I've been there quite a few times but hadn't had a chance to come to Inspired. When I went they had a sale where all clothing was $5. The sales clerk was very helpful with pointing out the price of other items in the store as well - scarves, jewelry, bags - as everything was on special discount. I love the way they curate their selections. I found a couple of shirts in the men's section that I liked. Everything here is new or like new. And they often carry designer clothing. I had a great experience shopping in this store and I'll be back in the future!

That's where I was headed when I found this place last week. We went in, and its very nicely decorated and has a lot of fun stuff. Tried on a few things, and ended up buying three items, and spent about $50. The employees were very nice and helpful. The problem I have, is after going to the thrift store, and not finding anything, and walking around a couple times just looking at items... we left. We walked back to the car, and what I can figure is the owner as all questions go to him, break schedules are told by him, etc. he walked out behind us and followed us giving us the side eye in my car. I have spent money at both locations, but my friend and I looked at each other after this like wait, really? It was extremely odd and uncomfortable and honestly offensive. I will take my actual business elsewhere as it seems we gave you reason to feel we were suspicious. Which, I am really trying to figure out why.

Been here 2 times with my boyfriend, first time we had the best experience ever. Came in during the…read moremorning before 1ish and all the staff was very helpful, we'd never been before and the staff pulled the bulk boxes for us and inquired about what we were looking for and found it in their system for us which we greatly appreciated. However the next time we came to visit in the evening, same amount of staff if not more but everyone working was very rude and off putting. The guy who helped us seemed frustrated that we didn't have the specific card numbers ready to go, despite the fact that the prior time we visited that was never mentioned, had we known we'd gladly have had them ready. He seemed so annoyed at having to help us that we got embarrassed and chose to leave even though there were items in the case we wanted to ask about. One other note, online they show a large selection of plushies, which was the initial reason we chose to come into the shop. However when we arrived the selection was nothing like what we saw. We inquired about one in particular and left number with the staff and they said they'd look in the storage and get back to us. Do you think we ever got a call? Not the end of the world but still think they should update photos to reflect what is actually available in store. Overall I would say that depending on when you visit you'll get a mixed bag of service.

I came in looking for a Charmander 044 and he helped review the better of the two cards they had in stock. He showed me current market value / last sold prices and offered me a great price. Cameron also double sleeved and added a top loader to protect the card. That meant a lot to me. So thanks again Cameron and keep up the awesome customer service!

This store is a T J Maxx & Home Goods combined. But it carries so much more of the home goods stuff…read morethan clothing. It used to have a lot of high line designers (clothing and shoes). But not so much anymore since after the pandemic. Yet, still some good buys if you have time to look through their stuff. The store is somewhat messy and could be a bit more organized. I seem to always find stuff for my home here, Service is good. Long line most of the times so be patient if you want some bargains.

There were 32 people in line and only five cashiers ringing. I asked the manager if he could call…read morefor additional cashiers, which he did, but only briefly. About 10 minutes later, two cashiers left for break, leaving just three cashiers to handle a line of more than 30 customers. I understand that reading a review from the comfort of home may make this sound like a minor complaint, but after standing in line for over 30 minutes and still being only two-thirds of the way to the register, most customers would be frustrated as well. The manager even announced over the intercom that they were receiving complaints and needed more cashiers. While I understand managers may have limitations on ringing customers themselves, I would expect a seasoned manager to monitor the line proactively and staff accordingly before the situation became this extreme. Long checkout lines happen occasionally, but this felt like poor planning and a lack of attention to the customer experience. This is the manager he's trying the best he can, but apparently it is corporate crunching down on them and not allowing more cashiers. The cashiers are stressed out at the people in line getting angry because literally I waited an hour in line. The consensus I heard while in line was that corporate is not allowing them to hire more.
