Great food and great service! I really like this place--it's always clean and welcoming. I've been here a few times and it's never disappointed. On my last visit, they even gave us some fresh fruit while we waited for our food, which was a really nice touch, especially on a hot day. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I always come here to eat with my kids, this is the first time I've had a bad experience eating here. When ordering I asked for a steak sandwich with chili fries, the cashier even repeated it back to me and I got regular fries. When I told them I got chili cheese fries with my combo, they looked at me like I was an idiot and never charged me for them. When I asked if I could get them and all pay what didn't charge, the server told me we only have two cooks and will take long. It's only chili and cheese I asked for.

The food is good, but I don't like the poor transparency on the hidden fee that they don't show you and it's not posted for the customers awareness. Technically they're stealing from their customers without knowing. At the cashier, I don't see any signs posted about a fee. The math doesn't add up. Take away a hidden percentage from your tab. The math doesn't add up where do the $1.11 go? all fees should be clearly disclosed upfront to customers

The people here are very nice. But the prices are ridiculous. The food is your average greasy spoon meal... not bad, not amazing. It's been years since I was here, so imagine my shock when I ordered a chicken strip meal (strips, fries, salad, dinner roll) and a small drink and it was $25! The prices are especially shocking considering the shape the place is in. I think it's the original booths and tables. There isn't a single one with no rips in the upholstery. Overall...ambiance and food are not worth the price.

They had a Valentines game where you roll some dice, we ended up winning two free burger meals! Food never disappoints, this is one of our fav spots to grab something close to home. Workers are friendly, and even brought complimentary fruit to our table. 10/10

By far the most amazing burst of flavor!! Ordered chili cheese carne asada fries and chili dog. The orders are huge!!! Lots of cheese!! The order of chili dog, comes with 2 big size dogs. Absolutely delicious. We ordered through Door Dash and the orders were well packaged.

Tam's first off always has a friendly staff. Secondly they always have great food, freshly made from breakfast to burgers. They have a nice big location which is always clean with TV's with sports or politics or something on if you don't have someone to talk with. I have been here many times and will continue eating here in the future. read more

I've gone to the Tam's in Rialto and have loved it! Thinking this Tam's would be the same, I came here. The chicken tenders & cheese quesadilla here are not better than the Rialto location. Though, the cheese quesadilla here comes with a salad, which is nice. This location also does not serve curly fries. The chicken tenders taste as though they came from Dairy Queen. Tam's disappointed me on this one. Will continue to go to Rialto location. read more

If I ever go there I get the chili cheese fries. Best in town. But the last 2 times it's been half the usual amount of fries chili and cheese, the cheese is all in the corner/hanging out of the box mostly unmelted because the chili is on the other side of the box. The fries are burned and taste like old oil. I miss the old fries. It all just looked messy and sad. Please fix this! read more

I have been here once. I ordered a double cheeseburger. It was yummy. Nothing spectacular but it was hot and juicy. I like some flavor in my fried zucchini. The batter was just too bland for me. It's good for some fast junk food. Place is really loud and crazy. read more

Tam's is great! My husband and I have eaten here many times and sent many of our friends here, whom also agree that the food, price and service is great. As for it being too noisy not at all. Here in Yucaipa when a food place opens it is usually busy for a little bit so that is nothing new. read more

This place really deserves no stars at all. Their food was greasy, greasy, greasy! No taste to bad taste. The manager/ owner was rude. I will not ever go there for anything again. The only thing I can say for a positive review is that it is "fresh meat" to Yucaipa and the euphoria will wear off soon. I think In-n-out should come to town! read more

Made an account just to let people and the owners know how horrible there food was i got shrimp with fries. fries were very soggy shrimp tasted like it was out of a box. My girlfriend got taquitos which came with beans on the side which had 3 soggy chips shoved into them. The taquitos had some sort of "guacamole" looking substance on them. Terrible experience will not return! read more

I come to Tam's regularly and am always pleased. They have a diverse menu, solid portions, and a unique, lively atmosphere. Their bathrooms are well maintained and their service is satisfactory. They have some televisions throughout (which is not my preference) that play news and sports. It's a nice place for the family and I will be returning for sure. read more

The food here is always great. However there is questionable customer service when orders are called in by phone. It is unclear if the girl answering the phone is always having a bad day or if she just has horrible people skills. My wife likes this place, I'm not the biggest fan. Had the western bacon, didn't like it at all. Next time tried the taquitos the next time, not at all impressed. Maybe it's bad choices on my part, because my wife loves it, but overall because there are so many options it's very hit and miss it seems like. I guess they're okay at some things, but great at nothing. read more

I give 5 stars because it is the best choice in the area. I order one of the same three things every time. Double cheeseburger, great deal when ordering family combo. The club sandwich is a huge portion and it has never let me down. And when I'm feeling like emptying my pockets I order a Philly cheesesteak fully loaded: extra cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni and onions. In my opinion the best I've had and near everytime. Staff is usually very polite, also the restaurant is cleaned top to bottom. read more

Great prices. Great food. Horrible horrible service. The last time I was in I had a hair in my fries so I went up to the manager and he completely ignored me a young expo took the plate and apologized. The manager never came up to me or apologized. I received a new plate but no apology. Worst customer service and I know now they do not wear hair nets. read more

