Target, let's talk. You now won't let me use the self checkout with 12 items because it needs to be 10 or less. That's cool. However, when you only have 2 registers open and there are long lines, this is a problem. I used to use this store for quick shopping, but now it'll be very rarely. I don't have time for your long lines since you never have even close to enough registers for the number of shoppers in the store. Your only saving grace with me was that you had self checkout. But under 10 items? Try loosening the purse strings a bit and actually staffing people to work in your damn stores. Your lack of food selection + your horrendous clothing in women's and athletics was already pushing me out the door. Chasing me out of self checkout for 12 cosmetics is just the last straw. read more

Always have a bad experience here! Nobody around to help - they act like you are bothering them if you ask them to unlock a $200 vacuum you want to buy. Don't lock them up if you don't want to help people unlock them! They never answer phones! The selection is getting worse and worse! read more

This is a relalarger target that ive been to. They have a deli section and quick sandwiches and sushi to pick up for lunches. I went early in the morning so it was pretty clean and quiet. Self checkout is always a must for myself but the guy at pickup was pretty nice. I'll come back if im ever in the area. read more

I went to Target today as the cashier yesterday rang me up for items I didn't purchase and I don't have. This happened at the begging and the end. I told the kid at Customer service. He gets the so- called manager KATHY and Kathy was extremely judgmental and not helpful at all. I stated as to what happened. She refused to believe me and started laughing at me. Stated she need to call security and have them check it out. Yet she refused to do that. I stated you mean to tell me that as a valued customer you won't take my word. She just kept laughing at me. Target have lost my business. I am fed up with the bad attitude of this location and cashiers that can't handle a simple job. Yes I can say simple as I worked as a cashier for many retail chains. Very spacious but parking lot. Aisles are clean and organized. I was able to find what I was looking for on the Target app and it will tell me the what aisle the product is in. They have a great selections of the $5 and below area. The self check out is only 10 items or below which is something new I'm assuming. read more

This is a great Super Target. Was staying at a local hotel for a few days on a business trip and it was really convenient to run and pickup a few things. The produce was fresh, they have a Starbucks inside the store and ultimately had everything I needed. Checking out was a breeze. Overall the store looked like it had a really nice selection although I only visited the grocery section. read more

Wow, this is a really nice Super Target store! Yes the prices are higher than the Super Walmart we usually shop at, but here, you can ask help from a sales person who not only speaks understandable English, but is knowledgeable on items you ask about. The lady who served us today even walked us over to where we could find the item we were looking for. At Walmart - any Walmart! - you may approach a white skinned salesperson, but there's no guarantee you'll be able to understand their Eastern European accent, nor their understanding what it is you're looking for. Not only that, no matter what ethnicity the salesperson is at our Walmart, they usually have very low people skills anyway. Today's shopping experience was a refreshingly good one! read more

This is one of my favorite Target location.  The staff greet me as I enter the store; always helpful when needed and friendly as well.  This store always have the items I am wishing to purchase and the customer service is fast and efficient.   Very good selection of just about everything, but if you can't find what you are looking for, just ask and they try their best to help locate it. One can always find some reason to shop at Target. But I do wish for the days when stores stocked after hours or at least not during peak times: today the place was choked with dolleys, trolleys, staff sitting on the floor in the aisles. Throw in shoppers with their carts not knowing where to go around them and it was a mess. This is not limited to the holiday season but has happened before as well. I like to pick out my own items but maybe curbside is the way to go after all. read more

I am actually really surprised to see there are so many low ratings for this Target. This target is massive, clean, filled with friendly and helpful employees (at least in my experience), a nice big parking lot ( I literally never have a problem with parking), they always have what I am looking for, and last but not least they have a great beauty section! I like this Target so much I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes just to come here, it's in a great location. They're also doing a great job when it comes to handling the pandemic. I was shopping here yesterday and as I entered the store there was a employee disinfecting every cart that was collected from the cart stations in the parking lot. Furthermore, every employee is wearing a face mask, which I know gives shoppers a valuable piece of mind. When it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and always having what I need this particular Target always hits the target! read more

This Target is my saving grace. I love this target. I need something really quick? Target. The employees are nice and always helpful during returns. Most of the time they have a wide variety of different items and this target is quite big. Their app gets you up to date as to what they have in stock vs not. As for the value, yes it may be more expensive than a walmart but it's 100% worth the extra couple of cents. read more

