    Fresh Made Tortillas. BOMB!
    Ter L.

I got a very last minute invite to accompany my Little to a hosted event. Free food, why not!?? We arrived to the shindig and I immediately noticed the filled plates of tacos that continues to pass me by. No joke.... I suddenly got super excited and was ready to tear ish up!! [Don't mind me & the effect that food has on me. Lmao.] Raquel had their whole setup underneath a two tents. One being the cooking station and the second being the condiments area. Everything was organized well and although the line for tacos were long, Raquel's crew were prompt and very efficient. So here's the rundown: There were 4 types of meats that are offered. -Chicken -Carnitas [pork] -Al Pastor [pork] -Carne Asada [beef] The tortillas are handmade & pressed on the spot. The condiments included onions & cilantro, two types of salsas, shredded cheese, lime wedges, and grilled speared jalapeños. The offerings also came with a side of rice and beans. Food was delicious and the tortillas are seriously THAT damn good- I could easily eat them plain. The fresh tortillas were slightly crisp and charred in all the right places which added to the overall taco experience. Trust and believe, Raquel's crew has this down to a science!! FYI: Meats were seasoned well but the chicken was a bit dry for my tastebuds. Keep in mind that the charred peppers are HOT. They don't play!

I have never once been disappointed with a dish, and I love trying new dishes on their menu. The staff is awesome, and the place has a cool astehtic vibe. I highly recommend, just know that it is a bit pricey but the experience is totally worth it. P.S. they give you palate cleaners snack in between courses for free. They also gave us a complimentary caviar cone, which was such a nice surprise and was savory and delicious. We also tried the bruschetta, which was super yummy, along with the octopus, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I came back a second time with my best friend and we ordered the New York strip. Unfortunately, that was the one disappointment. The meat was pretty tough and not nearly as tender as I would have expected, especially considering the overall quality of the restaurant. The cocktails, however, are amazing! The ambience is beautiful and the service has been wonderful both times I've visited. Overall, I really enjoyed both experiences and would definitely come back. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is because of the quality of the steak on my second visit.

It was the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and made for a really relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant has a great vibe overall, especially if you're looking for an outdoor brunch. (Have not been inside) I ordered the steak chilaquiles, and I'd give them a 8.5/10. The flavors were really good, the sauce was delicious, and I liked the addition of the eggs, avocado, and queso. My only complaint was the steak. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out medium well, a bit dry and was tougher than expected, making it difficult to cut. It was still tasty--just not cooked quite the way I was hoping. The mimosas were good too, a great value. Nothing that really stood out as amazing, but definitely nothing bad about them either--they got the job done. What really elevated the experience was the service. Our server Rebecca was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly quick throughout the meal. They checked in at the right times, answered our questions confidently, and made us feel well taken care of without ever being overbearing. Overall, I'd come back, especially to sit on the patio again. With a more tender steak, this meal would've easily been an 8.5 or 9 out of 10!! :)

Hey there party People…read more Decided to venture into Willow Glen today on the hunt for something new to try. Boy howdy did we hit the Mother Load with "The Table". We hit the Brunch hour and the place was rocking. We were able to sit right down amazingly. There is a fabulous patio to people watch and enjoy the California weather. Our server Charles was really great. He walked us through the menu giving us the 911 on watch to order. Most of the plates were perfect shareable bites. Making it easy to try multiple plates and really get your inner Foodie on. We started with the Seasonal Banana Pancakes with crushed walnuts and cinnamon maple syrup. Inside the pancakes were fresh bananas and the walnuts were crushed very small but added a great texture. Moving on to the Chicago Steak sandwich don't get confused but in Chicago they refer to Roast Beef as steak. The Au Jus dip was very flavorful without being a salt bomb. Loved the potato roll they used all round a killer sandwich. Going a little outside the box we tried the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The pineapple slaw with this amazing peppery chutney type sauce played so well with the acid of the pineapple. Another must have sandwich. I ask you how can you go to a new restaurant and not have some dessert. With everything else being so good our expectations were pretty high and we were not disappointed. The Giant Profiterole is exactly that GIANT and stuffed with White Chocolate Gelato and Hot Chocolate Sauce that you can drizzle over the top. To fricken die for good. If you are in Willow Glen and you don't stop here you are missing out on something wonderful. Be kind to one another

I also got the lemongrass chicken and miso tofu as my main proteins. The lemongrass chicken was tender and had good flavor. The workers there let me know there was a fresh batch of tofu coming out in 5 minutes and asked if I'd like to wait for it. I love that they offered to give me the freshest option! The veggie sides are also well seasoned and cooked so you're not getting boring, bland veggies. I tried their creamy garlic sauce which adds a nice creaminess to the bowl. The workers are really friendly here. One of the workers had accidentally given me the wrong kind of chicken and she quickly noticed and offered to re-make my entire bowl. I told her I would take the bowl since I'm not picky with my food so that there's no food waste but she insisted that she make it correctly and quickly remade it for me. Very filling without feeling heavy. Glad there's a good healthy option around!

Thought that was kinda weird to do for a children's burger but the kids all ate their meals. I actually didn't see the pink of her burger until she was done and had already eaten about 3/4ths of it. The fries were actually the best part. I had the nachos and the chips def needed salt. I ate about half because I was starving but they would've been better with more beans and sauce as it was still quite bland. The nachos look better than they tasted that's for sure. Atmosphere 5/5 - This was the best place for hanging out with friends and it had plenty for the kids to run off and do. Jenga, hoola hoops, corn hole Service 2/5 - We waited a really long time to get someone to take our order and then another 20 mins or so for the check when we were done. And they knew we were done because the waiter came and took half our plates when we were finished. The place was practically dead so I don't know what the hold up was. I'm sure this place gets packed when there's events going on. The food and prices were not my favorite. I don't live nearby so I obviously wouldn't make the trip back out just to eat here again. The only thing note worthy was the atmosphere since the kids had a blast hanging out with their friends.

From the thoughtful decor to The Office being projected on the wall. It felt hip, fresh and refined. We decided to craft our own drinks - Arnold Palmers, his favorite. But they only had sparkling lemonade, which actually made it even better. We shared a salad that had some cooked pears and squash alongside the greens, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese.
