The employees here are useless. I came up to one and asked excuse me where are your baskets? He ignored me and I asked him again, continued to straight up ignore me. I was appalled, he continued to count change for the customer he was helping out. This was a caucasian male. I went to ask two female workers where their baskets are, I saw them behind them and said oh nevermind. They laughed at me like I was dumb. I told them that I asked one employee and he straight up ignored me twice. One of them asked me who. I pointed out the guy and they did not say anything. As I was leaving one of the girls said "he has autism." Okay? I dont understand why they couldn't have apologized and explained that he has a disability. Very poor customer service. read more

Located off Brookhurst in Garden Grove very tight parking and people leave the carts all over the place which cars almost back into. Inside to me is like pretty much all the regular Targets I go to. The store is clean but the restrooms were not kept up or clean when I visited. The positive highlight was the worker at the register was friendly and asked how my day was and just was courtesy. Workers are rude and not very helpful. They had 2 cash registers open, both with 5+ customers waiting. The self check out had even more customers and they wouldn't open a lane. When asked if they could open a lane, they didn't even respond and walked away. Once the line died down they had another worker come out to open a lane. When walking around asking for help, no one knew where anything was and they weren't even trying to help look for it. Definitely not the best Target to come to. read more

This Target, more specifically the Starbucks inside of target is known for being very racially biased. Vu was working, and I went in at 4:30 PM to ask if they had any cups available, and he told me that they were sold out. An hour later, a friend of mine went in at 5:36 PM and asked if they had any cups, and Vu went to the back and gave her one of the cups. I was very respectful when I went in, and there was no reason why he should have told me they were sold out, when in fact he had all of the cups in the back. The only difference between me and my friend, is that she is Asian (like Vu) and I am Hispanic and Black. This is not the first time I have been racially profiled in this store. The first time happened when I was in self checkout and the attendant accused me of not scanning something and told me I was stealing. Of course when I showed my receipt she saw she was wrong, and I scanned each item in my bag. Both times I spoke to a manager named Moné who said she would take care of the issue (acknowledging it was a problem). Why is this okay? Why are they holding items in the back so they can pick and choose who to give it to? If I encounter this problem again, I will seek out legal counsel, and file a lawsuit. They should not pick who they will sell stuff to, or accuse people of stuff based off of race or gender. If they have a better reason as to why they do this, I would love to hear what those reasons are. read more

I came to the store around 7:30PM both women's and men's restroom are out of soap. I informed Kimberly who works in Customer Service. She stated, " I haven't been in the bathroom since I been here so I don't know". I told her it's so obvious that the store has been out of soap for a period of time. I told her it's a safety issue for the public. People are walking around spreading germs everywhere. I decided to use the restroom before leaving. I was disappointed that Kimberly didn't take it seriously. It's been 45 minutes since I informed her so I decided to take these photos. I approached Kimberly and asked if she informed her supervisor. I just witnessed this happen. A tweaker had a pile of clothes in his hands, almost bumped into me without a mask and walked right out the door with clothes while the Target associates just stood around. I had to actually get their attention and point towards to man walking out. Asset protection was "on lunch" and wouldn't respond to walkie talkie pages. Beyond ridiculous that employees can congregate, yet they can't have someone available to deal with tweakers or check receipts? This is how management runs this store? Don't expect me to come back. No "Hello" or "Thank You", just a "YOU WANT A BAG" yelled at us. No excuse for this. Actually had to look around as I thought maybe I had walked into a Walmart by mistake. This location is not particularly well-stocked and never has enough check-out lanes open (aka long, backed up lines). There are quite a few self-checkout lanes which I would choose to use, but gift cards are not accepted in those. I come to this target a lot and never had any problems until today. Team member Debbie at the self check out made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I was scanning my items and she was standing right behind me watching me. When one of her coworker passed by she told her "watch out for this one" (implying that i was stealing) which i wasn't. At the end of my transaction, she put her body on the cart and told me to give her the receipt because she believed I didn't pay for my items at the bottom. I told her the items and gave her my receipt. she handed me back my receipt and said I don't see them. I then pointed out where the items were and i walked away. Staff were kind of rude when my dad asked if they had a product in stock because I couldn't find it, they led us to it but the product was shoved in the back and ruined. I took it anyways because it was the last one but the girl who was "helping" scoffed "Next time use your eyes", like pardon?... mind you my dad is a Vietnamese citizen who isn't good with english and tried his best to communicate. This Target now has been remodeled to include a fresh produce section, following the company strategy to have more stores fresh produce. Upon entering the store, a right turn shows milk cartons at the end of the aisle. Proceed and you will find the produce, as well as an expanded frozen foods section. Bananas: Check. Blueberries: Check. The store has a cleaner, more modern feel to it now. Also, there is now new, all plastic hand baskets, which are easier on the hands. Unfortunately, this Target is still Smaller than the "large" Targets that used to be Target Greatland, so the same issues exist regarding inventory and selection. There just isn't as much variety on Gatorades or Iced Teas or other items due to store size. Still, it's still a Target, so it's a good place to shop if you are around Garden Grove. read more

This Target is right in the middle of Little Saigon next to Banh Mi Saigon and SF Supermarket/Sieu Thi Thuan Phat . Fairly organized, although if you buy clothes here and wear an XS or S size, the selection always seems to be out of stock. You can find a lot of the XS or S on the clearance racks, but the styles are not flattering. Customer service is pretty good, and the cashiers are pretty friendly. Props to the Hungarian woman in the women's clothing/ jewelry section! She has the best customer service- 5 stars and is always extremely friendly and helpful!! Thank you! Happy shopping! read more

I go here often because of convenience. I've purchased bread that had bugs inside the bag from here. Which I didn't realize were in there until I was gonna toast some the next day and thought, what's that sound?...there were so many moving around inside!... On another occasion...Customer service desk talked to me like I'm stupid when I asked for clarity on a beauty deal and said,"You know what? Just here--" and gives me a card to shut me up. I asked what did she mean about using the app and seeing the exclusions and if she can show me so I don't make a mistake next time. Because I really want to know! I was very upset to hear that my daughters car was broken into while she stopped at this Target just to get a drink. The window was smashed when she came out. She was scared and called me right away. I told her to go back and get help but the store manager said there was no help for her because the store was short staffed. Her AirPods were stolen as well as her backpack. I CAN'T STAND THIS STORE AND ITS NEW LOOK IS AWFUL! By now the challenges of remodeling should be over but they're not. While the circle round-about in the center of the store is nice the rest of the aisles seem crowded. It's very hard to find anything now and not because of the new layout but because whoever directed the remodel hadn't a clue where things actually belong - I don't come to take a tour each visit. Grocery, and many other areas of the store, are understocked and with very few choices. I don't know when they get deliveries but the shelves don't show much restock. I've heard many other shoppers complaining they can't find things they need. I may have to look for a new Target. read more

This Target is trash! The "sales" people verbally attack you if you don't stop and listen to them trying to sell you a cell phone. They do nothing about the homeless people aggressively panhandling in front of the store. Employees are also too occupied having personal conversations throughout the store, I saw 4 different groups of employees throughout the store talking and ignoring customers. read more
