I got my very first tattoo here and Tolen was my artist. He made me feel very calm and assured throughout the entire time. He took this necklace that I owned and adjusted the drawing to my liking several times, and had the utmost patience. He's very reasonably priced, and does a variety of styles! If you happen to be in West Hollywood and are looking to get a tattoo prematurely or spontaneously, just know you'll be in great hands.

My phone broke, but once I got a new phone i followed up with him and informed him I no longer want to move forward with our projects.

I really wanted to utilize this tattoo place and the artist by the name of Ruben (Roob) to complete a couple of projects, but unfortunately you can't put all your eggs into one basket. I stumbled across Tattoo Mania one late night leaving work and decided to get a word done for about $200. Roob at the time of me being a walk-in, was accommodating and nice on the hands. There weren't much people around the time I walked in. I ended up exchanging numbers and reaching out to him with a couple projects I wanted to complete from the time I sent the message until the end of the year. I get off work late and thought not only was it perfect that the shop is open late, but having a tattoo artist who work late as well is a benefit. I booked an appointment with Ruben and paid a $50 deposit. I was the one who initiated paying a deposit to solidify rebooking because our initial appointment I ended up cancelling due to being sick, so I said "hey Ruben, I won't make it tonight but would love to rebook. Can I send a deposit". On the night of my appointment I confirmed hours and even minutes before to ensure that we are good. When I arrived at the shop it was 2am and Ruben was working on WALK-IN CLIENTS knowing that he as an appointment for 2am. I allowed him to finish the person but then he took advantage of my time and did another walk-in client as me, his appointment, sat there. I eventually dozed off and when I came to my senses it was 2:45am and he was working on someone. I reached out to him the following day letting him know that I was truly disappointed in his service and how he handled me being an appointment and client. He tried to offer another scheduling that DOES NOT GO WITH MY SCHEDULE which is why I made an appointment that accommodated my schedule and went with his. After this type of treatment, of course I would not want to work with someone who didn't honor me as an appointment and wasted my time. Furthermore, I went to ask for my deposit back because I no longer want to move forward with him and the job. he told me my deposit is non-refundable. Given the nature of the circumstance, a good reputable & professional artist/business/entrepreneur, would refund the money because they know they messed up. However, not in this case. Not only did he not do his job, wasted my time, and put a bad taste in my mouth professionally, he doesn't want to give me my deposit back and all of this fell on him. Why did it fall on him? Because he took walk-in clients purposely knowing he had an appointment. I was on time and waited almost 2hrs, he didn't do a job for me, and he took my money for doing nothing. This is unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Furthermore, most non-refundable deposits fall on the client if they show up late, no-call no show, or fail to respect anything of that nature. Now, Ruben and I are going back and forth over $50 deposit that I VOLUNTARILY SENT OVER as respect to his time and my dedication to make the appointment. My phone broke but I will be uploading receipts of our conversation and so forth. A simple rectifying of "I apologize for taking walk-ins and here's your $50 deposit back and I hope that you do consider me for any future tattoos" but NO. He lacks accountability, time management, respect of clients and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE. Standby for complete receipts--ones uploaded are the aftermath leading to this review.

Came here with my friend on a random night when all tattoo shops near me were closed. Parking was easy, even though it's on a busy street. Everyone was friendly enough. Prices are a bit high, but the work we got was good. The reason for the 2 stars is because I came back for a similar tattoo near the same spot I got the previous one. Not that I expected to be remembered after a month, but I thought he would recognize his work. He didn't. When I was asked how much he charged, I told him $120/$150 (I confirmed with my friend later it was $150, plus I tipped) and he told me he must've made a lot of money that night and gave me a discount because that is a $200 job. I left and went to another tattoo shop and was charged a bit less, but tipped so it came out to be the same price. I wasn't looking for a hand-out from this place by any means, but it was the principle. RIP Grandpa and Grandma

OK so I went up there and they charge me 200 to put this trash behind my ear. Look how he got to word "head" larger And more clear than the rest of the words. You can't even tell that the word "clouds" is the word "clouds". I just got through with my tattoo removal consultation she talking about it's gonna be 110 Per session and eight session. When he was making the print out for the tattoo the words got smeared he didn't even try to trace the words he just wrote in his raggedy ass hand writing. I cried for nine days because I have been dreaming about getting this since I was 16. And this is my very first tattoo. They tried to sub me in permanent ink, on my actual body. Smh

