Food was decent. Bring on 12th there are extensive other restaurants to choose from. The service was ok. Not nice. Not mean. Just impatient. What turned me off though was the Biden sign in the front window. hard to pay exorbitant prices for a tortilla, old grease & yucky guacamole when they support this administration. I was wiling to ignore it if the food was good, but just knowing I was unwanted due to being on the other side of politics was petty and unnecessary. The vibe was not good. The place was a little messy as well. Good luck to this small business in bidens anerica.

To clarify, this is the food truck on the north side (not the Southside location) although they are the same business. Make sure to try them out on a Tuesday for the best deal and get the combination plate which includes a little bit of everything. These Sonoran style tacos are not your typical tacos with beans rice ect. These are tacos with some fire salsa and you squirt some lime juice and buy a agua Fresca to replenish. I have gone here several times and these are a tucson hidden gem. The salsa is a Chile de arbor base one I'm pretty sure so it's HoT! They are right next to the panda express on oracle between limberlost and Wetmore. Highly recommend!

It's my Taco week, finally tried porfis potato taco. Loved it. Hard shell one was not so much. A lot of side veggies for to go order. However, the meat filling for the tacos can be a bit more generous...

I saw this taco shop on a youtuber's video and I am glad I did! It's actually a few minutes from my work but I never would have found it. Their tacos Vapor and Dorado are an amazing mix of meat and potato in perfectly prepared tortillas. The hot sauce is one of the hottest and tastiest I've ever had (and I'm a hot sauce freak). Absolutely recommend to any taco lover.

Have you ever wanted a punch of flavor in a taco that melts into your mouth? That's what you can expect from a taco al vapor from this place. On this occasion, I got the combination (chimi, taco al vapor and taco dorado) and even though everything was good, the taco dorado was not a showstopper. We also got a quesadilla, and it was ok. The flour tortilla on the quesadilla was good. This place is very, very understated. The menu is very short, and they really do few things, but do them well. Get the tacos al vapor. They'll for sure make you want to come back.

Taco Tuesday! Al vapor and dorados.

Wow this place was delicious. I've eaten here before a long time ago however it has either gotten much more delicious or I had forgotten how delicious it was! Two words: TACO TUESDAY. Every Tuesday they have $1 tacos dorados, $1 chimichangas and $1 tacos al vapor. Had the two types of tacos and OMG were they delicious!! My son had the chimichangas and he loved them also. A MUST TRY IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA ON A TUE. highly recommend. Also the staff was super friendly and that makes the experience better.

So, I like this place I do. I just think the food is inconsistent that's why I give it 3 stars. I always order the combination plate which comes with a chimichanga, taco vapor and a crunchy taco. No beans or rice or anything which is fine. All of the items come with meat and potatoes in them which is good. But sometimes the tacos are really fresh and sometimes they aren't. I've also noticed this place has mostly locals which is why they don't really give you a menu when you arrive, you have to ask for a menu. I love the chimichanga, it's my favorite of the 3 items. The items also come topped with lettuce, tomatoes and mayonesa. I know, the Mayo sounds odd but it works. I guess maybe because nothing has cheese. Oh, and the salsa is sometimes really hot and sometimes not so much. Good local place for tacos and such!

The food is always good, this placd started in nogalds back in the 80's, and iy offers some of the best beef chimichangas, hard shell tacos, and aoft steam tacos. Thei secret sauce or ingridients must bs dang good, the actual physical locationa is not the best but their food is always consistenly good. Always go for the combination plate, is good,

It was our first time...and how have we gone so long not trying this amazing restaurant?!? The food is spectacular...EVERYTHING was magical. They make a great prickly pear margarita but the muddled strawberry Caipirinha was my favorite. Wow! We enjoyed the steak empanadas and bacon wrapped chorizo stuffed dates for our appetizers. Get those dates! I admit I was skeptical but so glad I tried them! Had never had paella before but the Mar y Tierra was HUGE and just DIVINE! We got 4 portions out of it! The Crème brûlée was a beautiful conclusion to a fantastic experience Highly Recommended...you won't be disappointed. So glad we got out of our box and tried something new. Can't wait to come back!

The food was amazing and the service was top-tier. Our waiter was friendly, funny, and great. We had the best dinner here during our trip to Tucson. First off, the whole menu sounds incredible but you just can't go wrong. We picked the following tapas: LAS FAVORITAS (Dates stuffed with Spanish chorizo, wrapped in smoked pork) PULPO FERIA (Octopus, fingerlings, chili oil, parsley, chimichurri and greens) TOREADOS (Seared shishito peppers, lemon, herbs, chicharrón) ALCACHOFAS (Grilled artichokes, goat cheese, orange zest, and mint) And for the paella: MARISCOS Grilled squid, prawns, mussels, clams, and saffron For dessert, we got the tres leches. The cake was so soft and drenched in delicious cream. I'm really not kidding when I say everything we got was delightful. I can't pick a favorite, get them all! I will say though that the paella was a star of the night and was filled with so much saffron and seafood so don't miss out on it!

Reading through one of the three-point reviews, we decided to take a shot anyway since it was only marked down two points for some issues with the server. So in we go. We are in a Friday around 1:00 PM. Just after the lunch rush expect expecting there to be pretty far tables. More people receded than I expected in a large room had a private party going on as well. The place is actually quite beautiful with wonderful color schemes aren't very comfortable chairs and tables sit around. The hostess, who I believe her name was Angelina was incredibly polite, energetic and helpful. Got a seated got us water got us chips and salsa while our server Jackie was finishing up her tables in the private party to come out to us. Jackie was quick, efficient, friendly, and checked on us as often as we needed to, which wasn't much From a food perspective, we got the lunch specials for Gorditas and I tried the combo with a corn, tamale chicken enchilada, and Carne Asada taco. The presentations were simply stunning, but more than that they were functional. All of the flavors mixed in created some exceptional dishes. I have honestly never had a corn tamale as good as that one and I've lived here most of my life. The chicken enchilada was so incredibly well seasoned with just enough cheese on top to add a little extra punch along with the Crema, and all the other flavors. Tortilla bread was perfectly balanced with the meat, tasting so good you didn't eat any of the toppings. But the toppings turned it into one heck of an adventure of flavor. Yes I know. I'm waxing a little philosophically here, but the food really did impress the hell out of us. Service was great, food was great, presentation was great, environment is great we recommend coming here and we will be back. Price wise for an upscale Mexican restaurant this one's right in line around $16-$20 a plate foremost dishes. Of course you can spend more, of course you can spend less. I would have added a picture of the food, but at this point, all we have is empty plates and I didn't think that would do any of you any good.

It came with a bunch of sides: rice, refried beans, green salsa, guacamole, a grilled jalapeno and slaw, plus complimentary corn chips and red salsa. The beans and rice were perfunctory, but with the addition of salsa and bits of jalapeno they were OK. The burrito itself was large and had plenty of pork, though I didn't care for the marinade. The two salsas were good. All in all, it was just OK. The ambiance is nice and service was fine.
