I see the wonderful Halloween things right away upon walking in and I was like a kid in a candy store. For me Halloween is my favorite holiday so my eyes light up like I am a kid again. Going down the aisles I could see that they were still stocking things and there would be more to come, but there was enough to keep me interested and scouring the aisles for what I wanted this shopping trip. The aisles were clean and clear, and the employees were nice whether they were in the store on the floor or at the cash register, which made the experience very pleasant. It's always so tempting with all of the ghouls and goblins and skeletons and pumpkins galore. Today I left with some cobwebs for my fireplace mantle for only $2.99 wow! What a deal!! It will look absolutely perfect.

We ended up leaving with a mantle decoration, but they already had everything from the giant skeletons and yard decorations to a few inflatables and plenty of indoor décor. The store was clean, easy to walk through, and the cashier was nice and friendly, which made for a pleasant checkout. Their prices are kind of a mixed bag. About half the time you find something and think, "That's a really good price," and the other half you're thinking it's a little more expensive than you expected. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. Other than that, it's a fun place to browse, especially if you're ready to start decorating for Halloween way too early like we are.

We're having back pain and can't sleep on it. We felt better just sleeping on the couch. Had a tech come out and look at it, and he told us that the bed WAS falling in the middle, but it would have to get twice as bad before the warranty would be activated?! He also said we needed to put more support under the bed. I pointed out that where the support was already was the exact same spot that it was falling, but it didn't make a difference. I contacted a manager and asked for either a refund, a partial refund or even an exchange of a cheaper bed. Anything that would help us get better night sleep soon! They did not help us finally we just went to Costco and got a new bed through then. Very disappointed, but supposed to last upwards of 8 to 10 years.

TLDR: They sold me a broken chair and wouldn't refund it. So I bought new chairs, but they were…read morenever delivered. Twist ending - they aren't even real wood, they're PARTICLE BOARD. I bought a dining room set from Mega Furniture. I didn't have it for very long when one of the chairs, the seat part, cracked in two. How did that happen? We don't have children and we barely ever sit at the table. It had to have been cracked when they sold it to us. I called Mega Furniture and they said they wouldn't do anything because it's out of warranty. Even though it was obviously defective. Ok, can I buy a new chair then? No. They won't sell me one chair, but they'll sell me 2 chairs. Ok, then I'll buy 2 chairs. Well, actually the chairs won't be available for 6 months. Ok, well can I buy the chairs off the display set? No, they need those. Huh. Interesting that they so desperately need to advertise a set that isn't really available. Ok, then I'll buy 2 chairs and wait 6 months. They said they'll call me if it's ready sooner. So I wait 6 months. I never hear from them. In the middle of the 6th month, I call them. They tell me the set has been discontinued and I won't be getting any chairs. REALLY?? When did that happen? Was anyone ever going to tell me? What happened to the display set? I would have bought those. Do you even want my money?? I am trying to give you money. They said they'd refund me for the 2 chairs. After waiting a week and still no refund, I call again. They don't know what happened, but they'll call me back. They never do. But lo and behold, the next day, there is my refund. I doubt they even started the refund in the first place. I ended up taking the chair apart to fix it myself. It's not even wood. It's particle board. Cheap piece of shit. What a joke.
