I was at this Target to find a very specific item that said was in stock. This specific item was a popsicle ornament. The Target app usually states where you can find the item so I went directly to the aisle. After circling around and around the Christmas ornaments and decor, I finally found it in a bin that was not in the location specified in the app but I then realized it could also be in other bins that were similar. It said that there were 5 of them. I only found 2 so without it being all sorted, it was definitely time consuming to find. I could only imagine someone ordering this item online to pick up in store and having a worker having to spend time to find this item. Though to be honest, I'm sure they wouldn't find or compare to get the best of the ones they have there. I've been unfortunately been at the end of a Target delivery where the ornament given was broken or completely torn apart. I found what I needed but yes it did take some time. I quickly went out by doing self check out. Would I go to this Target all the time? No, but it was the most convenient and had the specific item that I wanted. This place consistently keeps outdated food on their shelves. I spend at least 2-5 minutes going through & checking dates on items I want to buy and it disgusts me. I feel sorry for people who are in a rush or are not aware & just grab expired items. The selection is not always good. The only good thing I can say is the service is usually pretty good. They need to hire a person that goes through the shelves weekly to remove expired items. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this Target. I was in the cosmetics section looking for an item that wasn't on the shelf, but the Target app showed 6 in stock at this location. I've asked employees at this store before to check the back, and they've actually done it, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I asked an employee for help, and she checked her device for literally two seconds, said "no" with no explanation, and then just looked away. No effort, no courtesy, no "let me double check" or "let me see if someone else can help." The attitude was honestly unnecessary. It felt like she couldn't care less. It's frustrating when a store hires people who don't even acknowledge customers or try to help, especially when the app clearly says the item is in stock. read more

I placed an online order for drive up pickup. I arrived 07:35am and I was not able to check in to on the app to select the function for telling them I'm on my way. The app disabled it until 08:00am. So, as soon as the app allowed me to select "I'm in my way" and then I selected "I'm here" pretty much seconds later. The order came out extremely fast with in a minute or two. However, I was lectured on how I was supposed to use the app to select "tell them I'm on my way". I explained how the app disabled the notification since the store was closed and the staff went on to explain why it was important to ensure faster service in the future. Which I totally under and agreed. However, with this situation, she needs to listen to what I had to say first and why it was not possible. Anyways, I received my products. I ordered two different items but received two of the same items. Don't they scan the products when they fill the orders? Came in today for an umbrella and left with a full cart of snacks, gifts, and kitchen items. $100.00 later and we are on our way. Oh, did I mention we almost forgot the umbrella. Target has Goldfish crackers in jalapeño popper flavor, they are good for those who only want a bit of heat. they also have other flavors too for your snacking needs. Walked around the store and found some cool mason jar lids so you can replace the lids and get rid of your old lids. Just incase they are showing signs of rust and just too old to keep using. They are airtight, leak-proof, freezer safe, perfect for storage and on the go. They come in packs of 6 incase you need more than one. Thy have their fall items in the housewares department so you can add a touch of fall decor to your home. Target had some cool serving dishes in a fall theme that would make your Thanksgiving tablescape look amazing and festive. Loved the pumpkin shaped servers with lids, copper and brown plates, and all the festive mugs for drinks to warm you from the inside. Best part they were less than $15.00. As most of you know, Magnolia House has a kitchen and housewares line at Target and they have some very cool items. Some items are pricier than others but if you look you can find something within your budget. I went with the small round wood serving board for my charcuterie needs, added a small wood bowl and white porcelain bowl to sit within for items that stain. All 3 items for less than $20.00 In the sporting department I found a really cool snow board that looked like a scooter without the wheels and for use in the snow. I had to give a 5 star rating because of the steps Target stores are taking in this pandemic situation. We visited this store couple of weeks ago and found out they already sanitized the carts and baskets. One of the team member was constantly sanitizing them so people can come and go easily. We got almost everything we wanted from grocery point of view but didn't get much of fresh produce. I believe people raid the stores for fresh produce early in the morning and everything is gone by late morning or early noon. They had a good limit in place