One of the best taquerias in town, with an amazing price on everything. Every time I get the bill, I'm always shocked at how low it is. Consistently good food, for the last 2 years. The food is pretty darn good. And it's consistent! And they will make you four tortillas. No booths tho...just the standard table and noisy hard chairs. A couple oversized rectangle tables... very clean and has an open kitchen. The menu is quite extensive! The prices are really good! So, here's the secret: go here first and order the food. I like to stop here and have a few beers after work. Yesterday I stopped had a few beers and an order to go. When I got home I realized my breakfast burrito was not in the bag. I called the restaurant that lady said I will have to wait till tomorrow when the manager is there. I went back the next morning explained what happened. The lady in charge said she does not remember that order so it did not happen. I will never return to this restaurant. All this over a $5 burrito. read more

So many things wrong with this place!!! Basically servers choose whatever table they want, which is wrong Took 5-10 minutes until a server finally came over and took our drinks Took another 10-15 minutes to take our order because she was flirting with the guy server in the kitchen, like seriously? wth She saw my pissed off and annoyed face when she Finally took our order. My mom ordered a ceviche taco and something else. Server either didn't want to take our plates to us or what so she sent the guy over. My mom was disgusted with the taco, didn't even eat it. I got two chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. Freaken low quality Mexican food like seriously. beans were way too liquidy and over salted, rice was not good wasnt cooked right and was bland. With me, I like and have to have my chicken white and that's whats supposed to be in an enchilada. With this enchilada, it had disgusting chicken, tasted awful and picked it out. Was not white whatsoever. I basically only ate the freaken tortilla and forced myself to eat the beans and rice. Will not come back here ever, and do not recommend it to anyone. Of course i know what great and amazing Mexican food taste like(my mom is an amazing cook) and this place is not a place I would find great food. Well, its about time another good Mexican restaurant went back in here. The food is very fresh tasting and the chips and salsa are good too. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the service could be a little more attentive. I am pretty sure its mostly a family run operation, which is what I'm all about supporting. Went here for the first time today with my wife. She got the chicken flautas, I got the beef fajitas. Chips and salsa were great! Very fresh tasting as well. Both of our meals were excellent. Definitely quality food, and cooked perfectly. Definitely had a great, non-processed, feel and taste. Rice and beans were excellent as well. Friendly service, fast, and a great experience. Definitely not a 'fancy' restaurant, but very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. It seems to be hard to find a good place to eat here in Ceres, and we're very happy when we do. read more

Very good casual sit down dining experience. The food was very fresh and you could tell by the intricacies of the ingredients that made it a fresh alternative to other Mexican food restaurants. Kids enjoyed it as well and the kids meal was complete with a drink for a very reasonable price. read more

Great food, reasonable prices. I suggest the tacos alamanca - they come heaping with carne asada, bacon, cheese - there's nothing else quite like them. Service is sparse - there was a fantastic waitress the first time I went but she has since disappeared. I suggest sitting in a high visibility area to offset this. read more

We've been here multiple times. The older woman (I'm assuming owner) is very friendly. The young waiter (big guy) has always been friendly and attentive to us as well. We've never had a problem with our food (it's always been great). The horchata is bombbbb. So why the two stars? The most recent waiter we had was wiping his snot and eyes as he was taking our order. I mean, come on, how unsanitary can you be. That was so disappointing because we love this place but that totally grossed us out. Hopefully he sees this and invests in some tissue and hand sanitizer. Better yet, stay home if youre sick and you're expected to work around peoples food!! read more

I hate to give a bad review but save your money and go elsewhere. We ordered food to go. Once we got home, they not only didn't include my husband's chimichanga meal but my daughter's burrito plate was missing the burrito. In its place was a pile of fries! Wtf! When my husband went back, showed them our receipt, they gave him the old cold meal they forget. Instead of remaking it... They just threw in two plain chimichangas. No sides, toppings or anything. So basically, he got half his meal replaced. The salsa was horrible. No spice/heat at all and it had an overpowering taste of onion. The wet burrito that I ordered was just decent. Nothing special, just decent. We won't be returning. read more

Service is great! They have freshly squeezed orange juice. The food is really delicious they taste really fresh as well as the chips. Crazy to say the pancakes are really good. And also their Asada fries. Molcajete meal really delicious he comes in the big portion and it's totally worth the price. Stopped here for the first time in late December, had a molcajete. It was served with rice and beans and a small salad, the taste was great for what was in the molcajete. The flour tortillas were also great with the beans. The food was enough to fill me up and still have leftovers. My second time around was also great, though that time I decided on the fajitas lagos. The recomendaction I have is that there should be a little more shrimp in the fajitas. There was still enough food to fill me up though! read more