I've been going to tattoo mania for a decade. It's my favorite shop for many reasons. Rocco treats you Like you're family, all the tattoo artists have always been amazing! And I also get My tooth bling from Michelle who's the sweetest! I walked in last night and got a tiny cat tattoo and Julian was my artist. He was professional, efficient and drew the most perfect tattoo in a timely Manner. The shop is always clean and welcoming, I recommend tattoo mania to everyone! I will first say that my tattoo came out very well despite the poor customer service and rudeness I faced. These guys know what they're doing, but the bedside manner needs a revamp. When looking into the tattoo I was considering getting I asked the artist for a price estimate. He gave me an incredibly vague answer and left me uneasy to ask further. As though I was bothering him. I then picked a tattoo option from one of their designs and he printed stencils. He proceeds to tell me because I "didn't ask about the price for this one" it will be $150 instead of $200. So keep that in mind if you brave this place. I then went to stand on a box for my tattoo to be stenciled and was rudely corrected on my posture. It wasn't "can you please put your hands to the side" it was pure annoyance that I wasn't perfectly positioned with minimal instruction. The tattoo is on my ankle and when I went to put my foot up on the table while wearing my shoe I was no joke SCREAMED AT. I asked previously about my shoe and thought the answer was it was ok, especially since the table was wrapped for sanitary purposes. Once I set up at the table he began to tattoo me. I was scolded for moving (I understand the frustration) but it was involuntary. Mind you as an ankle tattoo this one was going to be painful and I was aware. The other artist working even defended me because it wasn't intentional. I was repeatedly told I would "fuck up your tattoo" and "it's hard to make straight lines when you move." Like no shit, but also there was no communication on how long, what he was doing, etc. so I was just doing my best. I repeatedly I apologized and was deep breathing and doing everything in my power to stay still and make it easy. I swear he just wanted to torture me. It was almost pathetic. Anyways, all this to say the tattoo came out great but the experience was horrendous. Really upsetting and think this place could do a lot better if they were kinder to their customers. This is a safe place for women to get a late night tattoo (or any time). The owner is a great guy and the standards for high quality work and respect for their clients are set high. I've had multiple tattoos by Tyler and I would recommend him to anyone. read more

I came here the other night at 1 AM for my late night appointment with Tolen. He was on time and ready to do the stencils which we finished shortly and we started with the tattoo. I found him on social media and I am local in the area of LA and I was impressed with his work online. I am so glad that I finally came to meet him and get two tattoos done. There was two other guys there as well and they were nice too. It is an amazing location and even better plus that Hustler is next door and a gas station in case of late night snacks or drinks if needed. Tolen finished 2 smaller sized tattoos in about an hour total I was there. I will fersure be coming back for more. Thank you so much to Tolen and Tattoo Mania. See you soon. read more

Great place ! Called in around 5pm. Was out by 8:00pm with a great 6"x6" B&W Rib piece. Tolen was light handed & extremely patient with breaks. Pricing is extremely Fair & the place is clean. Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I ubered 55 minutes to come here because they were listed as open, and when I arrived, they were closed. I wasted my money and time and whole Sunday afternoon. If you are closing your shop outside of your regular business hours at least update the public so they don't waste their time. read more

Walked in on 7/21/24 with an idea and Tolen made it happen. Service was impeccable and the quality of the art was amazing. Just wanted something simple with no reference photos or sketches and Tolen helped me bring it to life. I got a walkie talkie with the phrase "Wella Over" emitting from the speaker. My son's bday is 10/4 and he calls his sister "Wella", so it has some meaning behind it. I'm from Massachusetts, and was out visiting my buddy and walked-in on a whim. I highly recommend Tattoo Mania and Tolen to anyone looking for a tattoo and an awesome experience. read more

In my opinion i wanted to love this place. I really did. First time I came in for a lower lip tattoo and they said it wasn't sanitary. Yet not one person was wearing a mask. Fine. We all have bad nights. For some of us, getting ink is therapy. For this place it's a chance for their staff to snicker and mock you. They are condescending, rude, and inconsiderate. I don't want to know what their hygiene standards are. Maybe it's a blessing I've never gotten 24 of my tattoos there but I will not try again. Rude people. Poor sanitation and a total lack of consideration of what ink stands for. Edit: Yes I am the "drunk" girl who could come home and write perfectly coherent and cohesive sentences. Last night was not my first experience with this shop and the first time there was not a drop of alcohol in my blood. Did I use the restroom and lock the door? Yes. What egregious behavior, locking the door while using the restroom. My most sincere apologies that my digestive system is readjusting poorly after being abroad for almost a month. And I do apologize for using the restroom to momentarily cry while readjusting to the cold LA dispositions permeating from this shop. read more

I heard that this place was good so I DM'd @savage7x to see if he had any openings and to see how much he would charge for a simple sun on my arm. He was extremely rude and just responded "lol" and that he didn't want to do it because "anyone can do something like that". I know its probably not the most thrilling project for an artist but I'm willing to pay $150 for some simple lines that would only take like 20 minutes. And if you're not interested, you don't have to be a dick about it. Also - I don't know if you've ever seen simple tattoos gone wrong but I certainly have which is why I'm not having "just anyone" do it. It kind of concerns me that this guy thinks just anyone can do small, intricate line work. Sucks that this guy was an ass but I found another shop nearby with talented artists that were more than happy to take me and appreciative of my business! :) read more