Absolutely can't stand the new layout. Aisles are more narrow, harder to find things. Used to love coming here and now I can't stand it. Also, since they've been renovating for 2 months, they aren't restocking product as much and I can't get the things I need. Bring back the old Target please. Update - went there recently to find normal yoga tops, like a regular tank top. Their workout clothes section for women used to be great, now it's horrendous. All of the workout tops were crop tops, sheer or had weird braided material or openings in strange places. Also they had some weird furry cropped jackets in the workout section (see pictures). Not practical at all. No one is wearing a sheer crop top or a furry cropped jacket or a velour long-sleeved top to do yoga or a normal gym work out. Stop trying to cater the workout clothes to the Kardashians. It's Target - we are mostly normal people who attend yoga or kickboxing on occasion and don't want to look like freaks in class. read more

*** UPDATE *** I had a been previously denied the use of the nursing room located at this target. After contacting guest relations about the issue, I received an email from the store director that they will not be closing the nursing room or using it as storage. She will be communicating with staff to ensure they all understand that the nursing room is available to any guest who would like to feed their baby. OMG! As much as I adore Target, this store has got to be the absolute worst for customer service! I lost a target gift card I had purchased. So I called the store. Got left on hold. Got the run around. Total disregard for my complaint. Unbelievable!!! I got 3 different 800 numbers, a reference number and a confirmation number with no results whatsoever. Man do I love me a good Target run but I am a little disappointed in the remodel. Does not " invite @ me to stay longer and spend more. At least My husband is happy bout that. The aisles are so narrow and the inventory in most sections seems to have gone down. I was looking for a lazy susan for my Pantry extreme Makeover and I asked a sales person to help me. She was very helpful but said I can only get it online...frustrating cause I would have not wasted a trip. Also, Target goes thru this great big remodel and there are not enough staff at the check outs. I have to give credit where it us due... the grocery section has improved . This is my favorite Target in the area. The Wheaton County Farm location is closer to where I live, but I prefer this location. It has a great selection all around. Food (especially specialty foods that I am consistently impressed by, such as cauliflower mashed "potatoes" and a large variety of frozen fake meat products), clothing, shoes, they have it all. I love the large aisles...this makes shopping with a cart much easier. This would be considered a Super Target! They have all departments including grocery. Overall-- great store! This Target Store needs to pay more attention to their disabled clientele that needs the motorized cart. I arrived at store they had only 3 for a very large store. Two were completely non functioning and one was out in parking lot and had half a battery which doesn't last long. The supervisor/manager said they had one at help desk but it was not working. There were two more but buried behind carts and they were not going to spend the time to get one. I had to cut my shopping trip in half because with not a full battery it could stop in store and I would not be able to get help. They should see how Mariano's and Meyer handle their carts and step up and treat their disabled clientele with dignity. read more

It's Target on steroids!!! Hooray for Super Target. It's all the things I love about regular awesome Target, plus EVEN MORE. There is the usual Target options I've come to expect like Starbucks coffee and a full functioning Pharmacy as well as affordable clothing options, toys, electronics, home goods, and a health and beauty department that always causes me to essentially drop my wallet on the counter and walk away. This location also has a full grocery store and area plus a very large beer and wine section. Their $1 section at the entrance of the store is much larger than most other Target stores I've been to. This location is larger than most Walmart stores I've been to and much nicer. I only wish there was a Super Target near where I live. read more

This has to be my favorite Target that I visit and I've been going to it since they opened. I like the location of it since it's very close to my work. It's never too crowded or cramped feeling. It's actually a Super Target, with a full grocery and Starbucks, inside. The people that come to this location are fairly normal, too. Some Targets attract different crowds that aren't as pleasant. It's usually pretty clean. There are always staff out and about either stocking, cleaning, helping customers. They have a lot of hidden clearance sections at the end of aisles... so be on the look out for that, if you're a bargain shopper. The pharmacists here are all very nice and I have never had any major issues here. I have run into a couple of the checkers that were not shy about telling me how much they didn't like their job and sometimes I'd hear them tell the same story, person after person, in line. I don't expect you to be Suzy sunshine, but it's a little awkward. I just want to buy my toilet paper, not be your therapist. I've read some of the other reviews on here and their checker experiences. It's true. A lot of them have no business being checkers. This store should really look into that. Other than that though, it's the perfect Target. read more

