This review is long overdo! Came in for annual physical appt (last Oct) with Dr. Dahlem when my…read more(now former) primary care doctor at Northwestern was unavailable for months. Couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of care (thoroughness, knowledge, advice and outstanding communication / people skills - huge differentiator over my prior doctor). The rest of the onsite team I interacted with was terrific too - warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient - all around great experience. Had a follow-up appt today via zoom. Again - great experience. Your model works great for me as I travel quite a bit and being able to get care in different locations in person, via app or video call is super important to me. Truly grateful for the excellent quality of care along with the innovation which makes getting healthcare so much easier!

Everyone knows who you are after only a couple of visits. All appointments are followed up by a thorough report on their site. I had an after hours issue that I reported by phone. The response was almost immediate. I received an email detailing what I should do if my pharmacy was closed overnight. The prescription was ready within a couple hours. The response was really impressive. I highly recommend the office.

From the second that I decide to receive my infusion at Premier Point, they have been a great partner. They helped me work through my insurance and access challenges. They help me schedule my next infusion and give me reminder calls prior to the infusion. They remind me when I need an annual check in with my physician or when my paperwork needs to be updated. And, finally, last but not least, the team is so sweet, nurturing and caring. You have a private room for your infusion. You can watch TV, Netflix, or simply read or work. If you are hungry, you can order a meal and eat it during your infusion. It is a very delightful experience- very customer centric. I highly recommend Premier Point in Deerfield.

Very inexperienced and incompetent staff. They are somewhat friendly, and the facility seems modern…read moreand comfy. They offer snacks, have video games, Netflix, and more which is all well and nice. The problem arises when you realize there is no doctor on site and the nurses don't have a clue how to set up an I.V. They just spend endless time poking and prodding and trying to find a vein all the while the patient is agony. The nurses DO NOT LISTEN to feedback. They forget hot compresses/cold packs, don't know when the medicine is finished, or don't know the answers to basic questions. Had other problems as well. Been here twice and that's 2 times too many. Going elsewhere and recommend you do as well. UPDATE 30 MINUTES AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW: I received a call from this facility half an hour after posing my completely honest Google review and they told me based upon that review they are unwilling to provide us service anymore. Obviously we could care less as I was never returning to this NOT PREMIER circus show but the fact they actually called me to tell me that based on my negative review I am unwelcome here just shows how UNPROFESSIONAL they are. At no point did they apologize. You have been warned.

I don't know about you all, but there are some places you know you never want to have to do a…read morereview for. This is one of those times for me. On Dec 7th, 2025, The Doctor was suffering from what we thought was heartburn. He took the usual actions to relieve the pain, but nothing was working. On Dec 8th, he had some ginger ale through a straw to help make him burp. About 15 min later, he was sweating, had a fever of 103 degrees and was shaking. I rushed him in the car and we head to Evanston Hospital (that will be a different review). We got to the emergency room and The Doctor was admitted right away. Several test and a CT scan revealed that a large gallstone had gotten stuck in his duct and caused all kinds of back-up and infection. The liver enzymes were off the chart and he had pancreatitis. The Doctor was in so much pain that he was given morphine multiple times and placed on massive antibiotics to deal with the infection. It was decided that a stent needed to be put into the duct to open it up and then remove the gallbladder. Problem was, there were no available beds and they felt that the procedures needed to move fast, so they found him a bed at Highland Park. He was transported by ambulance and by the time I got his things and got to the hospital, he was already in his room. The Doctor had the stent put in that Monday and the gallbladder removed that Tuesday. He was in the hospital for five days, so I worked remotely in his room. The room was really nice and I liked the set up they had. There was this seating arrangement that looked like a sofa, but it was split in middle with a table between two seating areas. I was able to work comfortably there the entire five days. The bathroom was very clean and large, with plenty of room for someone on a walker to get in and out. The Doctor did not use it initially because he was hooked up to a lot of tubes for antibiotics and monitoring. The staff came in every day though to clean the room and the bathroom. Sheets were changes when The Doctor was out of the room, but not everyday. This was not a problem since The Doctor was no mobile the entire time he was there. The Docs, Nurses and Staff were all very nice, constantly checking in on The Doctor and even asking me if there was anything I needed. The food was actually ok in terms of the menu The Doctor was allowed to eat from, although he was not all that hungry. There was a liquid and full liquid diet, then he went to a full diet. When he could eat, he got a cod dinner and a burger on the days he could eat. I had several bites and it definitely needed some seasoning, but a little tajin fixed it up for me. The hospital itself was clean and the check-in staff were nice. The cafeteria is an experience as it is in the basement. You will definitely get in a lot of steps getting there and back to your loved one. There is also a small self serve market on the first floor that has quick fixes for snacks, meals and drinks. In the main area is a digital Starbucks machine if you want a quick coffee. And several times I ran into these robots, who were on their way someplace. One got on the elevator with me. I have no idea why, but I did say "Hey what's up?" to it just in case...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I see this hospital has a low Yelp rating and I am not discounting those Yelper's experiences. My review reflects me and The Doctor's experience during a five day stay with them and I feel they went above and beyond for both us. Don't want to go back there, but if there was a need to, I would be ok

