Amazing!!!!!! I came during the soft opening and was not disappointed in the staff or the drinks. Staff was super nice, understanding and relatively quick. I was excited to hear that Tastea was opening up in Sunnyvale... I used to drive all the way to San Jose to get Tastea. One particular worker named Erron was very helpful and quick. He made my drink really fast and it was genuinely really good. He also asked me and made sure that I had everything I wanted and that the drink was to my liking. The way they make their drinks here is alright, not the best. I had a few occasions where they got my ordered wrong, such that I don't like my tea too sweet so I always ask for light-sweet. There were times that I had to come back & ask for them to change it. ALSO, THEY ASK FOR ¢70 TO ADD BOBA -- yes, it may not sound a lot, but imagine asking for extra money for a topping, but don't actually put it??? Like wtf? Tried this place for the first time, got the peachee lychee lightly sweetened. To me this drink just tasted of artificial peach sweetener. Light consists of 2 pumps of simple syrup and 2 pumps of the artificial peach sweetener nothing " light" about that. Couldn't even taste the black tea at all. I'll stick to Sharetea, happy lemon or teaspoons. read more

Tried oolong milk tea , matcha Thai milk tea and winter melon tea with cheese foam . Milk is good . Tea is just so so . The cheese foam is only less than 1/2 in thickness . We got Thai milk tea and Taro milk tea. The Thai tea tasted like any other Thai tea you can get outside however I was disappointed with the Taro one. It was infused with powder and I couldn't really taste the taro. There was also a powdery consistency with the milk and overall it didn't taste pleasant for the taste buds. read more

I ordered the Tiger Milk with brown sugar at regular sweetness- which was my bad- but it was insanely sweet. too sweet. the boba was not sweet at all however, and lacked the syrup-like coat. I also got the Peach strawberry tea at LOW sweet and it was very very sweet. The coconut jelly was quite good, but overpowered by the tea. this place is the worst place there could be wrt customer interaction. my friend called them and could hear the employees verbally abuse him to each other...he was calling asking about an order he placed. he hung up when he heard abusive language used regarding his call. in store the employees are rude and dismissive of being helpful. moreso, they lie all the time. wrong order? they lie and will make an excuse to not fix it. a drink that hardly is made with the right proportions? they wont even understand how to make it correctly. but more than all, the employees are such, low level, immoral, patheticly disrespectful people that this place is certainly not worth going to. christine, an assistant manager, and her coworkers try to create problems in circumstances for customers at this tastea, maybe when she and the rest if the sh-tty staff leave, it will be a start to have a real possibiliy of things working correctly fully here read more

So good! I used to go to their San Jose location and I'm so glad they opened one closer to me. I usually get the classic Peach Me Sweetea with boba. Tastes just as good as the cup I get at the San Jose store. I can always rely on Tastea for consistent quality flavor. I also love their soft honey boba. They have holiday boba right now too which is very cool! I love sweet drinks so I get the regular sweetness of their drinks but if you don't, I recommend adjusting sweetness. I got large drink and they barelyyy put any boba in my drink. Its such a large cup to put barely any boba in it. I come here specifically for the boba too because its so good. When I asked for more since they barely gave me any, they charged me $0.70 just for 1 more scoop. Not a lot. I drove to Sunnyvale from San Mateo for this. It looked like they were running out of boba so that is why they were being skimpy, but its only 12:30pm and they should have made enough for the day especially with them being open only a few hours. Finally, a Tastea near me! I don't have to drive to the Berryessa location anymore for their yummy drinks. I recently came to this Tastea during grand opening which exhilarating. All the staff were so upbeat and welcoming. I got a 32 oz Sunset Peach with crystal boba and medium sweetness which was really refreshing. I would give it a 10/10. Since it was BOGO, my friend got a 20 Thai Milk Tea with original boba and full sweetness which was the perfect drink, I am for sure getting that one next time when I come back. This team member named Jerico who was passing out the drinks asked if our drinks were okay and that if we needed anything else. Shoutout to him for clarifying, he made our experience there really awesome! Besides him, the whole vibe of this location is very driven and lively. It gets busy near its closing hours so I recommend to come during the afternoon. The staff was horrible. The guy who was taking orders had a huge attitude and seems like he hates his job and the customers. He was a skinny Asian guy. First of all, they made a mistake with my order and I had to wait for my avocado smoothie for more than 20 mins. After 10 minutes passed, I decided to step in and asked if the drink was ready, and the guy behind the counter had a huge attitude and was acting very rudely, and said "just wait outside!!"
