Bad store. Ugh. So frustrating we had to drop the product and leave. 1 cashier with a ton of drama and could not run a register Staff on the floor have NO IDEA about ANYTHING on promotions. Really? Who is managing this?! Had another error on another self check-out and we had to wait for NO ONE TO SHOW UP,.. A guy showed up and we asked him about the promotions. NO WE DONT,.. no I do not know. No I can't help you,.. no you have to go to a cashier to get help,.. WHICH THE SAME CASHIER HAVING ISSUES WAS STILL STUCK ON TBE SAME CUSTOMER. For heavens sake,.. OPEN UP A 2nd cashier line. This target was neat and organized - but you cannot purchase you stuff,.. and you cannot get service and you cannot take part in any of the promotions. Absolutely nuts. Come on target. I love this location more than I thought I would. They do a good job of catering to the local market and needs in a very compact way. I occasionally do need to go to a larger store but this one has most of what I need, including organic milk (they didn't carry that for a while). They also have toys, clothes, housewares, etc so you can get gifts and other things. The Target app is not necessarily accurate in that they say this store doesn't carry certain items but there are a bunch on the shelf. The only issue I've had is there is an employee (probably late 40s-mid 50s, darker permed/curled hair, short-average height for a woman) that always works in the front check out area and she literally wants to be anywhere but here. I've had to deal with her multiple times because of guest service related issues, like a price adjustment, and she's intentionally slow because she doesn't care and she acts like she's doing you a favor. Today, I needed a price adjustment for an item to match Amazon (I pulled it up on the app, it was clearly marked shipped and sold by amazon) and she's like "I don't know if I can do this" and then looked at the screen and said, "$12.99..." and I corrected her and said it was "$12.39" (I mean she's already having to change the price anyway) and then later I look at the receipt and she's keyed in "$12.49". It's not a big deal since it's literally $.10 but come on, it's like she's trying to be terrible at her job. She doesn't greet you or say anything remotely cordial or customer-service oriented. I think she just gives people a big eye roll. However, everyone else that works here has been wonderful and very helpful (like go out of their way helpful). Hopefully, the grumpy one will get sick enough of her job and quit. read more

As a lover a target this one did not meet target standards. The entire store lacks many very basic products that should be at a target. Not only that but all the departments were organized horribly. It looks like it wasn't planned out very thoroughly. The only reason I can imagine myself going is if I wanted a quick stop at a restroom or get food that I can get much cheaper elsewhere. Avoid this target and go to the next closest one. read more

For those of you giving bad reviews you apparently don't understand the Express concept. This is a smaller store meant to fulfill the needs of the nearby neighborhoods. My house is down the street and I absolutely love this store, I can always grab something I need at the last minute. My absolute favorite target! Such an easy store to get in and out of. Most of the team members were quick to help me with what I needed (: There was a young man named Steven who helped me a few days ago with my return and it wasnt coming up in the system due to a recipe failure. He patiently called their coperate to get it sorted out and seemed deeply apologetic for the issue. We were able to get it sorted out all together right before the rush hour came! I was grateful because I had a card not pull up a return before and it once took two hours. He was hardworking, but didnt miss any details. I hope his manager knows how skilled this young man is!! read more

Very cute and convenient small target. Has everything I need, little better selection than a CVS or Rite Aid and better priced, obviously. The music and vibe in this store is just so cheerful and made me want to dance the whole time I was in there--maybe strategic, not sure. Well-played Target. Well, where to begin! Many of you millennial idiots will call me a Karen, but my name is Samantha and I was extremely disrespected at target. I was shopping in the wine section because I really needed a ME day, and i happened to crash my cart into a few (17) Nove Vineyards wine bottles. This caused them all to come crashing down and wine was everywhere! I quickly fled the scene, it was only a mere accident. It wasn't my fault, just my bad horoscope day! The employee got mad at me but I don't see why, that wine tastes like dung anyway! They then didn't let me leave until I payed for the "damage". How hard is it to sweep up the mess, and buy some new bottles!! I told my grandson and he will try to get me my money back. My little David will charm everyone with his looks. Well this target was the smallest I've been too. I stoped on my way to work for a few things. The first thing I noticed was the loud inappropriate language and conversation 3 of the employees were having as they were cleaning and sanitizing the carts. Why 2 associates have the time to come talk to the guy spraying the carts who knows and no one told them anything. And of course only 1 register is open. The employees here act like they don't want to be there, they're look and Demeanor say it all. I will say this was unexpected for the area. This Target is very clean and the employees are always very friendly. I would like to compliment them on how well they all work together and how courteous they are to customers. I havent met a single employee who was rude at thistarget and they are all working so hard to spray the carts and say hello to customers, stocking, cashiering, customer service, they are all busy and helpful. I appreciate that this store has been open and convenient and clean throughout the covid crisis. I shop here all the time as I live down the street and I appreciate the store and it's team of employees. read more

