So I have tried the regular Caesar sandwich and the cojito- def love the cojito it's a bit of a Tex-Mex Caesar salad taste. Either way what they do is with the bread they pull the inside of the bread out and fill it with a salad, which is a sandwich portion so they don't open the bread up and slice it.
