Disappointing. I was expecting an elite sub on par with Hungry Bear, but left with a sandwich only slightly better than a premo Subway sub. Stingy with meat and generous with the bread. Had the garlic steak sub...meh. Maybe i caught them on a bad day. I might give it a shot at some future date...If someone else is buying. read more

Excellent philly sub and the best curly fries ever.

This place makes a great sub! Also have some great deals on certain weekdays such as thirsty Thursdays (free drink with a sub) and French fry Fridays (free French fries). The only down side is the seating. I you go during lunch rush you'll probably be getting your food to go. The staff is also very friendly and remembers you even if you come here sporadically. I always look forward to lunch here and love the cheese fries. read more

I ordered a chicken bomb with honey mustard. Normally at most good sub shops you need a fork to pick up all the stuff that falls out. Not here, they put just enough to but not a lot, the whole wheat bread was stale and they put no honey mustard although I asked for it. The place is ok but it's no where near hungry bear or subs etc, those are the best in town. read more

Being from Chicago it's hard to find a good sub place here in Miami but this place this great. If yu like a bit of spice get the chicken philly with cheese green peppers and jalapeño peppers, yur runny nose will thank yu. This is by far the best SUB shop in west kendall!!!!! I go all the time and the staff even remembers the customers names...they are awesome. Recently I had the chicken and bacon and let me tell you it is cooked perfectly! Only thing that they can make better is expanding for more dining space other than that its perfect. Very Tasty, had The Godfather sub all the way! The only thing I wish could be better is if the meat would have been chopped up better a mixed better, instead of chunks here and there. Tamiami subs is great! You can taste how fresh their ingredients are because the buy locally grown. The people there are very nice and cook great. I have their honey mustard chicken and after eating that I'm good for the rest of the day. Their sandwiches are more filling than those of hungry bear or subrageous. I just wish they stay open longer and on Sundays. read more

last week i took my friends out to eat and they wanted five guys (which is close). i wasnt in the mood for a burger so while they were chowing down, i called up this place and ordered something to be picked up in 15 minutes 15 minutes later i was having one of the best subs ive ever eaten. they prepare it exactly how you want it and they arent stingy with their meats. if you order a garlic steak, its gonna come with enough steak, and thats alot coming from me, seeing as i complain alot. lol. anyway, the sub was great but it was a bit expensive. about 9 bucks for just the sub. i really dont mind though. as long as the food is good i usually dont care i highly recommend this place read more

Honestly I was so excited to come here because I saw it had good ratings. Unfortunately, my tastebuds agree to disagree. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted. Not only did the food make me feel like I was getting pimples as I ate it but the staff being so rude didn't help. I feel so upset that I wasted $14 on what is supposed to be their best sub and I drove so far to be only disappointed. I would've been so happy with a burger from the dollar menu at McDonald's. I only recommend this place if you're prepared to taste trash. If you can vomit your food, I would definitely return it. PS: I only voted one star because 0 isn't an option. read more
