I agree with a previous reviewer that many things are out of stock regularly, and that's a pain. And I would like to point out a bit of layout stupidity: the light bulbs and lamps are on opposite sides of the store. Aside from those points this Target is just like other Targets. I like this Target...close to home. Employees are always super helpful. It's just not as good as the Mission Valley store. When I leave M.V. I feel good about my Targeting...when I leave M.M. I don't feel as satisfied. Can't quite put my finger on it. But it works. read more

Compared to the Santee, CA Target this Target is really bad. The service is horrible. The shelves almost always look horrible. I found an item that said "repackage" on it. It was the last toy of it's kind that I needed to get. I told the customer service desk that I wanted to know what was missing in the package. They said, it says repackaged and that it could be missing a few things or it could be missing almost everything. I asked if they could open it for me and check to see what was missing. They told me I had to buy the item before they would help me open it. I bought the item because I really needed it. Then I asked them to help me open the item. They said "no you could do it.". Horrible, horrible service. Needless to say I immediately returned it. read more

Renovated Target is nothing compared to a Super Target that I'm used to. Beside the size, the staffs are not that friendly, messy, disorganized, nothing in stock, and the "lovely" customers that roam inside/outside of this Target. Beware crossing the crosswalks, drivers are crazy in this parking lot. I don't know how many times I've almost been hit by careless drivers running stop signs or doing who knows what else. read more

This is "my" go to Target since it is so close to home. I like the fact that I can pick up most of what I need in one store. I say most because the food section is great, but limited. The produce section is very limited. Overall, the renovation was worth the growing pains. The Starbucks was a great addition and fuels my shopping trips. read more

3 stars only because it's a smaller Target and doesn't have all of the stuff of the other larger targets. It does have the grocery part to it so that is convenient. Never ever come to this Target after work (5-6pm). Parking is horrible at this time. I always prefer to come around 8pm and early on weekends - you'll find tons of parking. Oh yeah, they also have a Starbucks inside. Lastly, the Target brand of women's razors are awesome! read more

Come here now and then. The store is kept clean. Service/staff is decent, but could be more inviting and welcoming. They have a section for groceries. The cosmetic-girls are nice and helpful, they're only there a few days each week. Prices are decent, should be a bit more comparable to Wal-Mart, but other than that and needing some more products the place is pretty decent to go to. Parking is decent. Located in a plaza near Smart & Final and many restaurants and shops. read more

Pretty standard as far as targets go. Only ding is that this location is always super busy (much like most places in Mira Mesa).

It's for the most part just like any other Target. Parking is sometimes challenging, but you can usually get in and out quickly.

This is my GO-TO store when ever i need anything. I love the new remodeling that they're undergoing and hoping when every thing is done that it'll look amazing. I have a rule i have every time i come here, i have to purchase a movie. Kinda of weird huh? i figure im here maybe once every 2 weeks why not buy a movie and expand my collection of DVDs. I love shopping at this Target, mostly because the inventory is so extensive. The items I need are always in stock, and the facility is kept clean - including the restrooms. It's perfect for someone on a budget who needs reasonably-priced household goods, from kitchen supplies to laundry detergent to pet food. Their groceries are decent quality too - and I love the Market Pantry brand. They have a nice selection of cheeses, even some vegan/vegetarian frozen foods. Mira Mesa Target is great, and the new remodel is really nice! Lots of great clothes in the misses/womens department. I love that they carry so much Mossimo gear! This place has really come around over the years. I've never had a problem with returns, customer service, ect. read more

Store is always clean and lines move pretty quickly. Now that self checkout is available it is a lot simpler to get in and out.

I love Target. My 3 yr old loves it even more. Getting a soft pretzel and an icey drink makes it the best day ever. And this Target is great everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I always friend great buys, good deals. read more

I transferred all my prescriptions to this Target pharmacy from CVS. Dana the pharmacist is a nice lady who always goes the extra mile. Kim her assistant is also a nice girl who took care of me and my family. Plus the rewards you get from getting your prescriptions there is great too! I recently received a $10 gift card. read more

I came in last weekend to return an air mattress that was giving me problems because of poor design, (Deflated quickly over night, and hurt my back halfway through the night) it was my first time trying to return an air mattress and I didn't realize that you could only exchange them for the same product not return it. Well why would I buy the same exact thing which didn't work for me in the first place? Anyways I'm upset because nobody told me at the checkout line that this item couldn't be returned (I wouldn't have bought it) and when I went to return it they pointed out a sign (wish I took a picture) that was tucked in the corner WAY below eye level away from the majority of the air mattresses that said no returns only exchanges. I argued that the sign placement was ridiculous but they stood by their ridiculous sign and guest service here sucks. At least at Wal-Mart I know what to expect before I come in. read more
