Is it me or has this Target deteriorated over the last couple of years. This used to be my go to spot for anything! Now things are out of stock, store layout changes all the time, employees are inattentive to your needs. One time I came here to shop for a Christmas tree and I was gonna buy a pretty expensive one, but I needed help to carry it out. I kid you not I asked several employees and they kept calling other people who then ended up taking me to a manager who just said sorry we don't have anyone to help you with that. Really?! This target is a very hot mess! I know it's close to closing time however clothes is all over the floor I'm walking over stuff it. is a hot mess very disappointed. Like putting lipstick on a pig. This is my personal hell on earth. I'm rather go to WalMart than suffer the mediocre service at this particular Target. It's been remodeled. They closed the garden section and now you can only enter on the other corner....wayyyyyyy in the corner, so pretty much all parking is far from the entrance. The lines at this store are RIDICULOUS. The other day took the cake. I was in line, backed up to the next register. A lazy employee saunters past me. She then proceeds to open the register I'm STANDING IN FRONT OF and start with the customer BEHIND ME. Duh! So of course the dude couldn't get to his bags and had to practically ride piggyback on me to pay because I was in the way. When I called her out on it she gave me a blank look and a shoulder shrug. Then they had the nerve to ask me to move so he could get his stuff. Move to where? My line never moved. I was not amused. The store got a makeover, too bad the employees didn't. read more

This store is somewhat smaller than most Target stores, but it's shelves and racks are not well stocked. They do have some staff members who are kind and helpful, but the store itself leaves these employees to constantly be asked about out of stock merchandise. The store is ok, if you need a few cleaning products, basic household items. The grocery section leaves MUCH to be desired. I shop here regularly. The store is close to my place and it's always convenient to use the self check out registers! Today I was in a rush to get out and accidentally dropped my wallet ! I've definitely have been to better Target's. I grew up going to this Target & over the years, it just seems like it gets more filthier. Or at least it's not as tidy as the other locations. It's also not as big as the other ones in town. I would prefer going to the Target in Cerritos or near CSULB. read more

Without a doubt this is the most chaotic and disorganized Target I've ever been to in my life. I've come 4 separate times, things are never in stock when they say they are online. And their staff could not seem more confused when you ask them to check their inventory. Once, a young customer service rep didn't even know what Inventory meant. At this point, I only go if I couldn't find an item at Ross or Home Depot and I happen to be nearby/if I have enough spare time cause I am genuinely curious when the streak of being peak chaotic will end at this store. So far, four for four a complete disaster of a Location compared to every other Target I've been to that runs like a well-oiled machine. It kinda cracks me up. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Signal Hill, California

We love Target for affording these goods to buy. The store was normal and the parking was large enough to park more. We are comparing with other Target stores in Long Beach and Lakewood. It is located at Signal Hill, exiting at Atlantic Avenue on the 405 Freeway. We are not frequent shoppers at this one. This is not a disappointed location. The interior was nice, cleaned, organized, and free of residues. There are ample of products with goods and services. Target is much better than Walmart stores. In fact, the workers were helpful with their assistance. The team members were also helpful to clean up this mess. This store has many cashier lanes to pay their goods. The customer service was not busy and faster. The bathrooms are clean and organized. This is a good experience of Target stores. read more

Easy to get in and out of. Generally well stocked and clean. The staff is generally pleasant as well. The shopping basket attendant can stand to pick up the baskets a few times a hour, instead of once during their shift. I think I see more baskets in the parking lot than I do in the store. read more

Brought the January 2018 Tumber to the Starbucks in this Target today. The barista took my cup then told me how much total for my coffee. But I said this is a tumber should be no charge. This is my go to Target in long beach before work and after. It is big and never too crowded. You get in and get what you need and get out in a jiffy. The check out is a bit challenging because, of course, they have tons of cash registers but not enough cashiers. Other than that, the store is clean and everyone is nice. I purchased two Starbucks gift cards gave them out as gifts only to find out they weren't activated. This is such an inconvenience. I now need to drive back and attempt to get my money back since customer service couldn't do anything. Awesome workers here. I picked up a 55" TV and it didn't fit into our Hyundai Genesis Coupe, while it being 11:40PM (they close at midnight) I asked the guy if I could come back in 20ish minutes with a 4 door and he said he'll wait. I got there around 12:10 because it was further than I thought from home and they still helped me out with loading the TV into my Evo. Three guys came out to help me load the TV in!! I was in line at the cashiers and when I was putting my stuff on the belt my cashier was holding conversation with another cashier and never greeted me. I had to say hello to her for her to notice me. Her name was Adriana. After that I went to Starbucks and the cashier Jose at the time was taking to a group of people and taking a very long time with them. I had to ask if someone could take my order so I can get serviced. I don't know what was going on tonight but I was very disappointed with my visits and this is the closest Target to my house I would have to find another one to go to, this will be my last time here read more

This is on behalf of their Starbucks. They have the rudest baristas ever, one in particular, she's a bigger girl with glasses and colored hair usually in a ponytail. She ignored me as I tried to order and after two attempts of asking her if they were open she finally noticed me and scowled a rude yes in my direction. while ordering she was just muttering, giving me attitude, and barley responsive to what we wanted. Even to the point where when taking our orders she was aggressive and raising her voice at us. It was such a bad experience that she even refused to make a Frappuccino cause they were "out". How are you out of coffee, ice, and milk? Your literal staple drink? It seems like she simply didn't feel like making it since it seemed like a hassle to her. After the negligence, horrible attitude, refusal to do her job, and overall HORRIBLE experience I literally left. No one should be treated like that in customer service, makes you feel unwelcome. Customer connection is a big aspect on the Starbucks experience and it something she's overall lacking. read more

I am very picky about Targets... it's my favorite store for all my essentials but the layout and overall cleanliness and look is important because I pretty much spend an hour slowly walking around slouching over my shopping cart, so I better have a good experience. Layout is not perfect, but very closely resembles my home Target back in Redlands. So this is my new Target in my new city. Lighting could be more brighter. Parking is weird... I always see people parking on the street when they have a good amount of spaces.... but I can see where they would choose the street though.... the width of the parking lot is narrow so there aren't much parking spots available in the front... which it fills up quickly. Because many Targets do not resemble my home Target except for this one... 4 stars!!! Extremely biased right? lol read more
