When I told her she told me I asked for Pepsi as though I was stupid and didn't remember what I said. She then asked me if I ordered a cheeseburger special which I did not, so obviously there is major confusion happening but not on my end. She also gave me two dollars cash back because she messed up and overcharged me. All of this is fine and I honestly wouldn't mind at all, it's just the attitude that annoys me. This is an option place for breakfast, its so close to the Pacific Palms (where I workout around the property. Its a good place for that. Lots of vegetation for being in the city). So this place is down the street north of the resort. I saw that they added Vegan and Turkey burgers, catching up with the times. I've yet to try lunch/dinner here. The parking lot is small seems like drive thru might be a challenge. I always eat inside, a little dated interior but I'm not here for the ambience, it has an "A" its clean, breakfast is quick and good. 4 stars for breakfast. read more

Came here one night because I wanted to try something new. I ordered a pastrami burger at the drive through. The wait and service was fine(thats why they got the second star). I just see a hot mess when i got home and opened the bag. The buns were smashed and flattened like pancakes and everything looks like it was just tossed together to make a burger. It did not look appetizing at all when I got it. The taste was still below average. There was nothing fresh or unique about the burger at all. read more

3.5 First time here. I ordered the bacon burger with small chili cheese fries. Cashier was nice. My order was served fast as it wasn't a busy time of day 4:25pm. I can say the food was tasty. They serve the bacon burger with Lots of bacon, which is good, but I would have liked to taste the burger too. My "small" chili cheese fries actually looked like Large fries! Chili is not bad. The food is always good but the customer service is bad. Especially a young female with long dark hair that wears false lashes. She had the stinkiest attitude and was acting like she had to make the ranch on the spot upon request. She seemed so bothered to give me extra condiments. I ordered 4 combos and had asked for ranch and chiles. She gave me a small bag with the tiniest chilis I've ever seen so I kindly asked for more chilis and 2 additional ranches since she only gave me one. I mean, 1 ranch and 2 tiny chilis for 4 combos? I asked her if they charge for the additional ranches since she made it such a huge deal and she didn't even answer and cut me off asking me how many more I wanted. I gave her the stare of death and the manager was just standing there watching the whole thing. I assume it was the manager or some kind of "team leader." This place is under estimated. They have better steaks and eggs than most breakfast places. Their cheeseburgers are well put together and their chili is very TASTY. The fries are always fresh and even their coffee is good. Last time I was here a few weeks ago, the staff would bring your order to the table. Now, they just yell behind the counter. Which is a thumbs down for me. Picture is a chili cheese hot dog. And it was DELICIOUS!! The actual dog is thick and juicy and that smooth chili dripping all over, just made it perfect. This is a Pepsi place, and I wish it had coke, but no place is perfect. And speaking of imperfection, the main thing holding this little place back is the decor. Outdated!! Super out dated!! The seats are missing side panels and the flooring needs to go!! There is only one trash can and it was over flowing, probably because the busy breakfast goers. It says they open at 7am. I was waiting at the drive thru window for almost 30 mins (I was really craving their French toast for breakfast). After waiting at the drive thru speaker, I pulled up to the window and saw them see me but still no one came up to me. After 40 mins (super pissed but really wanted French toast) I got help at the window and she didn't even apologize. I guess their drive thru orders are not a priority. I have eaten here for the longest time and I can say its the best place to eat. Their breakfast is delicious the service is on point I enjoy getting ham and cheese omelet or two sunny side up eggs with ham and hash brown.I also enjoy their club sandwich with fries and chilly cheese fries. Joanne, the waitress is kind and friendly, she will make us feel at home. she always makes us feel welcomed each time we dine in and the environment is friendly. I would come here every Sunday with my family to eat breakfast as a kid growing. If we didn't eat breakfast we would get lunch the food is incredible and so is the service. The first time, the fries were cold and pretty stale, were not good at all. They hooked it up with a lot of extra fries but I didn't end up eating them. 2nd time, I ate inside with my family. A couple of flies joined us at our table, which was really nice of them but they were not invited. They didn't even introduce themselves, they just wanted our food. Rude! Hmmm what to say about Tasty Choice.. My family and I have been coming here for years! For some strange reason we don't call it by it's proper name but we call it Saint Martha's.. haha odd I know, but my mom started saying it because it's kind of across the street from Saint Martha's church.. I guess it stuck.. Anyways It's not fancy or anything but the food is good. I either get their chili burger or just a regular cheeseburger. There's just something about little hole in the walls that I seem to always enjoy... By all means this place isn't where near the best burger I've ever had, but it does the job, and I do enjoy my meals from here. The french fries are yummy! I love fat fries! Haha... The chili cheese fries here are good as well. I've never had a pastrami from here mainly because I'm not a fan of pastrami in general but my family seems to enjoy them and they do look good. I love the breakfast burritos from another place in Baldwin Park, but it's not convenient most of the time. So I needed to find some place closer. I think I've found a close enough substitute. The breakfast burritos are cheap and really big. I was full most of the day and I didn't even eat the whole burritos. Tons of eggs and potatoes, with just the right amount of cheese and some hot sauce. I got the sausage version, but for those that love sausage, they just shoved in a two sausage links in the middle of the burrito so this might not work for most. I don't know if it's because I'm white, but the customer service here is practically non existent. I started coming to this place after my work brought us some of their breakfast burritos; what a complete waste of gas and money. Each time I went here, the ladies at the drive-thru intercom and window were straight up rude. No hello, no good morning, not even a recital of the total -- all those ladies did was hold out their hand, close the ghetto sliding window, give me my change back, and made me wait around 15 minutes for 2-3 bacon breakfast burritos. The last time I went, the employees forgot (probably deliberately) to include napkins or hot sauce. So since they're professionals at sliding the ghetto window and walking away as fast as they can, I sat at the drive-thru for another 5 minutes until the heavy-set cook asked, through the closed sliding window of course, if I needed help. I requested hot sauce. Another 5-6 minutes later, the cook brings me some. I think this place blows. I'll continue to support Victor's Villa. I think you should too. read more
