A very large Target with a wide range of products. Service was good, and a nice clean store with easy parking.

I will keep this one short and sweet since we've all been to a Target before right? Cool. This one has a Starbucks, grocery section, pharmacy, optical center, and one of their signature snack areas in which I don't think I've actually purchased anything from since the 90s. Target is one of those places I tend to forget about but when I do go always find what I'm looking for. Their items are reasonably priced, good quality, and even better is they have shoes that actually fit me here! Good sales and clearances as well. I like coming here when a cd or movie I am excited about comes out as usually they have exclusive only to target versions with bonus footage/songs. Ample parking and appears to be kept very clean and orderly. One day when I came here a bad storm hit and as I went to go to my car saw it was pouring rain. They had an employee standing out front lending customers umbrellas to get to their cars without getting drenched and would then retrieve it when you drove back up. Not every store would go the extra mile like that which I think deserves some recognition. read more

Went here to buy some Pokémon cards to complete my master set of vivid voltage and they're limiting single sleeved boosters to 3 packs. How does it make sense to limit people to 3 ETBs and also limit 3 sleeved boosters. Management here just blew an $80 sale because of their dumb rule. The sign also clearly says the limit applies to Sports cards and they made me put my Pokémon cards back. I won't even be shopping for groceries here anymore. read more

Pharmacist is nice but every time we go they're out of the vaccine we are trying to get, today was the flu shot( they only had it for 65 years or older) and last time it was the shingles( I put my mom on the wait list and they called us 3 weeks later) shot. We ended up going to the cvs on Bell and they had both in stock. They are also always out of the baby registry gifts, we've been twice and they keep on saying next week. Please work on your supply management. read more

Whenever I visit my daughter, I like stopping by this Target. There's another one closer, by The mall, but that location is not as good as this one because of one Worker. I go the extra mile to this store for the pharmacist. She is always helpful even though it's not her job to help me. She even help me even though it's not her department (ps: I'm talking about the blonde one). The other day it was busy and the pharmacist took the time to help me even though she look exhausted from helping people. She is the only reason why I give this store a Five star. read more

I love target and I get most of my shopping done here. The store is best and clean. In my opinion the stuff here is nicer than Walmart. They have a nice food department. My son loves the pizza hut here plus they have Starbucks so it's easy to drop him get him a pizza and get coffee for myself. read more

Another target return issue. I get so sick and tired of their return policy that I would actually consider going to Walmart.

We went to target at 10:45pm when they close at 11:00pm. We ended up checking out right at 11:00pm. Angie was the person checking us out and she was very rude to everyone in the line about how people shouldn't be in the store at close. (Apparently waiting in line and then checking out at 11 is not okay with her) She made it very clear she was mad and was even being disrespectful to the other employees. (which the other employees were being very nice and did nothing wrong might I add) It seemed she might have been a manager which is alarming with how she was treating everyone around her. I'm just extremely disappointed that that behavior is tolerated towards both customers and employees. read more

Um, this Target is ridiculous. I've been here 5-10 times at different times of day and never saw a line with more than 3 people in it. It's clean and spacious and everyone who works here is helpful and nice. And the parking lot has big spaces that actually have room for your car! Also on Sundays they give away a bunch of Target brand samples! read more

I love Target! It's one of my favorite places in the entire world. (I know. I should get out more.) This target it's my favorite though. I frequent many Targets throughout Austin and Houston. I hate the layout of this one. I don't know what it is. I think because this one is designed to make you spend more money but spreading out the things you need so you have to walk the entire store to complete your shopping. Also, the last time I was in here, almost every item I bought was mis-priced. That is disappointing. I expect better than that from Target. Also the last time I was here, the women's clothing department was almost empty and the things that were in here were so scarce and had no organization. The shoes were everywhere and had no organization as well. I found one pair I liked. In order to find that same pair in my size, I had to go over a another 3 aisles. read more

