The studio has a wide variety of equipment, which is great, but there was a lot going on visually. Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

Something to note is that there is only one park, so big dogs are combined with small ones. Theres a small obstacle course for dogs to jump and run through. And for the humans, there's also a few benches on the side to sit at.

There are four big pine trees with separate retaining walls around three of them for owners to sit down. With it being so close to the bay, there's often a nice breeze that goes through the park. There's no divide between small dogs and big dogs, so it's best to just keep an eye on your dog, and many owners around here are usually respectful. The street parking immediately adjacent to the park is free, however, it has a limit of 30 minutes, and the parking meter workers are strict on it if they're around. I bring my dog here around lunch time because those who live/ work in the area tend to bring their dogs during their break time and my dog gets his socialization time. They close 8am-11am MWF for maintenance/ cleaning. Currently, both gates are broken so it's not as secure as it should be, and who knows when the city will actually fix it. There're a few agility structures and a water dispenser. The children's park itself looks pretty cool for kids with a lot of structures with slides and swings. There's also another separate area with fixed exercise equipment that looks well- maintained. The water feature in the park is a water feature, not a pool.

Where can you find a large art sculpture and the many areas made of wood and the climbing is for exercise.

Childrens park one of the best educational parks and for the many structures you can have fun the whole day.

I don't even remember her working on them specifically, but I was halfway in a trance like state of pleasure so I'm not sure how accurately I really remember things. Every session leaves me walking taller, with noticeably better posture and the effects last for at least a week, which is rare. She is STRONG and maintains consistent deep pressure throughout a full two-hour massage! What really sets her apart is her ability to find knots and adjust her technique on the spot if the muscles don't respond. I've had people just give up before. She's trained in multiple modalities and mixes them up to meet your body's needs. If you live with chronic pain and your body responds positively to massage, you simply must visit her! I leave every appointment feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I've also had some of my best naps on her massage table. She truly gets me through the week, and I can't recommend her enough. Also, her space is beautifully decorated and full of personality. It's warm and inviting but also unique and clearly reflects the care she puts into everything she does. The spa entrance is very dark and has a weird smell to it. Does not feel like I am at a spa but a used office space that some did not care about decoration for her business. The treatment was in a darker room than the front entrance. No calming music The appointment I had was for 4:00 Pm and she was 20 minutes late to start. The treatment was lame and did not have the machine for the Microdermabrasion but a handled unit you buy for your home. Then she tries the upsell which I am not interested in.
