Came here for sweetheart's favorite PALABOK. Still delicious garlicky flavor. Got my chicken Joy combo with crispy French fries and mango/pie. Enjoyable food! Service good, warm and friendly. Just wish the guy cleaning tables would lift chairs when moving them around instead of dragging. Very irritating and bothersome every time he was doing it and it lasted a while. Can't make a good conversation and was annoying otherwise ambience would have been comfortable quiet and relaxing. I would have given them my five but not yet. Maybe next time. I plan to be back and try their new Korean BBQ.

This Jollibee is one of the OG locations. They have since remodeled and kept it very clean. The new tables and chairs are much better than before. There are kiosks now for ordering along with the traditional cashiers. I came by recently for a quick lunch and tried one of the Jollibee x KATSEYE collaboration menu items. Staff were cool and friendly and greeted as you enter. I ordered the KATSEYE KBBQ Chicken Sandwich Combo with fries. The combo was $12.49. I did not know what to expect since I decided to just give it a try. Food was ready after a number of minutes. My first impression was it's smelled delicious! The KBBQ Sando was very saucy as advertised. First bite and I was sold! The crispy texture and sauced up chicken was bomb! Flavor was on point and overall was stellar. It's a notable collab option for Jollibee. The fries were just ok for me. I don't frequent going to Jollibee, but I wouldn't mind grabbing another sandwich again. Also, Jollibee has a mobile app to earn rewards so it's worth downloading to get some good deals!

Finally tried the Katseye x Jollibee Korean BBQ Chicken sandwich! It was good! Packs some heat (mild to medium spiciness). The sauce was yummy, not too salty. Crispy and tender at the same time. The bun is a brioche bun. It was too soft and starting to get soggy (not a fan). I also tried their fries! The portion was huge and it was nice and crispy. Flavor is on the lighter side, but I don't mind. Not too greasy either. I ordered online and got a confirmation, but when I went to pick it up, I was told there there was an issue with my payment...Turns out they emailed me about the issue, but only 8 minutes before my pick up time (I wasn't checking emails then). They had sent me a confirmation by text, so I wish they also texted me about the payment issue. Also I don't recommend using the drive thru to pick up when there are others in line. It took awhile before it was my turn. Luckily, it seemed like they had my order ready after the payment issue was cleared up.

Wanted a mango peach pie and jollibee has one with that crispy outer shell and gooey fruity tart filling. Served nice and hot. Gotta be careful when chomping in use a little caution and stick to a nibble at a time. There's also ube pie but I still prefer the fruit. Great service and always friendly, welcoming. Inside seating was perfect while we enjoyed our dessert.

You can never go wrong with the spicy fried chicken here, or at any jollibee for a matter of fact. The moist chicken dipped in gravy is divine. Literally no fast food fried chicken chain could ever top this. My go to is usually two spicy chicken, but i wanted to indulge and got three pieces. Also, don't forget to order the adobo rice AND jolly spaghetti!!! The food came out quick and the dine room was clean. Parking is shared with the whole plaza, but there's plenty.

Great place for fried chicken! There is a kiosk so you can take your time and figure out what you want. Food comes out quick and hot and delicious! Lots of parking here! I also recommend trying the Ube pie!

What can I say this time? Fast service with efficiency!!! There are 2 touch screen Order Kiosks for faster take out or dine in ! I prefer the old fashion way ... ordering from a nice cashier behind a register! With a lot of staff facilitating orders I am very pleased woth the wait time. I always crave for the palabok so when I am in the area I make sure to get me one!! No more long lines and love the improved service as well as the delicious food!!!

We've come here many times in the past and always used the drive-thru. This time I had to come down since my order was a bit more specific. I decided to treat the kids and several classmates for a Jolibee lunch at school. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I told him that I'd need each of my order to be packed and bagged separately. I also had to borrow a marker to write down the kids' name for each order. The staffs were so kind in lending a hand. I came back the very next morning since I decided to treat my coworkers with Jolibee lunch too. This time I also walked into the restaurant and ordered several buckets of chicken and Jolly spaghetti. I'm satisfied with the food quality. The chicken were all still crunchy, flavorful and warm. The Jolly Spaghetti was delicious and came with good amount of sauce, sausages and cheese. There are 2 kiosks that you can use to place your order or simply go straight to the cashier. The restaurant looked clean on both of my visits. The staffs were friendly and courteous. They greeted and smiled at us when we entered the restaurant. And yes, I did enjoy the 2 days of my car smelling like yummy Jolibee chicken!

Good quality for a fast food restaurant, but the price is way more expensive compared to other fried chicken places.

We ordered the Jollibee Holiday Feast of 6 PC bucket Treat B ($34.99) including 6 pcs of Chickenjoy Bucket, Jolly Spaghetti family pack, and 3 dessert pies, plus we also ordered drinks. (drinks are not included in the bucket deals) Their chicken legs and thighs were thick and juicy and they served very hot (be careful), the sauce was perfect with their chicken. The Jolly Spaghetti was on the sweet side and it tasted different than we had before. We used to like their Spaghetti and it was cheesy on top. They used different kinds of cheese in this family pack. We all liked their dessert pies (peach mango pie and Ube pie), I especially liked their Ube pie so much. It was a satisfying meal indeed.

