    Los Compadres Tacos

It's been a few years since my last review so when we went to dinner this last time I decided to take some update pictures. There's so much to choose from on their menu. We decided on the Quesabirria Tacos. It's served with consome. They have a self serve chips and salsa bar. The chips are fresh and there's a handful of salsas to choose from. The service was 10/10 from the girl taking our order to the guys walking by several times to check on us. They also have a couple TVs with different sports on to watch while you're there. We'll be back soon!

On January 28, I had the invite to this Taqueria and it was delicious! I arrived at 1 PM and it's a solid amount of people going in and out/hanging to enjoy the food. Order: I ordered the two veggie tacos with no sour cream and then proceeded to take myself to the complementary salsa bar with super fresh chips (still warm m) and a beautiful array of salsa from mild to hot and they also have jalapeños and carrots! Food: My veggie tacos were bomb and presented well on a large double corn tortilla that included rice, beans, cheese, guacamole a little mild salsa and fresh lettuce. Everything was layered beautifully. The portions were nice and it was super fresh and delivered with prompt and kind service. Not only did the team ask how we were doing once, but three times! They really care about their Taqueria. I lastly wanna say the food hit all the feels and Yes, you may pay a little more by 1-2 dollars compared to other places, but it's worth it. I am definitely interested in coming back and trying their new lager beer that they just launched, a burrito, and the epic menu of Flautas!

This is a place where we regularly order lunch. The portions are good and the food is delicious. We often eat here as a family. Each family member has their own favorite. My favorites are soup and tacos.

Veggie burrito with red sauce. Yummy!

Love this local taqueria with a varied menu, wonderful service and an impressive condiment bar with delicious fresh chips. The burritos are filling and tasty and prices are reasonable. I particularly love how the owner Abraham is attentive to members of his community. Speaks a lot about their values as a restaurant. And not surprisingly the restaurant is immaculate. Enjoy!

Surprised by the large loaded fries size. Was worried there would be meat on it but they followed directions as requested. Would order again

Omg!!! The refried beans r some of the best I've ever had!!! I got the meat tostada-simple & delish!!! My daughter got the taquitos plate w/ rice & beans & she enjoyed it!!! Their salsa bar is great!!! They had lime tajin cucumbers that I really loved!!! Staff is friendly & the food came out w/ a quickness!!! They have a tv on w/ sports, Mexican music playing, & the decor is simple, but represents!!! U should definitely try this spot!!!

Came in for lunch with the family. You order your food first and then sit down. They have an open salsa bar with warm chips. There are some big screens with the menu on the wall with some pictures of the food. We ordered the quesabirrias, menudo, 2 asada tacos (just the meat) and a side of beans and rice. An agua fresca and fountain drink. The place medium size and the service is nice and fast. They have music playing and a couple tvs with soccer games on. The food was really good and freshly made. The chips pair up good with the beans and my son likes making lil nacho bites with his taco meat and beans. The quesabirrias were hella good with the consome cup to add some juicy flavor to the meat. The menudo was also really good, only available on the weekends. You can choose between handmade tortillas or chips. Will be back again.

I ordered to go. I've been here before may two times but at that time it was good and that was years ago. This time I received a burnt torta with little pieces of meat which I felt I was only eating beans and bread . The taco which is crunchy was ok I think it will be tasty if I would have ate it right away. The ladies greet me when I entered with a smile and she was nice. The place look clean and at the time people were coming in to order on the go. Do I recommend this place? Up to you. I'm not coming back.

Unfortunately, our first experience was not so good. The food arrived cold with runny beans on the $23 plate. :( i don't think we will be ordering from this place again.

I always find myself heading to this establishment the last couple of years because of its proximity to where I live, the cleanliness, the ginormous Carne asada burritos + chips + salsa, affordable price and great service. I decided to mix it up this time and got a shrimp super burrito I ordered a to-go order on a Friday because I was in a rush to attend a meeting and the place was pretty packed with a lot of people arriving for lunch. Shrimp burrito = Great! Next time I'll request the burrito to be light on the wet ingredients when ordering to-go because I'm always afraid when burritos fall apart on me. It's no question I'll be returning as always in the future to get my burrito fix.

Te Amo! Everythings phenomenal! Good portion sizes, great flavors, and a huge selection of menu items. They have great salsas at the tortilla chip bar too. I've had way too many al pastor tacos here. The street tacos are loaded and i love the micheladas, super tacos, and am looking forward to trying out more items on the menu. This place is on the regular rotation as it is consistently good and it always hits the spot. Ole!

It's themed around horse racing, but not in an overbearing or... tacky way. The mixologist was delightful and had great recommendations, the lights were dim, and the drinks were all on point. The other coffee drink that surprised me was the Revolver. I always forget about what a good pairing orange and coffee is, and I'll be taking this one back home with me to try! Every other drink we tried was delicious in some unique way. The Pho drink was savory and surprising, the New York Sour was rich and flavorful, and the Practical Move was refreshing. We all ordered soup and salad, and those items were good. It just seemed like the items prepared by the chef were terrible. Also, the time between courses was ridiculous. It wasn't even busy and there was over a 30 minute wait between each course. Our dinner took almost two hours! The service, while friendly, was very slow. No refills, not check backs. The restaurant was not even half full. I dont understand why salad, entree and desert takes two hours to come out. Prices were not in line with the quality of food presented. It tastes modestly sweet so I would caution downing more than a couple of these at the risk of a hangover. The Purple Haze (mainly ube foam on blanco tequila) is unfortunately nothing short of a flop. To be fair, I'm negatively biased toward anything tequila in the first place, but this drink tastes like straight tequila. The ube foam doesn't contribute to the taste and awkwardly floats on the surface. TLDR: beautiful interior, good food, and decent drinks (depending on what you get).