Easy to find. The establishment itself was cool and refreshing from stepping outside. When you go in, you don't expect to see a ceiling mural, which was quite the surprise! The place was clean including the women's bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good, a little on the pricey side but well worth it. read more

I always love coming here great food as well as cheerful waitresses. But a BIG turn off was I believe was the manager. She was rude to us as well as her staff. Ok, I get it if your staff is doing something wrong then take them in a different area away from paying customers. It really shocked me. I feel bad for the employee's that have her as their manager. Tams Burgers, the name says it all, not Tams steak and egg breakfast burrito ! And certainly not Tams over cooked egg boarding on burnt, with a little of the shell included and mushy hash browns minus the brown, flavorless steak way under seasoned and a huge clump of cheese in one spot, triable restaurant I'm sitting on the toilet regretting going to the only place open at 6:00 am in yucaipa. I won't be making this mistake again. read more

Had the wet burrito in Victorville at #28 and thought that it was great, however the wet burrito in Yucapia was AWESOME!!!! Huge in size, Huge in flavor, Huge Huge Huge! Normally we are in a motor home, but this time luckily in a SUV, otherwise parking would have prevented! Will be heading back to Tucson in a couple days, going to get a cooler and take several home! Love this place! read more

My husband and I went here today for the first time. We ordered one burger combo (includes fries and beverage) and one additional burger (no fries, no drink). Both burgers were so dry we could hardly get them down, and the patties had been fried so much they were burnt to a crisp. "Freezer" French fries had been fried so much they were hard as a rock. It doesn't seem like they take the time to cook the food properly. We won't be returning. read more

30 minutes after ordering our meal we got the first meal we ordered. Then each plate came out one at a time every 5 minutes. My sister is allergic to gluten and we told them no bread on the salad and they put it on the salad anyway. Most of the food was cold by the time we got it. Will never come back. There was still melted cheese residue left on the sandwich, which poses a serious health risk for someone with a life-threatening dairy allergy. Food allergies are not a preference--they are a medical necessity. Customers should be able to trust that special requests related to allergies are taken seriously and handled properly. I hope management provides better training on food allergy protocols to ensure the safety of customers in the future. This experience left me feeling unsafe and hesitant to return.

He placed the order a few hours beforehand since we both had busy afternoons at work and wanted to make sure it was ready when I got there. Order wasn't ready when I got there and the person who initially helped me couldn't find it in the system. I messaged my partner to see if he placed it at the other location that a few miles down the street and he verified it was the correct one and sent me a screen shot with the address and order number. Another employee found it in the system and remarked that it was in progress for 200 minutes because of when my partner placed it. I told him that my partner ordered it a while ago so it'd be ready at the specific time he chose on the app at check out so it'd be ready for pickup on my way home. The employee told me they'd start making it and a few minutes later the name on the order was called by a woman who I assume is the shift supervisor. She proceeded to show me the receipt for the order and pointed to the time when my partner made the order and told me they'd start making made the order hours ago and ended up throwing it away because it was sitting for a long time. I told her that shouldn't have happened since my partner chose a pick up time at check out, which he knows he did because he had to scroll through to pick the time. She insisted that he must have chosen the wrong time and that it was our mistake but said they'd remake the order anyway, like they were doing me a favor by doing so. I did not like the attitude at all and being called to the counter to show me the receipt and make it seem like this was mine and my partners fault was unprofessional. I worked in customer service for over 10 years and would have been appalled if an employee spoke to a customer like that. I did a google search while I was waiting and apparently it's a known issue with the app pushing place ahead in store orders to be made immediately instead of the time they were specified to be made. This can't be the first time it's been an issue at this location. When I got home, I realized we were also missing part of the order, which honestly feels intentional considering the whole situation. People will come to a business for the product that they sell, but the level of customer service they receive will determine if the customer comes back again. That's something I tried to drill into new hires during my time in customer service. Based on the level of customer service I received today, I do not want to come back to this location and there is a reason why this location has a low score.

They were tasty, but I would have loved to see a chicken option on the menu as well. One thing to note: jalapeños are automatically added to the bánh mì, so be sure to request no jalapeños when ordering if you're sensitive to spice. The seasoning and flavors in both bánh mì sandwiches were excellent, and all of the vegetables served with the bánh mì and egg rolls were fresh and crisp. In my opinion, it's often the little details like fresh produce that reveal the quality of a restaurant, and this place definitely delivered. We arrived around 7:30 PM and were a little concerned that we might feel rushed since it was getting close to closing time. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The staffs allowed us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace, and we never felt pressured to leave. The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. You walk up to the window and ring the bell to order, which is kind of cool. The owner, Joy, is amazing. She's super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she really cares. She helped us pick what to order, explained the menu, and answered all our questions without rushing us at all. We asked about gluten-free options and she actually came out to our table and went over everything with us, which I really appreciated. We ordered the mala noodles with beef, drunken noodles with chicken, papaya salad, and sticky mango rice.. and everything was seriously so good. Like, some of the best Thai food I've had. The food was fresh, light, but still filling. We got medium spice and it was perfect. We also tried the green tea and it was ridiculously good.