5 stars to the dining crew who replaced the fries that fell on the floor. However, I am giving 1 star to the guy wearing glasses who are giving out the orders, I stood more than 5 minutes in front of the pick up corner, all that was remaining was for them to give out the fries, which was already ready but there was absolutely no sense of urgency on this crew's part instead he went to the corner to do some other thing. I used to work for Jollibee in the Philippines, I know how difficult the job is, you can definitely improve your service.

Was craving some fried chicken while at Hobby Lobby doing some shopping with the wife and saw Jollibee around the corner. Had this a while back, maybe a year ago so forgot what it tasted like. Fried Chicken wad really good, spicy over original. Didn't care for the spaghetti...little sweet. The adobo rice was yummy and went well with the chicken. Tried both Ube and Mango pie, both were pretty good, reminded me of the old McDonald pies. Only reason why they got a 4 was because no seating inside and we had to sit in the patio in the heat. I would still come back! Next time just a bucket of spicy chicken.

    Ask the Community - Jollibee

On a 6 piece can you get half original and half spicy?

    YES!

Do you still have the 10pc for $10?

Jolibee offered this on their app. Just check there.

Do you still serve breakfast? We went at 9:00am but they said you no longer have breakfast.

No. They don't have the breakfast anymore

    Is there dine in now?

Yes, they allow seating at the restaurant!

Do they fry the pies in the same fryer as the chicken or other meats?

I asked the manager the same, she said the pies were fried separately,in the frier for pies

You still serve breakfast? I don't seem to see it on the menu.

They still serve breakfast but you need to go inside to see the full menu and not the drive-thru

Since I can't eat beef or pork [hindu religion] can anyone be kind enough to let me know if they offer spaghetti w/chicken?🤔 I'll greatly appreciate your assistance!😎

You can have chicken drumstick or thigh. And the sauce has pork pre-mixed in it.

We ordered the tipid package (included large pata, kare kare without oxtail, an appetizer, rice, and your choice of pancit bihon or pancit canton) and kenchi steak. We got lumpiang Shanghai (mini egg rolls with ground pork and shrimp) and a mix of bihon and canton. Most items serve three to four people, so come with a hungry party and prepare to take leftovers home. The crispy pata (a deep-fried pork knuckle) had a lot of flavorful and juicy meat. While this dish is inherently fatty, there is still meat to cut off. The kare kare (beef chunks, tripe, and vegetables with a braised peanut gravy) tasted good. The rich flavor was also influenced by vegetables, such as eggplants and long beans. Some of the beef chunks were a little fatty. The lumpiang Shanghai arrived late into our lunch because we had to follow up with our server. While they currently charge $23 just for this appetizer, the portion size was much too small. It seems that with this specific package, you'd get a smaller appetizer portion. The bihon (thin rice noodles) and canton (thick egg noodles) pancit mix tasted adequate, and we had no complaints. I enjoyed the kenchi steak the most. This dish is beef shin topped with bone marrow served on a sizzling plate with gravy and vegetables. The beef had a thick texture, and the potatoes tasted soft and lovely. It was filling and noticeably better than the items in the tipid package in my opinion. Lastly, even though we visited around noon, they unfortunately didn't have halo-halo (a Filipino milky shaved ice with fruits and preserves) available as a dessert. At the end of the day, this is a solid restaurant with large portions and well-seasoned flavors. I definitely see why it's a family favorite for many.

It tasted like a "healthy" version of Filipino food. Still, my 83 year old Filipino Grandmother (who's now averse to too much seasoning) genuinely enjoyed this modern interpretation of pansit. I arrived at Almuchow (West Covina) on Sunday (around 3:16PM). Parking is easy. The lot is big. Surprisingly, Almuchow (West Covina) had taken over the old location of Bistro Filipino. Almuchow (West Covina) had relocated to this new spot in late December. Staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. Staff works hard. I observed how Staff worked nonstop throughout my visit. My food took 14 minutes and five seconds. Good time! As mentioned, the Longsilog ($15) and Pansit Mix ($16) appears beautiful. Although it lacks the usual saltiness & oiliness of traditional Filipino food, it felt health conscious with comforting textures. The ingredients tasted clean. The Longsilog's sausage had the familiar sweetness of the Longanisa, but it felt more comparable to a meatball/meatloaf version. The Pansit also had the wetness and length of the usual dish, but it tasted muted. Still, the food felt well-intentioned and filling. Regarding ambiance, Almuchow (West Covina) is spacious, clean, and welcoming. I appreciated how Filipino music played on its speakers. The flat screen TVs even showed filipino musicians. There's also plenty of tables and a gender neutral restroom. Overall, I had a good experience at Almuchow (West Covina). The food is a good option for customers looking for a modern twist on filipino classics. If curious and nearby, it's a decent option. 4.5 out of 5