I frequently come to Target....I'm probably here every 2 days and it's a catch 22. lol I go in for one thing and come out with 40 things instead. I'm sure I'm not alone in that. lol However, I love this story alot. I've had to use several parts of the store and I've had really good experiences with customer service here. The cashier's are always very friendly. The employees are also really kind. Whenever I can't find something, they are always willing to walk me over to the places I need to go to find what I need. At the pharmacy, the pharmacists have been super helpful. At one point, I had forgotten to get medication that I needed for my LASIK surgery so I had to rush and get the medication the day of my surgery. Well, the pharmacy did not have the medication but instead of just leaving me to figure it out on my own, the pharmacist volunteered to call all the different Targets around to see if anyone had what I needed. Because I had to leave for my surgery, they even volunteered to CONTINUE to call while I was at my surgery and then they would let my boyfriend know while I was in the surgery. I was incredibly appreciative. So I definitely love this particular Target and would recommend taking a stop here to pick up what you need while ALSO getting fantastic customer service! read more

The store is clean, well-stocked and plenty of parking. So many great quality brands to purchase with reasonable prices! A big section of clothing. I love the setup of the store and all of the accommodations they have on the inside for their customers. It's literally a one stop shop. Target really has a lot of nice stuff here. This is the nicest Target my husband and I have ever been to, in our entire lives!! Their grocery section is out of this world! And they carry all of our favorite vegan brands! They even make this fresh, avocado/cucumber sushi that we are obsessed with!! Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and helpful!! Also, very nice shopping carts. Lol! So smooth. We just moved 6 minutes away from here and this is now our "go to" store for EVERYTHING! We feel so blessed to be so close! read more

Their business practices are garbage. The online orders are packed like a toddler did it. The boxes are flimsy, broken bits of pot plants were everywhere, they pkg nailpolish with clothing, and none of the tape holds ANYWHERE on the box. My last order was only half arrived on time and the poor UPS guy asked if I wanted to refuse it because the entire contents were tumbling around the back of his truck. I refused it. Then I tried using the app for a refund and it wouldn't process it. It forced me to call their 800 number. I did. The first guy, "Alex," said if I didn't like their shipping, I "should go order from Amazon instead" and hung up on me. The second call who answered said it was the career UPS guys fault for their terrible packaging and issued only half the refund. I asked where the rest of the order was. It was days away. He didn't bother asking first and issued me a refund for that too so now that stuff wasn't coming. Then he ended the call. I tried using the app today, it forced me to go to the website and login and then wouldn't let me login without calling the 800 number AGAIN. I did. Turns out, the last guy closed and canceled my entire account. That's why my login wouldn't work. I asked who did it and why. He said the last guy forwarded the call to their internal customer service team and once that happens, it no longer ties their name to the audit list of the account so allegedly there's no trail of who did anything because there's also no notes as to why my account was forwarded internally too. With all of the online businesses booming, this is how they treat repeat customers...read the reviews on their app in the App Store too. I'm not the only one dealing with people they pay to treat customers like this. Dozens of others have had to deal with this same online shipping nonsense that's a nightmare for anyone with a household of kids. Throw in the long lines at their store (7-8 people backed up and 2-3 lanes open in all of a super target store and nobody coming for 10-15 minutes) and it's time to cut the cord. OK, I have to update my review and give them some more credit because Target came through in the storm. They looked out for their customers and besides just making sure we were herded into the back for safety, they actually were friendly and helped me pass the hour I was stuck inside while tornado sirens went off. THAT'S customer service. Now that I am more familiar with the crappy layout (I'm sorry, but if it isn't done the way the MN Targets are then it will just never be right or completely acceptable, IMO), I'm actually able to find what I'm looking for relatively quickly. So I was able to locate the two packs of facial wipes I came to get with ease. And when they did finally say it was safe for us to leave, with a courteous warning to be careful because thunderstorm warnings were still in effect, more than half the employees I saw manned the registers to get everyone out ASAP. One of the better Targets around, though the parking lot is F'd. This Target has groceries, a HUGE sale section for women's clothes, plenty of dressing rooms and I swear to you, THE BEST FITTING ROOM ATTENDANTS EVER! They let you bring as many things into the dressing Room as you want and they let you use the handicap stalls when you have a ton of crap to try on... or I look handicapped when I walk from trying to hold all the crap I need to try on. Hit up this target today when I was out in the "VILE" area. CLEAN, LARGE, BRIGHT and big, about 2-3 times the size of the target that I use in Chicago. Why the caps, well, when in suburbia, that is my impression of how the employees act (sorry, cannot. help. myself..) That being said- they did not really appear to offer anything different than my target. Sure, they had a deli (umm, no thanks), and a larger selection of fruits and veggies- but... That was about it! They just had more of everything on the shelves. I don't know. Maybe I was not in the mood, but I made it out with my normal shopping amount. I was not tempted. I did not put anything back.
