There been times when certain targets didn't have the item I was looking for or were out of stock and this target actually had it. It's pretty close to the freeway is being the five and the 405 it is somewhere in the middle and if you need to stop by at target this is definitely a great selection. It doesn't get too crowded although don't test your luck by coming at rush-hour. There's some other food places in the center as well that are awesome so just bear foot bowl definitely check this place out read more

Worst target items were disorganized and a lot of out stock items would recommend to go to Tustin instead or the nearby Walmart instead because the store is really annoying and not organized every time I go there I would not recommend this store to anyone read more

There's not much to say, but this Target is just like any other Target. This is the closest one to where I live so I come here a lot whenever I do need to get my Target shopping done. Otherwise, I'd prefer to go to the Target at the District because it's bigger and newer, but nothing against this Target! read more

I'm at this store at least 3x a week for sales, quick purchases, and cartwheel offers and the Asian male manager usually helps me with questions on pricing and receipts. He's pretty smart, polite, and thorough, so I learned to trust him. Customer service gives no hassle returns and refunds on cashier errors. Starbucks here has no line and this location has a bigger selection of La Roche products compared to CVS as well. read more

They need to work on their phone skills. They were so rude to me and not helpful. I requested them to call my doctor to refill my prescription and the guy I talked to refused to. And he said it with such attitude!! In the past it hasn't been an issue!! How can you not love Target. I come in for cereal and end up walking out with bug spray and a bathing suit. My point is it's one stop shopping! I like this location because it's neat and organized and most of the staff is competent and helpful. The parking lot can get a litle dicey but overall it's where I go to shop and now with the addition of their grocery section it's even more awesome. read more

Small store but has everything you need. If you want a jumbo selection you should hit up the Target at the District. I had a problem once with asking for 2 barstools to be held for me and apparently only one was held... which then in turn created a big ol' hold up and it would have been a heck of a lot faster for me to just go look for the darn chair myself. read more

Cashiers and floor managers do not know how to process rebate checks. We tried using our Enfamil coupons that is made out to the Retailer signed by the company. I don't understand why they cannot take it because my name isn't on the "check". Apparently, the employees are not well versed on check negotiability. This is one of the busiest targets I have ever been to! I have even seen it super busy at 9 o'clock at night. However with that being said I have to say that the managers are also very helpful and keep the Lines Moving quickly. They have great inventory here and keep things fully stocked. The customer service staff are also very helpful and nice. Just a warning to watch out in the parking lot because it gets quite crowded and cars always seem to be in a rush! read more

Depending on where I'm at, I usually prefer to go to the spectrum target, but this one usualy has what you need. Gets a 3 mostly because of long lines and a parking lot that is almost always packed and has a weird design. read more

This is by far the Target I try to avoid. Their parking lot is crazy but so is the manager! She is SO rude to her employees. I was there the other day and she whistled at one and said "boy over here!" really?? I won't be supporting a store that allows that type of treatment on employees. read more

I was buying Pokemon Trading Cards at the cash register. I asked for some price matches. The cashier did one of them but when we gave her another one, she started looking around and asked for a manager (I assume). She explained to the guy that I was saying that a $20 tin was $13. She probably thought I was lying or making it up but on the BestBuy website it was listed there. Then the manager(??) told me that they do not price match trading cards?? Which is ridiculous because I often price match at Target in different locations. He did not explain why or if there was a policy change. I wanted to fight it but I ended up leaving that location and went to a different location and got my price matches with no problem. I will not go to this location but I do like one of their Target employee. He is Asian with a bowl-ish haircut and is very friendly! Let's be friends!!! read more

Went to this Target today and experienced less than a satisfying experience. The staff are not versed at all about Target's coupon policy. I had both store and manufacturer coupons to redeem only to be told at the check out line that I could not do that. REALLY? Then how come I was able to do that at other Targets, which is what I explained to the cashier. Then some other cashier came to help out, and she condescendingly told me the same thing. REALLY? I told them I would not be coming back to this Target again. I then went to the Target in Tustin. Now, these people have it going on! They know exactly what the coupon policy is and were able to process my transaction w/o hassle. I will just go to the Tustin location from now on! read more

I love this target! Sure it's a bit of a bus trip away but it's worth it! Sometimes I go there with friends to hang out and have lunch after a workout at the gym (across the street from target) and look at clothes and electronics and browse the video games and candy section! This is for the PHARMACY at the Irvine Barranca Target, and it requires some explanation. Since moving to Irvine 5 years ago, Target always handled my family's pharmacy needs with aplomb. As little as a month ago I would have given the Barranca Target pharmacy a 5 star review. But tomorrow I'm picking up the printout I was promised of all the active prescriptions for my family. Then I'm going to find another pharmacy that still believes in customer service, because this one clearly doesn't any more. The Barranca Target pharmacy sat on my daughter's prescription requiring prior authorization without letting us know they'd changed their modus operandi and it was now OUR responsibility to take care of prior authorization, whereas for the past 5 years the pharmacy had always taken care of prior authorization. It's now 3 phone calls and 2 pharmacy visits after the dropping off the prescription, and it still isn't filled. Way too much time spent dealing with this. Sad. read more

Who would have known that there would be a Target in the middle of downtown İrvine? But, what a great location! It is just a quick walk from many hotels located irvine so it's perfect when you forget something from home or want to save a few bucks and grab snacks here instead of paying a crazy amount else where.