Two stars because normally I love target but as of late I'm left with a bitter taste in my mouth. First, I used to have the red card linked to my checking account but got rid of it (and gave up my 5% savings) because of my irritation re: the way the redcards are set up to process the payment -the debit out if my account is not instant like it is with my regular debit card. Second, someone please help your front end employee named Will. Will needs grocery sacking skills + customer service skills 101 curriculum, stat. Will acted annoyed that I requested to not have raw meats bagged with other grocery items, i requested to double bag a heavy bag that already had a rip (I mean you can only fit so many canned goods and 2 liter sodas in one target bag before best case scenario the bag tears/worst case scenario a jar of spaghetti sauce and a 2 liter sodas shatter and explode in the stores parking lot or my driveway. I also requested Will not bag my half dozen eggs with other random items (he attempted to bag hair products with eggs). I don't feel I was asking for the world in my attempt to preserve sanitation when handling raw meats, keep my purchased raw eggs uncracked and keep soda bottles/sauce jars undamaged in a bag and not in a broken mess on the floor. Will was treating me like I asked him to bag my order in only paper bags circa 1998. When my 9 year old asks what was wrong with the target cashier, and points out how the cashier displayed so much unprovoked and uncalled for rudeness that was directed my way - confirmed I was not overreacting to what I had just experienced in this target store. I am such a Target girl and not much the wally world type. This particular store is so nice, clean, well stocked, and always has great deals on clearance if you get there before the other early birds. I buy a lot of my perishable items here because they are very competitive with the other large grocery retailers. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

Very disappointed that this location decided to close early and not let customers in the store even though it was still before 9pm. I arrived a couple of minutes before 9 pm, and two young female target employees told me the store was closed. They had blocked off the entrance and locked those doors 5-10 minutes earlier than when I arrived. I'm not sure if the employees had somewhere to be on this specific Thursday night, but I'm sure keeping the store open for it's scheduled hours wouldn't have destroyed their evening. I explained that I just needed to grab some photo paper for my printer. They seemed to be put out that it was such a long walk to the back of the store. Then they told me the electronics department was closed. Which confused me? I didn't think there was a gate that would block me from grabbing paper from the department, or it was just another excuse to get out of work. Regardless, I needed the photo printer paper to print photos for my mom's funeral. No one plans for their mom to die suddenly. My advice would be that you try a different Target or even a different store that is willing to abide by the posted hours, or be reasonable with their customers and demonstrate a respectable level work ethic and empathy to their customer's needs. read more

Wow! They revamped the women's clothing area, it's open and pretty like a department store. It was so nice to look around there. Too bad they didn't have the items I liked in my size and more peaceful/nicer fitting rooms. read more

I ordered several items online, with the "in store pick-up" option at this location, and headed to Target after receiving an email notice letting me know my items were ready. Upon arrival, I was greeted at customer service and told my items would be up shortly. It took over 30 minutes for my two large items to arrive at customer service, and when they did, there was unfortunately a color discrepancy with one of the items. After noting the color discrepancy, another employee named Paul stepped in to help locate the correct colored item. Paul went above and beyond, searching through all inventory, and calling numerous local stores to find the product I wanted. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail, and exemplary customer service. Although it took two hours to resolve and pick up the items I ordered, I am still a fan of Target, and happy with the great customer service this location offers. read more

This store is bad about staffing. Not one person spoke to me during my visit and the wait at check out was long.

We had excellent service at the Cedar park Target. Staff went up and beyond expectations. Even taking our purchse out to the car for loading. Highly recommend this location and staff. Great job and keep it up! Many thanks to the whole staff! read more

I am typically a Target shopper, but they are a Covid mess. Their website is difficult to navigate, especially if you want pick up (had to go inside the store when I tried it in April - kind of defeats the purpose) and "shipt" delivery made me add a $3 item to get delivery, then I was charged $10 for that only item to show up - and notified that the 4 items that I really wanted were out of stock and not coming. Called the store directly and manager said "his hands were tied" and I needed to call customer service. Spent 2 hours on hold and my call was dropped. Too bad they are so unresponsive - won't go back and will shop Walmart instead. read more

