I decided to go to the counter and it was a very fast and easy transaction. The lady that waited on me was very helpful and courteous. Great customer service skills. BE AWARE IF YOU'RE SHOPPING BY YOURSELF (8/2/2020 @ around 7pm). I went to target to purchase a few items. Upon walking out, a big Hispanic guy with tattoos was washing my car without my consent. I waited 5 minutes by the entrance to see if he would leave, but he didn't. I went inside to ask security if he could walk me out, but a team member ended up walking me out instead. When we got to my car, the guy walked away and the team member left. However, I would've appreciated if the target employee stayed until I left the parking lot. The Hispanic guy came up to my window, told me to roll it down, asked me if I was deaf, and told me that I owed him money for the car wash. I don't carry cash, nor did I even give him consent to touch my vehicle. He left frustrated after I turned him down and refused to roll down my window. Not only did he make my windows dirtier, but he also scratched the shit out of my car. It's strange that he only washed MY vehicle and no one else's in the parking lot. Makes me wonder/worry if he watched me. Target - please have better safety procedures or protocols for this. As someone who is small and a woman, this is something that could've turned worse. Since Covid hit, this Target has gone way downhill. Shelves always a mess now, out of stock of items, and overall just not the Target experience it used to be. Tonight I went in to get a couple pillows. Found some marked $10, there were 2 full display rows of the pillow, both marked $10. I get to checkout and it rings up $35. I was getting 2, so $70 for 2 pillows that should be $20 total according to the price tags?! I call the attendant over, bring it to his attention and he goes over to call someone. After waiting several minutes, a lady comes over to explain that they can take $5 off max (SO ARBITRARY), but can't honor the price tag because it's too much. So I again reiterated that it wasn't misplaced, there were 2 rows full of them marked $10. I offered to show her a picture (I had taken to send my hubby) and she wouldn't look at it, simply said "do you not want them them???" OF COURSE I DIDN'T WANT THEM FOR $70 WHEN THEY WERE MARKED $20. Bad experience, not the Target level of service it should have been. Even if they couldn't honor the marked price (which they should have), the associate could have handled the matter much better. read more

Actively avoid this target location at all costs. This place is a joke. Employees are careless, rude, and lackadaisical on a good day. You'd hate to see them on a bad day. Would rather go to a Walmart at 5pm or 2am than ever have to go to this location again. They will straight lie to you to avoid doing something. Called twice and asked if their scanner on the photo print machine was fixed. Asked them to verify because I was driving across town from another location) Brookhurst's machine was broken). This is a nice Target! Despite sharing its parking lot with like 50 other businesses and restaurants, there's usually enough parking up front. The store itself is big, airy, clean and spacious. Unlike Walmart down the street (either direction), the placement of merchandise is actually somewhat intuitive, rather than being randomly placed all over the store. So you can go from Housewares to Cleaning Supplies, or Cereal to the Grocery aisle. The downside is that this store needs to utilize more cashiers near the end of the night - I like to shop at night to avoid crowds, traffic, etc. There was only two cashiers open - the wait wasn't drastically bad, but it could have been a lot better had there been more cashier staff on hand. Overall a plus though, since its so close to my new place. read more

I had a really great experience at the Customer Service counter today. Came in to return a defective watch and got helped by Izzy who was really pleasant and attentive. There was an issue processing the exchange because of an updated price change but she made sure that I was taken care of and had a great attitude throughout. It seemed like they were really understaffed for a Sunday but everyone in that department looked like they were on top of it. Appreciate the service I got here! read more

I have always loved shopping at Target, but I recently made the mistake of purchasing a $600 camera. Little did I know there is only a 30 day return policy. So if your camera stops working 1 month after that, you're out of luck. The associate in the store said I could not return it and when she directed me to the customer service number... they said the same thing. What a waste of my time. Not a single roll of toilet paper, not a bottle of sanitizer or a single tub of disinfectant wipes. A floor clerk told me they haven't had any for days. Went home and checked the website again. Always out of stock of things you need, and their shelves are not synced to where the app tells you the product is. Their low staffing might be the issue, but it's very frustrating to say the least. Ummm...someone needs to clean up the bathrooms and fix the broken dispensers. The last two times I have been here the bathrooms have been incredibly trashed and falling apart (my visits were a couple months apart too). Ordered a sweatshirt size M online had it shipped to this store. They couldn't find my order and said they lost it. I said to the clerk so that's it? She said with a blank look on her face, ummm ya I could try and find it online again a reship it? I said ya that's a good idea! But it is sold out everywhere. Also, ordered it in 2 sizes and 4 days later I got an email saying Target had to cancel the L size bc they didn't have it. They did this same thing during Xmas for a pair of kid shoes, canceled it days later bc they really didn't have it. Targets where I live are kind of bullsh*t so it was really refreshing to go to a legit one that's clean, stocked, and staffed. I was so impressed. Great sales, organize shelves, a Halloween section, and staffing of registers. We came in for some last minute Halloween items and beverages for a party and were able to get everything quickly, while at the same time enjoying taking our time looking at stuff we don't need. I am not that savvy re: computers so they sent me to customer service. Staff was very helpful. Ever since I have been overwhelmed with target ads. This Target is located in the same plaza as a Daiso and a Pieology in Westminster. It is probably better to drive over there due to the large parking lot. As far as Targets went it was pretty similar to other Targets. They had a large selection of clearance video games with good prices on them. The self-checkout functioned properly. read more

