he gave me a free tire after I threatened to call coorporate. However with further examination he also lied about that. He told me he was giving me the same type of tire. Its actually a piece of crap tire compared to mine. Ive literally shared this with everyone I know when ever a similar topic comes up just so they wont come here. Totally lack of customer service and respect. read more

Came here yesterday for a flat tire fix. left the car and after 4 hrs was told that i have to replace my tire because apparently the tire cannot be patched. to make long story short i just took back my car and brought to the nearest firestone in Norridge and boom after 1 hr the tire is fix. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel it's necessary for others to know. An hour prior to closing I went in to get my flat tire fixed. Not including it was over priced I was quoted 48$ for repair !! , and one hour wait. (Until close) 45 min later I was told the tire is not fixable and that I can buy new one for 180$ ... I asked them to install my spare tire and was charged 25$. Next day I went to a different tire shop and they fixed my flat tire for 15$ ! Within 20 min.
