They do a great job on the oil changes. The downside is trying to get the fuel line service. I've been here twice to have that service performed and both times they didn't have the trained staff available to do it. Joey, the assistant manager made arrangements for me to come in the next morning when she knew the right people were there. I completely understand the staffing issues, they could have left it at that. What impressed me was how she went the extra mile to help, a level of customer service that is rare today. We went here to get my husbands emissions and on the spot renewal on 8/22. The guys were so friendly even with us showing up at the end of the day. One of the guys even brought out suckers for the kids. It was such a refreshing experience after a couple really terrible experiences with a certain tire repair shop the day before. Just moved to the area and was in need of an oil change. Used Valvoline before so I figured I'd try this one out. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service was almost perfect until one guy, the guy taking your information and payment, ruined it with his bad attitude because he couldn't find my van's scan code. It was not a pleasant experience. Will not be going back to that location. He should be the one changing the oil so that he doesn't have to deal with people when things frustrate him. I was hoping this place would be better than Jiffy Lube but it's just another overpriced oil changing place. The advantage these guys have over a car dealership is that they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was in a hurry so I came here. I normally go to the dealership that charges $25 an oil change. However it can take up to 2 hours right sometimes even longer to get a change done at that location. I did like how these guys did not try to upsell me on anything but to get a filter changed or anything like that is really expensive, which is kind of annoying. I found these guys on Groupon and bought the Groupon but I ended up spending another $30 besides the $50 from Groupon so it was quite expensive of an oil change. Should learn in a hurry and can't wait and come here otherwise there are places that are cheaper and do just as good of a job but the wait times can be long. read more

I went in for an oil change. I was pleased with how fast they got us in and they were thorough and checked more than I had expected. The prices were affordable. But unfortunately there was a man there with a bad attitude and was completely rude, and made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. He was yelling at not only the employees but also at the other customers. He was throwing things around and was completely unprofessional. As a woman I didn't feel comfortable or safe in the situation. I was going to stay and get my emissions done here but didn't want to stay longer than I had to and decided to go somewhere else. Typically change my oil and small maintenance things on my own. I had driven past this location and discovered there was only one other car in the bay so I decided to pull in and give them a try. I have had bad experiences with the Jiffy Lube that was in this location prior. I was greeted professionally and was also pleased to find out that you remain in your vehicle throughout your entire service. The technician asked what I wanted done and then showed me my options for oil and other services I needed. Everything was fairly priced and I was never pushed into a service I didn't need. He also showed me the cameras on the screen beside your vehicle that let you see the technician underneath your car and what they are doing. I thought this was a cool feature for someone who needs some positive assurance about the work being done on their vehicle. I dealt with about 4 technicians total and was treated great by everyone involved. I will be passing this location on to all family members and friends to use in the future. I will definitely be back to this location with all of my vehicles. read more

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. I had called before I went in, the women got the make, model, and year of my car. Quoted me 40$ which is reasonable. I get there, and the men start telling me it's going to be 90$ because my car requires a "special full synthetic oil" so I called my dealership and asked to speak to the mechanic and he tells me they're lying. They just lie to make extra money off you. Don't listen to a word they tell you. Very dishonest. Terrible visit wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more
