They do have to change the attitude they give when you go there to order, bad customer service isn't good for any business. My first time eating here and let me tell you my experience. As soon as we got to this place we already knew it was well known because it was really packed with people. The staff is very nice the lady taking our order . Took us about 5-8 min to get to the cash register to order so we ordered 4-5 min after we ordered our burgers were done that was amazing!!!!!! Went to tams yesterday ordered a couple things first of all girl in drive through was rude made me hurry up. Went ordered food (drive thru) understand they are very busy. But frustrating when you waiting on that long line to place an order. Been coming here for years. But to be treated with no service. Lady at window wearing a grey sweater was very rude. Asked for a dressing charged us $.50 cents I was okay thought first dressing was free. Guess not.....Then was giving us another dressing we said no thank you it's okay. She grab it from the food she put it on and tossed towards the back of the register like she was bothered. Was never treated with this service before. So either she not happy with her job or she just needs a break and a very long break. So she knows she has a job for the reason we buy food there. I'd write down 5 stars but this is just one of those paces that are a hit and miss. The food is good here and there. The atmosphere thankfully they have cleaned up. This is one of those places that when your starving late night you won't be dissapointed the amount of food you get it just great. The Nachos are often a hit and miss sometimes they're amazing and other times you just wish you hadn't ordered them. The burgers are always on point and the fries are so damn good the seasoning just makes them so great when you have the munchies of any kind. I loved coming here as a kid and still love coming here at the age of 23. Overall I highly recommend this place if you want something that would fill you up at a great price. The price ranges at about 9 dollars, it's worth it if i would have received the good pieces of chicken but they weren't. The pieces were small, and it didn't come with the breast,my favorite part. How can someone not love this place!? I work the graveyard shift, my coworkers and I all agree that this burger joint is amazing. There are very few places that can serve great food after midnight and this Tams is one of them, we've called and placed our orders ahead of time and when we get there, a 8-10 min drive from our work, the food is hot and ready for pick up. It can be a little crowded if you're going a weekend morning but who cares if you're about to eat some great food. I've had their "Pastrami Chili Cheese Fires", Pastrami Sandwich combo, chicken salad, Carne Asada fries, and "Super Nachos" and I am impressed how big they really are, a little expensive but you'll have enough to last you the whole day or share with someone else. A few things stand out that makes this place worth your business, 1) The meat they use is remarkable, I really don't think I've had Carne Asada and Pastrami like that before seems really fresh, they use thick cuts so that's a definite +, and 2) They use a whole lot, they cram as much as they can fit in your order, they won't skimp out on it. I have been coming to this burger joint for about a year and a half. Along with the burgers, the fries, onion rings, and chili cheese fries, all are very good too and the servings are huge. I've also had the breakfasts, which are also very good. I wouldn't recommend going before 7am because you will get yesterdays bacon and sausage. If you work there and you're reading this you know what I'm talking about. I also wouldn't stray from their core menu of burgers and such. As I've had the chicken dinner and the Mexican food, which were both not very good. The service is fast and courteous, the prices are reasonable, but parking can be a problem.
