Tiffany is the Best! Been coming here for about a year now and have not been disappointed. There are several staff to choose from for cuts, colors bayalage and more. They also have two stations for pedi and mani which I have not tried there yet but looks like they do a good job. I always come out of there very satisfied the products use there leave my hair feeling and looking healthy. The haircut was OKAY, but I don't pay $40 for an okay haircut, that's what super cuts is for. The girls at the front desk weren't friendly. The girl who cut my hair seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, especially when she was blow drying my hair. I ended up asking her to stop drying my hair and left with as many tangles as I would if I would have stuck my head out the window driving on the freeway. Been here a couple times and always love coming back. The vibes are cool the ambiance is nice love how it is decorated inside....that matters a lot and not only that my stylist was Jessica Rojas! She is the best especially when it comes to the ombre hair color! She is friendly and cool and gives good advice to upkeep your hair! She always brings my hair back to life with all her products! I've been going to Sandi for extensions and color for 5 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else, EVER. After a string of bad experiences with extensions, I found her, and the quality of hair for the price is unbeatable. Julie Ruben has been my stylist since she was in Chino Hills and I have followed her around ever since. This salon is the best I have ever been too. Julie is amazing and is the only one that can do my very thick hair properly. I have had others in between in emergency situations but they do not compare to Julie's expertise. Every time I leave the salon, I'm so happy! Lacey seriously has talent. She has done my hair three times and I have never felt so happy with the results like I do leaving Tangles. I just got my 6th set of extensions by Sandie and I can say with confidence again that I would never go to anyone else for my hair but Sandie and Tangles! The quality of the hair is great and I've kept past sets in for over a year with no problems! Just follow the care instructions properly and use good quality shampoo (extensions are a commitment and you must specially care for them!) I also recommend a shower filter if you have poor quality water in your area, I get mine from Sprite.. but I've never been disappointed with my hair! I love the Tangles staff too very friendly and welcoming.. but especially Sandie because she has changed my life and how I feel about my hair! Worth every single penny. read more

I just got my hair colored and cut by Jessica and it's one of my favorite cuts and color I've ever gotten! I had gotten a balayage done a couple months ago and wanted to go back to my natural hair color but Jessica suggested maybe going over my balayage with a brown that was a little bit lighter than my natural. It was a perfect suggestion and I love the color she chose! I brought a picture in and she totally understood the style and look I was going for. She's also super nice and personable. I brought my 70-year-old mom here for a haircut and color, and Marina did an amazing job! Her short haircut was very stylish, while age-appropriate. My mom said it was the best haircut she's ever had! My mom wanted to stay with her red color, but her hair was a little pink from using boxed dye. I told Marina "no pink!" and my mom said "no old-lady purple!", and the corrective red color that Marina came up with was probably the prettiest red I have seen. Days and now weeks later, my mom's hair still looks amazing, she is able to do the style, and her color is still vibrant (reds fade fast). I waited in the salon while she was getting her hair cut, and they have a nice waiting area with a huge variety of magazines and free coffee. However, the long couch they have is rather uncomfortable, as the leg leg part is short and the back part is a hard 90 degree angle. read more
