Pastor has been my "go to" item --fatty pork cooked to tender deliciousness and served stand alone with beans and rice or in a soft taco like i had it today. Silence as soon as the food arrives as everyone is too busy enjoying their food.....Enchiladas, salsa(oh and they don't charge for chips and salsa!), fresh and made to order. Everything is good here. Every bite had bold, authentic flavor, and nothing felt rushed or low quality. The salsa bar deserves its own mention, it had everything you could want, from classic options to more unique flavors. But what really stood out were the fried jalapeños and onions... those alone are worth coming back for. Seriously addictive.
