The workers are nice here. The girl made my drink super fast, I ordered the strawberry milk tea and it's super yummy :D.. I like how the menu tells you how many calories in the drink. I like the big cushion booths- it gives a comfy place to study :)

Tastea is a tried and true boba spot! I like that they have a variety of drinks to choose from and you can adjust the level of sweetness and ice for most. You can also opt for non-dairy milk options. These guys offer a BIG 32 oz. cup, something you don't normally get at other boba shops! Sometimes they even have special drinks available for a limited time only. This particular location in Mesa has a great interior space. It has ample seating for a casual boba date with friends or a significant other. The prices aren't too steep, and the drinks are always made to my liking. They can adjust for you if needed. The parking lot outside isn't the biggest, but each time I've been here, it has never been an issue. Cheers to your boba fix!

This is my favorite boba spot in the area. The drinks are consistently good and the quality always seems solid. One thing that stands out right away is their green colored boba. It is a fun little twist that makes the drinks feel a bit different from the typical boba places around town. I usually order the Bootea Shaker and substitute black jelly instead of the regular boba. It is a great drink with a really nice balance of flavor. The inside of the shop is always clean and well kept, and the employees are friendly every time I go in. I usually order to go, but it does look like a nice place to sit down and hang out for a bit if you wanted to chat with friends. Overall this place does a great job and I keep coming back.

7.20.25 - Stopped in for drinks and snacks. I don't believe I've been here before. It's a large space with plenty of seating. The girl taking our order was friendly and everything came out pretty quick. We ordered popcorn chicken, calamari, horchata milk tea and two fruit teas. I think one was mango. I can't remember the other. The popcorn chicken was good too. Comes with a sweet spicy sauce and a dry spice dip too. I don't eat calamari but my friends liked it. Horchata milk tea was pretty good! I would get this again.

Weeee finally Tastea in Arizona! Taste used to me one of my favorite boba spots in California about 15 years ago, I know now there are so many new boba spots but I wanted to try! I got my classic milk tea, and it was so good. I just love their creamy and deep flavor of tea, and it's so good! And i got "large" and was surprised at their large is mega size lol well I liked that I got to drink more boba, but well just beware, it's huge lol And when I went there, their boba tasted like not fully cooked, it wasn't soft enough! Hope they cook boba well consistently! Anyways love it!!

Surprisingly pretty good. I'm a fan of their avocado smoothie. I'm not sure how much avocado they put in there but it feels like a generous amount as the smoothie is really creamy. I also like their fruit teas. The large is really large just fyi. I recommend following the workers recommendations for levels of sweetness, been good each time :)

I was in the area, and tried out this location. It's spacious and have a better vibe than the Glendale location. Same great service though. I tried the green mambaa for the first time. It presents well. Great tasting. But I'll go back to my chamango! I love that drink!!

The Summer Special was a Matcha Coconut drink that I was curious to try. Instead of my usual Peach Me Freezie or Matcha Strawberry, I went for the special. Unfortunately, it was more coconut than a mix of matcha. Next time, I'll just order my usual.

Who went to Tastea twice just in the last week? Me! I feel like they're close to knowing me and my order at this point lol. Ordering from here never disappoints and I love the addition of the cheese foam as a topping. Yum! I got my usual, The Unknown with boba and my boyfriend got his usual The Bootea shaker with mango popping boba and regular boba. Both drinks were perfect and of course we I'll be back.

Tastea has been a nice addition to the East Valley and to Mesa's growing Asian District. This 25 year franchise got its start in California and serves up smoothies, tea and coffee drinks. I have been enjoying coming here during our hot AZ summers for a one of their refresher drinks. This location is very spacious and has plenty of room to hang out with friends or to do some networking. Tastea has a numbers of flavors on their menu to choose from. Some of them are seasonal. I enjoyed stopping in for a mango green tea and their watermelon heaven over the summer. I don't like my drinks overly sweet and like that I can adjust the sweetness level. The staff has always been super nice whenever I come here. The parking area isn't very large and can be a little tight at times.

Stopped by Tastea with some friends after dinner during their grand opening week. The staff was warm and welcoming. I saw a sign for White Rabbit drinks and was immediately drawn to it. White Rabbit is nostalgic for me and brings back great memories. White Rabbit was a childhood favorite that I hadn't had in years. I opted for the White Rabbit matcha and my husband went for the taro fantasy both with crystal boba. Both drinks were tastea! Although I enjoyed the WR matcha, I would have preferred a stronger WR flavor. It was subtle. Regardless, I look forward to returning and trying more flavors!

