Very good sized Marshalls. Free, large parking lot, close to the freeway if you're coming from out of town. I think like a lot of the discount clothing places lately, you'll find fewer and fewer of the higher dollar clothes (Robert Graham, Tommy Bahama, etc.) than I remember seeing before Covid. But, the shelves are pretty well organized for a Marshalls. We found a few things to buy and my wife was very happy with the women's selection. Hopefully you'll find a gem (and one in your size). I was looking everywhere for a dress for an upcoming event - online, multiple malls... everything was either not the vibe I was going for or very very expensive. My mom suggested I check try this Marshalls because she recently saw some cute dresses. OMG always listen to your mamas because she was right. I got two super gorgeous dresses for only $25 each. This place was awesome when it first opened. Only started shopping at Marshalls because this location is close to Mission Viejo. Sadly though, it has gone downhill. The employees that work here are awful. I'm guessing there must be a lot of theft at this location and why the employees are so rude. I was at the Marshalls in Aliso Viejo today (near Hobby Lobby) and mentioned to one of the employees the situation at the Alicia Parkway store. That employee said she hears that a lot. The employees at Aliso Viejo are professional and much nicer. I will not be shopping at the Marshalls on Alicia parkway. read more

One of the newer Marshalls. This store just opened about a year ago right around this time. The store is fully stocked and has a bit too much of inventory and merchandise so it is kind of cramped. I'd usually make a quick visit to this Marshalls after I shop at Jordan Market since they are just a parking lot over from each other. The store is always busy as it is at a convenient location right off the 5 freeway. You can find some designers at bargain price if you have time digging through everything. read more

I really wanted to love this location but I didn't. The aisles are VERY narrow. I'm a very thin person and I felt uncomfortable as I could not move freely. Only one person and one shopping cart can be on an aisle at a time. I had to back up multiple times to get out of an aisle. Just based on the store set up I would not go back. I didn't feel relaxed as I shopped. I spent too much time apologizing to other shoppers for being in the way. read more

I came here during lunch time so was able to get 30 minutes of shopping time done at Marshalls. I like coming here to find brand-name clothing, shoes, home goods, and seasonal items at good discounted prices. Who doesn't like a bargain??? Today I came looking for new Fall arrivlas, which included boots, jackets, and new purses. They even have a lot of Halloween costumes and decor so that was fun to look around. Some stores offer cheaper prices for the same item, so it is best to shop around. This store was loaded with new items, so it was quite unorganized. and cluttered. Customer service can be a hit or miss. Checkout lines are long and typically move at a steady pace. This new store is so clean and has so many great items! It has a lot of toys which I don't recall seeing at other locations. I have been three times and it's been open less than two weeks. Each time I find a cart full of awesome items I need. Staff is very friendly as well. One thing I noticed is they have very few Hanukkah items. Parking is good now (not sure how it'll be once the Amazon Fresh opens). Even on Black Friday it wasn't bad. read more

So exciting to finally have a Marshall's in our area. They just opened up a few months ago and the grand opening was so cool, DJ and everything to attract shoppers. And that they did. It's not the biggest Marshall's I've been to but they have enough to grab a few items at great prices. I found a Patagonia synchilla for less than $80. They have a wide selection for kids, toys, etc. You can never not find something you may need at these kind of stores, it's more like a scavenger hunt when trying to find for something in particular but they do have cute things for decor. It's clean and organized and the employees are sweet and willing to guide you to your next aisle in search of your item. I wish it was bigger but hey, beggars can't be choosers. Overall happy they are here now! read more

Staff: The lady in the changing room was okay, however Kai at the register was quite nice. Quality/Quantity: Nice looking store that is newly built with a decent amount of goods. The shoe selection is pretty small but clothes and household items are pretty well stocked. Value: I think it was a great value at $129 for a men's jacket, 3 women's sweaters, slippers, and markers. Overall: This is not typically a store I frequent but I may return again if in the area. read more

Make sure to check the store's actual hours before visiting, as Yelp seems to have outdated information showing it as closed. I almost turned away because it looked like the store was closed during business hours, but I trusted my instincts, and I'm glad I did! I even sent them a message to hopefully get the issue fixed. Once I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. It wasn't too busy, and the aisles were well-stocked. The customer service was fantastic, and the large parking lot made it easy to find a spot. The staff was extremely friendly, and I love that this place offers unique items, all beautifully decorated and thoughtfully displayed. This Marshall's has sub par items and the staff is super racist towards white people. Every person I know says the same and every time I have come and I've been treated like crap while they treat all of the Hispanics with kindness. My daughter who is also white with blonde hair came in and asked for a job application. They told her we're not hiring. I happen to be in the store and a Mexican girl came up right there and asked for a job application and they happily gave her one. Whoever owns this Marshalls or rent it you need to fix things cause this is ridiculous. I should also be able to go to a store and not have to tell the cashier. I don't speak Spanish when we're in America. They should have to speak English in order to work there. I get treated like crap because I don't speak Spanish, when call me crazy we're in America. You should be speaking our language. Also, all of my friends who are African-American have come in and said they are treated like crap. Also Marshalls do better and fix this problem. read more

This is a newer Marshall's that opened up the end last year. I have been here two times so far and both time have had a great experience with wonderful service and a great selection of items. The store is clean, things are organized so it's easy to shop and the line to checkout isn't to terrible. I was able to find really great items at discounted prices. This Marshall's is located in Laguna in a brand new shopping center with plenty of parking. I love Marshall's and highly recommend this one! read more

The Latino Manager just told me I wasn't allowed to have a puppy in "his" store. He said only service dogs were allowed. I really liked this new store prior to being talked to in a very rude way. I would like Marshall's to clear this policy up. It's not okay to have different policies for different guests and different store managers. read more

I often enjoy visiting this location before my children get out of school due to it being on the way to them, but almost every time I come to the store and if heaven forbid I get in line and end up with this one lady behind the counter. she is practically screaming at her co-workers or perhaps they are her employees. it's not a war lady! i can barely make out what she is saying and her poor employees seem so defeated when she starts talking. my cashier was friendly, a sweet girl, and asks me if i'm interested in their credit card. i politely decline, but i understand that she has to ask. then all of a sudden this screaming lady i previously mentioned comes up next to her, and asks about the credit card again! then when i politely decline AGAIN, she looks to my cashier and tells her that she needs to ask for credit cards. this poor girl is doing the best she can! then she gets back to yelling at her employees! and then the fitting room! the lady speaks absolutely no english! read more

We went into the new Marshall's today to check it out. We filled our cart with a couple hundred dollars of discounted stuff. So when look I asked a young woman if they had razors, she stopped what she was doing and she showed me where they were. Other than that there was no help anywhere to be found. We went to check out we walked up to one of the registers that was lit up to check out and we stool there waiting. No body acknowledged us. There was one employee helping check out another customer and four other employees just hanging around. The one that looked like the supervisor mentioned she was going on break. She turned towards us and I expected to her to stop and help us or point someone to help us, she just ignored us and walked away. I had to ask a couple times, easing my volume to finally get a girl to come over to her register to help us. She never greeted us, never acknowledged us and acted mad that we bothered her to do her job. I do not need to spend a couple hundred dollars on frivolous stuff just to be treated bad. Marshals needs to get better management and better employee training. read more