This location never seems to surprise me anymore. On a Monday night right after work at 6pm, there was ONE register open and 3 out of the 4 self checkouts working. What could have taken 10 minutes to get through a register took 30. There were 6 of us that were forced to take our large carts through the self checkout because of the long line at the only open register. All the while 2 employees stood with their walkie talkies not accomplishing anything. Word of advice Target, your prices are high so put that extra profit to good use by hiring more people. read more

I visit this store almost everyday, and have been going there for the past 6 year, I am disabled and they treat me like family on every visit. I could not imagine a better run or better staffed store nor have I ever been to one so well managed. From Jennifer at customer service, the wonder ladies at Starbucks, the awesome people in electronics and the pharmacy ( a special shout out to the beautiful and oh so caring and intelligent pharmacist for being so great and understanding). To all the employees I meet everyday and my wonderful friend in the phone department. They are all great! I love you guys. Also the management for just being so great. i have always loved target, i go there for everything and at least once a week. this past time i went i. there, around 3.. the customer service is completely ridiculous.. i go to ask if they have a sweater in a different store and she blatantly ignores me and yells to her friend. after she walked away to me and walked back, she was very rude and told me everything they had out was what they had and walked away. i then asked another girl and she was not too happy to help and sighed. i completely understand how it is working in the service industry, which is why i try to be as nice and understanding as i can. but this is just ridiculous, they are all so irresponsible and rude. read more

I feel like the seasonal section at this Target is always bare and missing a majority of the selection other locations have.

I do shop here but watch the prices at check out. The grocery part of the store is tricky. I bought some tomatoes but at checkout noticed that some of the tomatoes that were in the lower price bin were from the higher price bin. It was almost as if an employee mixed the high priced ones in with the low price ones so that customers would be charged for all higher priced tomatoes. Their groceries are generally more expensive than HEB but I guess you are paying for the convenience. If you stay away from the meats, produce, deli, and bakery items they do have some reasonable prices for the Archer Farms products that are in general tasty. read more

Ordered a gift for a baby shower from a gift registry on line. When my friends opened the gift the packaging had already been opened. It was a return. I was so embarrassed. You would think knowing it was a gift, they would not have given me a product that had been returned. read more

I always go to this Target and the reason is the staff. There is a gentleman in Mobile names Sean and he is the best! He always see's my family and I and ask how we are and if we need anything. Y'all need to do some training with your checkers, or else I always choose the wrong line. There were about 4-5 available checkout lines (not counting self-check out) open with 2 people in each line. The checker had problems checking out both people in front of me. SOmething about their coupons or such. She even commented how the customers know more about Target checkout than the employees. Finally my turn - I had coupons in cartwheel, but she said they would automatically apply. I mentioned a $10 gift card I saw for spending $50 on groceries, and she said she has a coupon she can scan. So she proceeded to ring me up and out with any coupons subtracted. Oh, sorry. I forgot to add the coupons. do you mind going over to customer service? Yes I mind. I don't have another 15 minutes to spend on your mistake. Cost me at least $20 in missed coupons. On the other hand, we purchased a TV in electronics, and the employee, Austin, was awesome. Took time to explain the differences, rang us up, and helped my husband load it in the car. read more

It is a target, good location near hotels. Plus self checkouts kick butt!!! And effective "oh poop I forgot this" section as well. Also our change got stuck but a manager was right there very apologetic and took care of the problem in seconds. No eye rolls or aditude. read more

Well aren't you a pleasant surprise! New into the area and "LAAAAAAAAA" a beautiful nice clean Target around the corner from my doorstep. I am in heaven!! I could actually zip down to another location pretty easy too...but this one is never super crowded, it's spotless and well stocked. Great Target store! Huge with lots of inventory. Very clean and has a decent selection of items. The downside is that the store layout is rather poor and things that should be together are not which means you have to run from corner to corner to find some items. read more