My mom bought me a gift card here and when I tried to use it. It was declined. We took it back and asked why? And they said that we already used it. It doesn't make since because I was the one who scratched off the gray material off so it clearly wasn't used. They bought it February 2nd and it was apparently used February 5th. This review is for the PHARMACY only. After tonight's unsatisfactory "customer service" I will be having my other meds transferred to a different location. Whoever the gentleman was was extremely rude. I have been standing there waiting to drop off my rx and it was before 7p. A lady approaches and he acknowledges her first and I know he saw me. He then calls me to the counter and already says we're closer soon. I don't care if you're closer soon I got there before 7p. Already irritated I asked him to speak with a manager and he directs me to Michelle who was clearly off the clock. Why couldn't you direct me to the other pharmacist??? You do realize I'm a licensed pharmacy technician too right? Go ahead look me up on the BOP I'm still ACTIVE. Plain out effin rude and even Michelle said she's off duty. This is a review about their photo center. Things could have been worse considering that they messed up on printing my photos TWICE, but I appreciated the effort the staff put in to try to get the problem fixed. Sometimes it's not the mistake that matters, it's the willingness to get it fixed correctly without giving customers an attitude that saves your business from getting 1 star. =) Here's the story. I needed head shots of my class printed and after visiting a couple of places, I decided to print them at target. I gave the online photo service a try. I uploaded 29 photos and requested to have doubles printed, which came out to about 11.02 at 19 cents each. I placed the order on a Saturday night and got a notification the following morning (Sunday) that they were ready to be picked up. Awesome. I came into the store around 12pm and got in line. While I waited, I noticed they had a sale for 10cents per 4"by6" photos. I was shocked and felt ripped off! I nicely ask the staff member if I could still get the sale price, which would cut my cost by half. He asked me if I paid for the photos already and I said no, so he proceeded to ring me up and gave me the sale price. Cool! He also told me that when an item purchased goes on sale, I can bring it in within 14 days of the purchase date and get the sale price instead. That's good to know. My photos came out to $6.26. I went in my car afterward and took a look at the photos. Sadly, I was disappointed because most of the head shots were cut right on the forehead. They didn't print right so I decided to go back in the store and ask them to fix the problem. They didn't give me a hard time. They gave me a refund and had another staff member named Stephanie help me. I gave her my memory card and she did all the printing for me and gave me a receipt and told me to come back later. Thank goodness I brought my memory card along! Thirty minutes later I came to pick up my photos. I looked at them in the store this time and noticed a picture was scratched and my total cost was not the same as before. I immediately told her of the difference and we figured out that she printed 4 of one photo and therefore charged me more than 58 photos. It was a small problem that was fixed quickly and I did get her to print me a new one of the scratched picture. All in all, printing the photos took longer than I expected, but I'm glad they didn't give me a hard time and they did fixed their own mistakes, so kudos. I would give them a 4 stars if they gave me the photos they messed up on because it was going to be thrown away anyway, and I could always use extra photos! But they didn't. I also learned to never use the online photo service because it just won't print right. However, at 10 cents a photo for 4"by"6" is one of the cheapest quotes I've seen so far! Went here on Friday because my older sister needed to buy a birthday gift for her friend. My family and I decided to stop by the Electronics section because we had stopped by the store on Black Friday (well I guess Black Thursday) but the line was extremely long so we just left. To my surprise, this Target still had iPad minis and iPad 2s on stock!!! And for the same price as the Black Friday/ Thursday deals!!! My family got an iPad and an iPad 2. We bought the iPad first and used the gift card towards the purchase of the iPad 2. The cashier was very friendly, and down to earth. Clean store too! I'm a happy camper :) read more

Now who doesn't Love Target? I do! This location is very big. It's located in a plaza and it's all the way in the back next to many mom and pop shops. Parking is good, since it's in a shopping center there's plenty of parking all around. I love coming here for all my household supplies and any other items I may need for my house. The store is very well maintained and pretty well organized. I absolutely love that they have self checkout. The customer service is good, it's nothing spectacular. Their return lines can sometimes be long but I haven't waited for longer than 10 minutes. They've also made it easier that if you lose your receipt they can look up your transaction. There is a cvs pHarmacy and a Starbucks located inside this location which is very cool. read more
