I love shopping at Target... the concept of shopping clothes especially at a departmental store was foreign to me until I had kids I am sure many of the parents can relate to this.. you don't want to buy expensive clothes which will be worn only for a few months...I love their in house brand and find the pricing same as some of the other brands like carters or old navy etc to name a few. What I like is the bold colors and pretty designs and kids look really cute in them. For $8 leggings or shirt likewise, it doesn't hurt the wallet either. I like this location a lot because of its close proximity to my house, well connected to some of the other stores that I would shop at along with some food options available as it is within a mall. A trip to target checks all my grocery and other items on the list.. the staff is nice, friendly, polite and very respectful. Love their customer service. By far the worst Target I have ever been too. The store was dirty...the bathroom unbelievable. The floor was covers in tissue papers...no soap. I even looked at the cleaning log and it said 11/28/22. I believe it. Ain't no way anyone had cleaned that bathroom same say. Horrible. I told the older guy at customer service counter but he said we busy, someone will get to it. I completely understand short staff is a problem everywhere...but a 15 mins huddle to clean and organize will never hurt sales. The Starbucks was slow af. He was goofing off. Poor customer service. Went there to buy an item and the website at that moment said there were 7 items available. We get there and the app says there are still 7 available. When we try to find the item see the spot where it should be, but no item. Check around for an associate to confirm it's sold out and can't find anyone. Used the touchscreen kiosk to request an associate, it cancels the request 5 times due to not being able find someone. We finally just left the store. So seeing as how the website said there were still 7 available, I did an experiment and ordered on the Target app for curbside pickup. I figured that if it's out of stock they'll cancel it. Well, it was totally in stock, because as I'm writing this, I'm in spot #10 writing this review waiting for the curbside pickup. "Great" customer service Target. This Target is awesome. It's a lot bigger than your average Target. We ate dinner in the shopping plaza and stopped here after to pick up some snacks. They have a better selection of snacks than any grocery store I've been to. They had everything we wanted but with new flavor options we haven't seen anywhere else. This location is usually one to avoid at all costs, they are perpetually under-staffed, and the lines to do anything are outrageous. However, we did curbside pickup through the Target app, and it was awesome. We got an email when the order was ready with clear instructions how to proceed. We notified them we were on our way per the instructions. Our order was already outside and ready as a result of us having notified them of our pending arrival. Verifying your order can be done with your window closed, and they load the car for you. Seamless, simple, and it keeps you out of the store. We will use this new service long after COVID if it is still available. read more

A deeply unpleasant place to shop. Half of what I'm looking for seems to be out of stock at any given time, and a substantial portion of what is on the shelves ends up being mispriced or damaged. Never anyone to help you when you need it, and yet they seem to have one employee whose only job is to lurk around discouraging people from using the self-checkout lines. For a 2-floor Target, this location doesn't actually feel like it has a lot. It doesn't seem to have as much shipment of new items in comparison to other locations. This location in particular is convenient solely because of it's location in the Westgate shopping plaza, so it's nice if you need to run in and grab something really quick. Workers are constantly sanitizing carts so they're ready for customers to grab as they walk in, which is nice. Definitely utilize the self-check out if possible as they usually only have 2-3 cashiers at a time so the line gets backed up. read more

The manager named Tomas won't help you even when target sends you broken items! I had a reference number from target Human Resources & he refused to even look at it. I would avoid this target at all cost, I'll be calling target back tomorrow about my experience with Tomas. The guys upstairs were helpful, but brought out the wrong size of product, by that time we ran out of time. They locked my fiancé out 5 minutes before closing to top off this ridiculously poor experience. Tomas maybe you should try listening and understanding your customers needs! It's shameful to let Tomas be a manager, seems like he has a bit of a power trip issue. Ever since this place was renovated it has been so much nicer to visit. The reorganization of products is much better than what was there originally. The parking lot is usually very busy and packed, so be ready to use up all your patience here. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly. Love that they have an order pickup service for when you need things in a hurry. Used it for picking up a somewhat last minute Christmas gift and it was awesome! read more

This is my local Target as I'm a fan of Target stores. They carry everything from clothes to food and everything in between. The staff here has always been professional and helpful. I spend alot of time here because well I like to spend money. I'm a big fan of the new changes that's happening at this Target. The new remodel is making this Target feel a little upscale . Something that's welcomed in this family friendly community. I can't wait to see the finished product. Something that's pretty cool that many people won't see is the gave a phone charging station. You pay and put your phone in a clear locked cubby after plugging it in and continue your shopping. IDK but I think it's cool and convenient. All in all I'm satisfied with this Target and enjoy everything this 2 story store has to offer. read more

This store has the worst customer service in the Bay Area! I returned some items and waited for my refund which never came. I returned to the store, they verified that the items were return in org packages and that no refund was issued. They told me to call their corp office. They verified that I was owed a refund and would need to goto the same store again. My 5th fifth trip their the Target manager said tht "it didn't work that way, and to call the corp office again." You can find me here late nights ;) An ex roomate stole a plethora of my things when we evicted her, so I came in with an actual purpose, not just to see what I can come across. We went up to the electronics section which for a target is well stoked with all sorts of electronics. A most amazing manager called Alice approached us a with a genuine smile and helped us find what we needed (HUGE shout out to Alice, you ROCK!!). We were able to get everything we needed to get our home put together and I couldn't be happier. They also have some pretty nice clothes here, I've gotten some shoes, ties, shirts and trousers from here. Overall; Target never fails us, EVER. We will definately come back. Great location to get more shopping done in one location. DEALS:Remember to bring your own bags otherwise you have to pay 10 cents for one. Target is getting re-modeled. I seriously had a hard time finding items and they pushed the aisles closer to each other so it is difficult to navigate. Upstairs is being remodeled too. So things are moved around there too. My biggest gripe is the line to check out. The line was inefficient. There is a target lady telling people to go to which line. Just open more registered and not club the front so people can get around to get to a clerk to check out or self service. The one thing I do want to note here is that the parking is usually not a problem but the lot is smaller right around the immediate area of the store. Target has a good concept and clearly is managed well given the stock prowess and the Wrangler jeans at $21 is a real deal! A rather large Target located in the heart of the Westgate Center. It's two floors and both are pretty large. I'm still a pretty big fan of Target especially over Wal-Mart. It tends to have a sort of organized chaos to it, and it seems to work at some sort of level. It's not the greatest place to shop, but at the same time, it's pretty cool. You can find most of your shopping needs here.
