Went on a walk and stumbled upon this place. Seeing the option for ice cream on this warm evening, I took the chance and am glad I did! There was a line, which is always a good sign. The eating area was clean, and so was the bathroom. There was a cute eating area outside as well. The gals scooping the ice cream were incredibly sweet and so welcoming!

You did it! You just found a hidden gem! Tasso lives up to the hype & beyond.. Hours are limited but the options & amazing food is not! Don't blink as you drive by because it is tucked under some large trees that provide a beautiful outdoor seating area outside the cottage themed storefront. Inside smells like.. cheese, but had plenty of seating & room to enjoy one(or two lol) of the best & uniquely crafted artisan sandwiches in town. Whether you're looking for a massive sandwich stacked high with a savory combination of meats, cheese, & all the fixins, the ironically named Tasso Junior is for you Or, for a much lighter side, they have salads & plenty of interesting sides to choose from.. shout out to the smoked salmon potato salad! Or, customize your own! The lady that works here is so friendly & helpful. Go give it a try & hey.. you just might find your new favorite lunch spot! Happy Yelpin Y'all!

Had the best sandwich (Tasso Junior) here on gluten free bread! Came with a side of their kimchi slaw is so good too. Will be back!

Great little sandwich shop! We look forward to coming back when we visit the area so we can stop in for lunch. The fresh meats on our sandwiches were flavorful and moist, we love the fact that they smoked their own meat on site. We also had a great conversation with Maria, who waited on us, made our sandwiches and visited with us to get to know us a little better. Friendly, fresh and a definite try when on State St!

Food was great, fresh toasted bread was amazing, smoked meats were perfect and the service was super. We sat outside under the trees in the shade and enjoyed the entire experience only to be topped by the very tasty snickerdoodle cookie. They have indoor seating as well. Highly recommend it for a quick lunch sandwich.

Damn. This woman is an artist. I had The Devil, Super super good. She clearly puts her heart and soul into the whole operation. I dont write reviews ever but i felt compelled this time.

Love, LOve, LOVE Tasso!!! Our favorite restaurant in Eagle! All of their sandwiches are on fresh baked bread and their salads are to die for! The service is amazing and it's a small thing but shows the heart of the restaurant... they charge $.40 for a bottled water. If you haven't tried Tasso, you need to!

The Turkey Melt sandwich is amazing. I'm not even sure what all went into the sandwich, but there was a lot going on in there, and it was all delicious. Great friendly vibe here too. We'll be back!

Incredible sandos. All house made ingredients. Consistent quality. It's wild to me how there isn't a line out the door everyday.

If your coming here for the first time do not miss the schnitzel meals! It's a good hearty meal to fill a hungry belly! The pork is flattened thin, cooked perfectly and the breading flavorful and crispy. The fries thicker cut, skin on and nicely salted, yum! I had the Donor Kebab this time because I hadn't tried it yet and I have been missing out. It was really good! The mixed meat was on point and cooked just right. The veggie combinations were different then what I'm used to with kebabs but it worked really well. They had red cabbage, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and pepperoncinis. The pita was wrapped in a thin, yet thick enough wrap to hold it all together and it was a perfect compliment to this Kebab! You can also never go wrong with any sausages, bratwurst or bologna. I like that they don't have a huge menu because everything you get is quality ingredients made with care. Did I mention beer? They have a multitude of glasses and form factors to pour into. The owners and employees have been consistently very kind and helpful with any questions I have about the market or restaurant since the beginning. Speaking of the market, they have always had great and fair prices with their imported items and its one of the only places in town that has quality European dark chocolates. Definitely do not miss this stop if you like good beer and excellent food!

I checked reviews and the menu on here and was torn between a Reuben and a schnitzel sandwich. I went with the schnitzel and it is a five star sandwich for sure. A person came from another part of the building after about 5 mins... I assume that is where the sandwhiches are made. Orders were placed. I had the Brisket special sandwhich and asked for it plain... ie, brisket and bun. I was second in line and there was another person behind me and then another came in. I waited for about 15 mins. I noticed the cashier disappeared again to get someones food. Then he was chatting with some guests for a bit. Finally, he disappeared again and arrived with two orders, but it was the two people AFTER me. Another 5 minutes later I got my brisket sandwhich. Also a few other people came in after me and the same process seemed to repeat over and over... ie come in to an empty cashier, wait around in confusion. Several people mentioned it was their first time that day so maybe having a sign or having some sort of system to notify when an order is ready. It looks like the slice of brisket I got was the outside and about 6-7"s long and it was really hard, stringy and tough to chew. It would have been nice if it was chopped finely and if I could have gotten something a bit more tender. It was warmed up though. You would think this would take 30 seconds to make this sandwhich, I should have to wait 15-20 mins. The flavor was ok, but I only ate about half and ended up having to get rid of the other half due to it just being too chewy and one long piece. Parking lot was fairly full, but nice that there was parking there. The vibe was a bit weird overall as well. I don't think I will be back. I am sure they have better sandwhiches, but I just didn't really enjoy the experience and the price was above $15.
