I went in on Saturday, August 15, 2026, knowing that I needed an oil change, oil filter, and engine air filter. I had also gone a little over on my air filter, and my check engine light had recently come on. I had already checked my truck on the diagnostic machine at work and knew everything was okay--the air filter was simply due to be changed. Honestly, I went in expecting that I might get the usual upsell: someone telling me I needed a diagnostic test, additional services, or repairs that I didn't actually need. That never happened. The young man who helped me, Ethan, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He checked my A/C cabin filter, showed it to me, and explained that it should be replaced. I said, "Okay, let's get it done." And that was it. He never once tried to upsell me on anything else. I got my keys and left. I drove to pick up my daughter, and after the truck completed its normal reset, the check engine light went off--just as I knew it would. To make things worse, at one point we even locked the keys inside the car. It was one of those days you just don't forget. The entire team stepped up in a huge way. They helped us get the car unlocked, made multiple trips to the parts store, and even stayed late past closing on a Sunday evening just so we could get back on the road and make it home that night. They were so patient and kind with us -- especially with our kids -- which meant more than they probably realize during such a stressful day. What really surprised me was the bill at the end. I had an interesting experience. Let me tell you about it. I called and asked if, I could drop off my SUV. He said, they are already full. JAMES (bless this guy, the best) picks up from CB, told me I should take my car to Tesla (honestly), and he explained why & what's going on. With the information James gave me, I was able to safely research my problem and it was not related to the tires I just had put on, but the cameras need to recalibrate.