I've had Tastea many times in Southern California and it had been a good experience. Trying this location here, the Peach Oolong Milk Tea had way too much sugar - the second lowest sweetness option "Lite" felt like 100% sweet at other tea locations. Tried to ask to adjust the sweetness after but instead had to pay for another drink. Tried the same drink but now with "None" sweetness level... and now it had the level of a 75% sweet... but tell me why I still taste sugar at "None" sweetness level?! I'm expecting Oolong Tea flavor and hints of Peach with 0 sugar... At least the Peach Me Sweettea felt appropriate for the sugar level. read more

The day has come. Tastea Mesa is finally open. I made a visit on their soft opening day, and everything came out perfect from service to food. I was greeted warmly bu the staffs as soon as I walked in. Always go with my usual Peach Me sweet tea, when the name says sweet it really means it's sweet. Fries and popcorn chicken were fried to perfection. For the fries I chose sour cream and onion seasoning powder, the sweet-and-sour sauce complimented it well. The portion size were generous. The karate chicken didn't disappoint, I have had better. I love how they offer a variety of spice levels. Since they are now open in my city, I can finally go back to try more of their selections. read more

Tastea is my newest addiction! The seating/chairs are all very comfortable, they have wifi, and the store is very clean... so I will definitely be back to sit with my laptop and get some work done! It's the little things and here at Tastea they know that - they greet every single guest as soon as they walk in the door... and thank them when they leave! I also saw them gladly remake a couple of drinks that weren't as ordered. I'm sure as they are open longer, they will work out those kinks, but I did not experience any issues. I ordered The Unknown and I got it hot with medium sweetness. It was just a touch too sweet, but otherwise PERFECT with the passion fruit flavor and all of those longan bits at the bottom! I will probably try the lesser sweet version next time, but this drink was still terrific! Pro tip: drink it with a straw whether you get it hot or cold so you can enjoy all of those longans in every sip! The few food items they offer all have gluten, so I will not be able to enjoy those, but I'm going there for the drinks (that are all gluten-free!) and cannot wait to try more of them! Coming from California, Tastea has always been a staple there growing up! Was excited to see another location open up in Mesa, I know they have one in Glendale too. This location use to be a tacky tiger themed boba stop. Tacky tiger has transformed into a tasty-tea and holy hell am I impressed. I ordered the oh la la, mostly because I wanted any excuse to say that to a stranger with a straight face. It was pineapple, it was coconut, it was strawberry, and as the kids say these days - it was giving. Service is good, ambiance is ok, drinks were decent. The table we waited at for our drinks was quite unstable...I only slightly leaned on it with one elbow and it lifted off its other legs, like it was getting ready to flip. The 5 other tables they have looks to be all the same type of table, so be careful you don't do what I did with any food or drinks on them because you're sure to knock everything over. Fyi, opening BOGO does not apply to coffee drinks. read more

I love Tastea and I'm so happy they opened a second location! Their menu has unique boba flavors such as the Horchata Milk Tea and Matcha Thai Milk Tea that are consistently delicious and you can't find in other boba establishments. Environment is modern, spacious, and clean - making it an enjoyable space to casually hang out with a group of friends. Additionally, service is always on point. Definitely my boba shop of choice in the Mesa area. read more

If you opt for less sugar, staff may warn you that it won't be sweet at all unless you get the pearls, which are sweetened by default. If you dined at Mensho Ramen next door, you can get a discount on your drink order at Xing Fu Tang if you show them your receipt. The shaved ice is delicious with the ice being made from frozen sweetened milk rather than only water. An order is huge and you can easily share with 4 people for dessert. The largest tables inside can comfortably accommodate a group of 4. You can easily pull extra chairs over if your group is bit larger. Service is curt, but they're not intentionally mean. It was very delicious. I also ordered the taro milk tea with boba. They really made the taro from scratch. It was definitely very different from taro milk teas I had before (especially from those that came from powder). If I ordered it again, I may up the sugar to 50% instead. Given that I already went twice, I will definitely be back to try other drinks!

Was the lychee jelly for me - it's a tablestake nowadays so wasn't pleased about that. Otherwise, the tea was good...not sure if I'll come back or wait it out until I return home.

To try for the first time, I didn't adjust any of the sweetness and has it made originally. I did find it very sweet, and in the future would probably dumb it down a little bit. I felt that there was a fairly good value for your money, and service was so fast. The gal at the counter was very patient and kind with her customers. I was recently in this plaza getting pho when the crew decided to head over to DaYung for an after-dinner treat. I ordered their banana milk tea and it was perfection. You definitely taste the banana and at 50% sugar level, it was just enough to make this drink a sweet treat. It's nice here. Service is curt and friendly, there's ample of seating, and it's a bright and clean space. Come here with family, friends, or by yourself because you won't be disappointed. I only wish they had the tomato smoothie with aloe at this location.