so a single person doesn't clean out a single item and doesn't create a shortage. While check-out they had markings to ensure people stay 6 ft apart. When the person ahead of us checked out, the cashier sanitized entire area and then started checking out our stuff. I am sure other stores will also be following these protocols but Target is a hero in my eyes. Thank you for keeping us safe during these uncertain times. Never do curb side pick up from this target. They always either miss items or put incorrect items and still charge you for it. You have to waste time on the phone with customer service and then they just tell you to go into the store to resolve it. Such a waste of time. They also have the worst quality produce. My target experience was pleasant here. Queues were not long on a Sunday afternoon. Target employees also sanitized the shopping cart, taking sufficient covid precautions. A majority of isles feels unkempt and not stocked (specifically, the medicine isles were bare). The parking lot has an above average level of garbage and food debris. The Starbucks (although independently operated so not Target's direct responsibility, I think) could use improvement on the dining area feeling very run down and "out of order". Not enough cashiers. This specific Target location does an amazing job with Drive-up orders. They have always had my order ready within 2 hours and make the substitutions requested for grocery items. The employees are kind, professional, and quick. On a few occasions, I've had to wait a bit longer than usual but it's understandable due to the usual afternoon rush. I haven't been inside Target within the past year so I'm not able to speak to any recent in-store experiences. As I'm reading a few comments, I just want to remind my lovely east side neighbors that frequent this Target to be kind. We're living through a pandemic and retail stores are often down employees. Many of the employees are also our neighbors! Everyone is doing their best during a very difficult time so it would be so much better for our community if we gave each other some grace. read more

I walked to Target with my friends on Sunday to buy 2 apple gift cards for them, I have pay all of it and stuff and then when we open the gift cards it was not activated. We walked back to Target to return it because it was not activated, the employees said that we can't return it so my friend's brother have to call the number on the gift card on Monday. And on Monday when her brother call the number and it finally activated only 1 of it is working, the other one was only 25$ in there instead of 50$. The Target employees is too lazy to activate the gift cards, which is so nice that I can't return the gift cards and my friend brother have to talk to the manager himself. I'm really disappointed. But after he talk to the manager we still can't return the gift card and the manager said to call a different number. After all, I'm just disappointed in how the employees is too lazy to activate the gift cards, like it doesn't take them that long to just activate a gift card and they said that we have to wait for 1 hour until the gift cards activate, why can't they activate it right away? Plus, me and my friends who are barely teenagers can't do anything and we have to tell my friend's brother to do the work and it's not fun to do it. I come to this target a lot because this location and the location on Morrill or about the same distance from my house, so switch it up all the time. I usually just come here for toilet paper and hygiene items and Browse the food section to see what sales they have going on. In the last few years target has been getting better in the kids clothing, some of it is pretty up to date, so I my buy some clothing items here for my kids. OVERALL: It's ok...This Target and surrounding area for whatever reasons feel ghetto, but it's the closest one to my house so I go here often. The parking lot is big for sure and is shared with other businesses in the shopping plaza. But I get the feeling someone might break into my car here if I left anything showing on the seat so I try to shop fast whenever I come here. INSIDE: is your standard Target with Starbucks inside. Not a super Target, but they do have groceries like all Targets have now. Kodak photo machine to your right by the customer service desk. And and application machine in the corner. They also have machine operated wheelchair shopping carts. STAFF: whenever I do Curbside here, they are SLOW ever since the Target employees took over instead of the Curbside company staff. Twice I parked my car normally after waiting 5 minutes, walked inside, got in line at the customer service counter, and picked up my own order before they had it ready for me on their own. I get that they have regular Target online orders to fulfill and incoming Curbside orders coming in, but maybe they need more staff to make sure when a customer drives up that they're ready. Yup, 5 star review for Target! I had lunch nearby and stopped by to pick up some protein powder, vitamins and stationery. Usually the employees at Target etc are curt but this place rocks. The manager of the pharmacy section helped me find the powder and vitamins I was looking for. She must have spent a good 10-15 mts with me including doing research online and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. OK...I thought one great employee and lightning won't strike twice but....