Normally I am so obsessed with having a paper copy, but they turned me away. Without food or my morning coffee this did not make for a good start to the day. (There was another person who also was turned away). I have rescheduled the appointment, found my paperwork, and I'll try again.

I first saw him for a herniated disc that was not responding to medication or treatment. My doctor mentioned surgery might be needed since I had sharp pain radiating down my left leg all the way down to my ankle! I got immediate relief with the first treatment, but woke up the next morning to find that the pain was still there. Went in every other day for another 5-6 treatments and my pain and symptoms were completely gone. I have since been back a couple of times for minor back pains and aches, and one treatment was all that was needed. I am now going to proactive and get treatments right away when I feel any back discomfort. And I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed, which is a bonus from the endorphins released from acupuncture treatments. His prices are also extremely reasonable as he believes that everyone should be able to afford treatments that promote and sustain their health. Can't say enough good things about this practice and practitioner.

I was taking medication from my doctor for mild depression, I had talked to my doctor and have tried about every medication that addresses these issues but it wasn't really helping. One of my friends told me maybe I should try acupuncture, I was very skeptical at first, but I thought, I have tried all the medication out there and it's not working so I decided I would give it a try. Anatoliy was very kind and thorough, about what I was experiencing. I am a little afraid of needles so that thought also ran through my mind, but I told myself if I hate it I will never return. Well quite the opposite happened, after the first treatment, later that day I found I had more energy, I slept through the night and never found myself again waking in the middle of the night. I did not expect to have results so soon, but in my case it was so. I am no longer taking depression medication, and find myself very productive and happy. I can schedule my appointments online and the cost was very, very reasonable. You simply relax in a very comfortable chair, I sometimes will fall asleep I am so relaxed, Anatoliy will but a heater by your feet if you like and even a blanket on you if you prefer, which I do. Unnecessarily rude for no reason. - GO TO MIDWEST EXPRESS IN GLENVIEW INSTEAD…read more I made an appointment for a TB blood test the night before. The next morning I am at work and they call me and I couldn't answer as I was at work. No voicemail was left. My appointment was right after work so I didn't have time to call back. I show up and there are 3 ladies at the desk. One lady addresses me and tells me she doesn't see my appointment. The other lady doesn't even address me but addresses her coworker and tells her that "we called her earlier and left a voicemail" I tell her that I was at work so I wasn't able to answer and ridicules me for not being able to answer the call "We called you so so long ago" and then goes "why don't you look at your voicemail and see why we called you" Easily could have just nicely told me the reason the call was made. I showed her my phone which had no voicemail. She tells me very aggressively and almost in a way that she assumed I was dumb that you can't just come in here and get one, you need to have your doctor order it. This woman needed some customer service training. I had made a mistake as I did not relize you needed to have a doctor order it and she instead chose to be rude. I was maybe in there for 2 minutes and that was all the time I needed to realize to never choose endeavor again!
