My wife and I are on a mission to find a go-to taqueria here in Suisun-Fairfield. This is our first time here. First off, the place was clean. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. She greeted us when we walked in and when we left. She even asked if we needed anything else when she brought us our order. We had Tacos Carnitas - it had the perfect crispiness for me. crispy but not dry. still full of flavor. AND they give a lot of meat! 5/5 Pastor - Good flavor. plenty of meat. a little drippy but in a good way? delicious. 5/5 Asada - Still plenty of meat. Flavor was good but on the chewy and a little dry. too much salsa. "me enchile" says the wife. 3/5 Horchata - Watered down and a bit powdery tasting. maybe it was just the end of the day. 2/5 Unfortunately they didn't have lengua today. i'll update when we come back. We got chips for free even though its on the menu for $1.50 thats always a good thing. they had a salsa bar which had 4 different salsas, pico de gallo and pickled jalapeños. For the quantity and quality of the food @2.50/taco is an absolute win. good food good service, this is one of the top Taquerias in town by far. read more

On a warm spring day, I wanted to pass time while I got my tires rotated. So I decided to have lunch here. When entering, I was not sure if I have to order from the counter or the table. The friendly lady at the counter told me to have a seat and she will take care of me. Because I was wearing a decent plaid shirt I decided to go with the carnitas super nachos. Before then, I was offered chips and 2 empty cups for salsa. It has been a very long time since I got my own salsa in this post covid world. It turned out that the casual nature I can get salsa was the highlight as the green salsa was very fresh along with some Pico de Gallo on the side. This also mixed well with the nachos that came. With the Latino music in the background surrounded by locals, I was relishing the extraordinary salsa experience with the nachos to encourage a nice long and unproductive nap this afternoon. read more

I only pick up food here since there is no dine in. Every time I come in the staff is friendly. The food is quick and always delicious. This is actually one of my favorite Mexican food places. I normally order nachos or burritos with lengua or cabexa or asada. All are great choices as their meat is always flavorful. On the weekends this is my go to place for Menudo. Tortillas are hechas de mano, I tried the menudo and it was so good. I love that the tortillas were made by hand. The girl who helped me in the front was very nice as well. I've been searching for some bomb tacos in Solano County, and can finally say I found the spot. Today I ordered 3 chicken tacos, which came with complimentary chips. They offer numerous complimentary/self-serve sauces, as well as jalapeños and pico de gallo, all which were made with such quality. My tacos were absolutely amazing. But I felt a real disappointment biting into that burrito. It's not because I'm picky, I'm not. This place has amazing food. Everything is cooked great here. The biggest problem I've had with this place is that every time I order something from Grubhub, the food is always incorrect from what I've ordered. Me and my husband normally will order al pastor burrito with everything on it and a Carne Asada burrito without beans and a large horchata. Multiple times they have either forgotten the drink or put the wrong meat, and have put beans when it was requested without. We love this place so much we've continued to order from it but I'm frustrated with the fact that I ordered from here and they put beans on my breakfast burrito. Went to split a carne asada super burrito. Neither of us could eat it as the meat was cartilage or something not meat. We're you can't chew it. We didn't eat it and asked them to just make us a chicken burrito and they did no problem and gave us a free taco. Still I was already sick by them and threw up in their restroom te couple of bites I took, and was sick the rest of the day. Called and asked for a refund for them both because one order was completely messed up and both nacho orders were made with stale chips dry meat and the toppings looked like they were slopped on top! Save your money and go somewhere else. The only thing edible was the sloppy quesadilla.. I go to get the refund and as soon as I got in the dude already had my money ready so I walked out got in my car only to be followed out by said dude saying that only the nachos are in the bag where is the quesadilla? Then when I said that's all that was being returned! Some of the best tacos I've had in the local area. I had two lengua tacos and a chicken crispy taco. All were really good. The crispy taco was crisped on the plancha, the way it should be. My son had a cabeza super burrito and was equally pleased. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful.