Stopped by today and much better experience due to Erik .... store a little crowded with freight but Erik was extremely helpful and eager to assist. He apologized for the freight and was quick to move boxes out of our way. Erik helped me find several items and did it with a smile! At checkout, Melody was smiling and pleasant... she asked how my day of shopping was going. I told her much better this time. First visit no one greeted or offered help this time Erik was great. She then told me he was the manager.... very impressed! She let me know it was very exciting to work there with him as it was his first store. I hope all the associates there take after their manager and remember to greet, it's nice to know your visit is appreciated. Melody did a great job of making me feel valued as a customer. I love shopping at target. As soon as you walk in, you see a clean and neat environment. There are so many options to choose from, I love getting my foods and produce from here. The fruits are always fresh. The thing I love about target that separates this place from other places, is the staff. The staff is always there to help you, and I am loving the new self check out line. I also love how you can order things online, and then pick it up later, it's really convenient when I am in a rush and need to shop quick. I would be shopping at this location really quick... By the looks of the vacant spots on the on the shelves, starting at the front door and going all the way back in through the dairy case and the small grocery section. You might also want to watch out for the produce because some of it's getting a little aged you only need to look at the apples and see that the Skins are wrinkled and not shiny so nobody really is taking a big interest in this store probably from the corporate level on down so my guess is for the rent they must be paying this place will be closed in probably another 30 to 60 days read more

This target is super nice and organized. The people are really kind and very willing to help. Melody is the name of an employee that works there and she is so nice. The organization at this location is very pristine. It's easy to find things and if there is something you can't find just ask an employee and they will help. I had one of the guys ask if I needed help and I was looking for a specific item and he looked it up on a handheld for me. I appreciate that considering I was at the Walmart in aliso viejo and they told me they can't look items up on a handheld. Thank you target! I visited this store during the midst of the corona virus greedy hoarding spree people are doing, and which is occurring at Ralph's supermarket, where I shop. I went to 3 Ralph's looking for toilet paper, paper towels and hydrogen peroxide. All 3 stores had been sold out. I remembered this almost hidden Target, and thought I would give it a try. I was lucky in my timing! The toilet paper shelves were empty, but an employee brought out reserves just as I arrived! I got a huge 6 roll pack for a little over $5. The rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide shelve was empty. I asked an employee named Jeanette if there was any in the back. She apologized and told me no. But, as I was doing my self-check out, she approached me holding a box in one hand and extending a large bottle of hydrogen peroxide in the other! She did not have to make the effort to go look, but this young lady is what makes a good employee, and an excellent customer service rep. Target manager: you have a good worker who is personable and is proactive - I commend Jeanette, and I hope you see how lucky you are to have her, and promote this fine employee! She made me a repeat customer. read more

Honestly the SMALLEST Target I've ever been too! Not to say that's a bad thing at all, it's like a Target Express. They have the essentials, and a little extra. But it's very very small. Only four stars because I feel corporate could give these guys a boost, the employees were so excited to see someone ready to check out they were trying to snipe my attention! Poor guys must be bored, the store is so clean there seems to be very little to do at night. Good place for quick stops though! read more

If I'm going to Target I would rather go to the bigger store. Of course its nice and clean, it's still brand new. I personally don't see myself shopping here again it was a waste of my time as I did not find what I was looking for. Glorified CVS. Don't bother if you really want to do a Target run. This is a "Target Express" at BEST, offering the bare minimum of all they carry, with ONE exception - fully-stocked liquor aisle(s)! So if you can't make it to any supermarket, BevMo, Total Wine & More or liquor store, this Target won't have the pet food, Bai flavors or peanut butter you stopped in for, (along with their own "Market Pantry" generics instead of name brands - surprise!) but there are at least 100 varieties of wine, because doesn't everyone think Target when looking for a great bottle of wine?! I've never been more disappointed at a Target shopping experience in my life. This store is definitely a must miss. It's just sad inside. read more

Second or third time I've come here since it's close by to my house to buy a medical product for type 1 diabetes, that is sold at all targets. First time, they only had little tubes of glucose tablets, but I had a great experience with a staff member who helped me order large bottles online and get them delivered to the store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping and it would arrive faster to the store than my house. Second time I came by, I couldn't find any glucose tablets and figured I'd have to order them and didn't want to do that. Also didn't have a few makeup brands the other stores carry. Third time, today, I couldn't even find a diabetes section. Asked an employee who walked by me with his head down if he could help me find a product. One, he called me Mr (I'm wearing a dress!!), then told me rudely he "didn't know" where or what that product was and walked away saying I could go to customer service. I turned to the two pharmacy techs sitting in the pharmacy talking about personal things and waited for one of them to acknowledge me which took longer than it should have. I asked if they had a diabetes section and they said "it was removed" but didn't even offer to help. So, I walk to went to customer service where there's no employees, I have to find someone. The employee passes me off to someone else. I tell him I need to order something they don't have in store and get it delivered to the store. He tells me I need to look up the product on my phone, which I do, he adds it on his phone, turns the target phone to me and tells me to "fill in the info". I fill it all out with my contact info, increase the number of items I want and turn it back to him but he can't figure how to work off the phone and run my card, nor how to get it shipped to the store since I'm now being charged for shipping to go to my home and delivery won't be here for a few days. This target team member was rude when I asked questions and was asking other team members if he could take his break the entire time he was supposed to be helping me. Target, you need better employees and better stock of products at this location. I won't be coming back here again. read more