I was bragging to my best friend about their food because we are foodie's and we love to eat. We were excited about what we were going to eat on Thursday, March 27 '26 and we had gotten there around 5:30. They close at 7 sp we had an hour and a half to eat. We ordered about 6 dishes --Pork Sinigang, Adobong Pusit, Bihon Guisado, Garlic Rice, Plain Rice, Crispy Pata , Ube Turon. When the orders came, the rice was so little, what they said was good for 2 people is actually only good for one. We asked for ice. They said they had none. not a big deal but honestly ice is a very important thing to have. There were no condiments on the table (patis , toyo, suka) etc which is common place in Filipino eateries. Around 6:30 we were being asked to finish our meal because they were "closing". Did they forget we ordered a bunch of stuff. If they are worried about their closing time, rhen please dont accept people an hour and a half before closing as you guys kmow Filipino food is not burgers and fries . You eat w little bit of everything slowly , its a cultural thing. We were again told two more times to hurry eating as they were closing. I was so shocked i coulf barely believe this kind of treatment. As a former caterer and hotel manager, we have never kicked anyone out of any establishment when they are still eating. You shut the door, you stop taking in customers but you always let the people still eating inside finish their meal, even if you had to stay behind for a bit. Another reason i took my best friend to dine rhere is because we were both so hungry and we dont do any cooking in our homes. My best friend paid for the meal --almost $150 , we decided against leaving a tip because the service was poor. The people working in the front had a less than acceptable demeanor, rushing us out of there we couldnt even finish eating. All in all, i felt embarassed in front of my best friend who treated me to the meal, when i had done nothing but brag about this place and their food non stop. I wpuld have loved to have had a conversation wirh Ms Nova Mendoza herself in person to compliment her on the amazing food but also to tell her that the staff needed further training im hospitality, customer care, and soft skills , it is their behavior and conduct which will bring this restaurant down. Please dont chase people out when they are eating. That was so poorly done.

I got the two item combo and got the pork kawali and beef tagalog. The Kawali was good. Nice and crispy and quite flavorful. The beef tagalog looked good, but I think was a little too salty and maybe the sauce was a little too tangy for me. I liked the garlic rice and the soup they give you was really good. A lot of different items to choose from. The menu boards were not working, but the worker said they charge based on whatever dishes you get and its not a set price for the combos. I think my plate of food was around $18, which isn't too bad. Filipino food is really heavy and a lot of their dishes are protein heavy. Taste was decent, but the flavor is pretty unique so it might not be for everyone. If you have a Filipino friend, maybe take them with you and they can tell you what is good and what is not good. I think I would like to come back and maybe try a few more items.

I don't usually comment about the restrooms but they were surprisingly large and filled with cute quotes all over. I can see this place being super fun for a karaoke night, family party, or for watching a big game. The portions were good sized for the 3 item combos that we ordered. I liked how they put the Dinuguan and the Chicken Adobo (forgot what this version was called) in separate containers. They also offered soup, which was very tasty, we should have gotten 2 instead of one. We also had Kare-Kare and a different type of lechon. Buko Pandan for dessert.

She ordered the sisilog (crispy pork with fried eggs), and I went with the Binagoongan talong (sautéed eggplant with shrimp paste). Both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, rich, savory, and incredibly satisfying. We paired our meals with refreshing sago't gulaman, made with tapioca pearls, sweet syrup, and Filipino-style gelatin. It was the perfect sweet, icy finish. Customer service was great from start to finish. Staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Pang Inasal did not disappoint, and we'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

It's a large-ish space, and I guess kind of like a sit-down place (not "turo-turo/cafeteria style like some Filipino joints), with a ton of Filipino snacks on the counter. Plenty of seats that have seen better days. A portion of the restaurant is covered in plastic to house some construction equipment ? I asked for the pork sisig ala carte and decided to add an order of kalderetang kambing and 2c of rice. Big mistake buying more than one entree when you are taking it home and have no clue how their food tastes. I trusted Yelp too much. . Sisig had a 1:1 ratio of meat to bell peppers. I also couldn't help but feel lile the peppers were undercooked, even raw. Maybe that was their style, but I also disliked the mayo on top. Now the kalderetang kambing had a strange fishy (gamey) smell in the car. When I tried it at home, the meat looked so red and tasted way too sweet, not at all like the Kalderetas I'm used to back home. The meat was falling off the bone soft though. This is my problem with Filipino restaurants in the US - if they can't make dishes better tasting than what I make at home (i rarely cook but im a good eater), I cannot rate them high at all. I've eaten too much Filipino food in my life to know what tastes good. I feel bad because the folks who work here/(owners?) are pretty nice and they were working on Valentines. But the current rating they have is misleading. If you're going for the big entrees like I did, and are used to Gerry's Grill type sisig, prepare to be disappointed. Yelp, you did not come thru for me this time.

Although, a lot of the skewers look kinda unappetizing... it looked like it was there for a really long time?? I was pretty basic and just got the chicken skewer and the more premium pork skewer. Honestly the chicken skewer was ok! Although, it was pretty salty. The chicken quality also does taste very basic. The pork skewer that was drenched in sauce was extremely salty. Also very tough. The cashier was very nice and friendly though!