This has nothing to do with the tattoo. I was quoted a price. I saw that price before I entered my ATM pin. I determined the tip based on the price I saw. I honestly didn't know you tip for a tattoo. I was asked if I needed a receipt. And I said no. BIG MISTAKE. I was charged more. I called, and I spoke to a manager and said they would figure this out. So the one who charged me called. And said that my husband agreed to a different price. But the way that it was drawn out with color is how it got tattooed, and I asked how much. Since it was my treat. I saw what was quoted on the credit card machine, and the tip would have been way more than what I put if I knew it was more. So i was surprised when i looked at my bank statement. But what can I do? My word against them, and I didn't get a receipt. I definitely know what I saw before I put in my pin. I guess that's what I get for not tipping enough. read more

My friend and I came in early one evening looking for a few small tattoos. Bless took care of both my friend and I, and she was a joy to work with. My tattoo turned out beautiful! Everyone in the shop was so fun to talk to as well. If I am ever visiting LA, I will definitely be back. read more

Some people are just angry at the world and will use ANY SOCIAL MEDIA AUDIENCE TO TRY TO SHAME "A Fuckn Rawkn Ink Parlor!" I had a huge Japanese piece done in 4 sessions! I have spent time there to just stop by to say hello to everyone working!! I also have seen drunk people turned away for be "TOO INTOXICATED", which I see as being professional!! If anyone wants to complain about a business not wearing face masks, then go buy yourself a fucking hazmat suit and walk around California!! I guess ignorance is BLISS!! read more

Had the best experience today with Dustin. He took my idea and ran with it. I'm so ecstatic with the final Result and can't wait to show it off when it heals. He gave me good feedback on placement and what he thought would stand out more. This tattoo has a deep meaning for me and he did an amazing job helping me execute it in a way that didn't seem cheesy or unoriginal. Just came back to say this experience is worse than I thought. The pictures that I showed the artist was to be done be a thin line tattoo artist. Instead of being honest and saying that he tried to convince me to get it bigger on a different part of my body. Then when I refused he said he could do it and in fact he could not. Expectations vs. reality.... AHAHA. Don't go here. I asked for a heart and the 'artist' messed up and immediately panicked. He was like, how about horns?? and a tail. Unprofessional! There's an artist called Albert Sgambati who accepted to work on the improperly done outline and a tribal star I had on my arm and he told me he would be able to cover it up and make it look great. After 3 sessions and charging me $780 my arm looks horrible and I'm basically a laughing stock. Albert asked me to leave the price on the release form blank and when I went to the shop to complain to the manager, Rocco treated me like I'm the bad guy here and told me I didn't pay $780 dollars and they don't offer free tattoos!!!! .He also told me that there's another artist who can fix the mess and I have to pay him again (He can give me a deal) to fix Albert's mess since they're independent contractors. I uploaded all the pictures and this was a really bad experience for me. They've added some reviews after mine to sugercoat it but unfortunately Albert shouldn't have accepted to work on my tattoo since it wasn't in his department (Cover up). Update: To Albert: McDonald's always hiring. Please do everybody a favor and go work at McDonald's, you have no business in tattooing. To Rocco: You need to learn how to talk to your customers. That truck drivers mouth's not gonna take you anywhere. read more

I got two tattoos by Shawn a few days ago, and it was by far my best tattoo experience. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted over text, and when I got there a couple of hours later he, already had an amazing design. I didn't even need to make any corrections. One tattoo took up most of one side of my forearm, and the other was a smaller design. Both looked sharp and had great detail. The hole thing took a little less than two hours, I was shocked at how fast and good he was. Definitely planning my next 17 tattoos with Shawn. read more

So I wandered into the gem just before midnight not knowing I'd meet this awesome artist named Rob. He was very kind, patient, caring, and passionate about his work. We shared so many stories and apparently a lot in common. I told him what I wanted and he fulfilled my vision even better than I imagined! I had an existing ladybug on my hand and wanted to incorporate it into the tattoo I wanted. He was able to do that and then some! Well worth the pain from a hand tattoo cuz it looks awesome! A little miscommunication but oh well. On top of that it's really really light so I'm going to have to have my normal artist fix it and touch it up. Then I realized the only reason I don't really care is because it's somewhere not normally visible. If it was on my arm I would be horrified. I was really nervous after having a horrible first time septum piercing where the piercer pierced my septum crooked, hit the cartilage and then blamed my nose shape. I've wanted a cartilage for quite some time so I decided to get a second opinion and I'm really glad I did. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and re-assuring. He took a look and told me I could probably get one but he would verify once he was able to check my nose. He was able to immediately determine the septum spot was higher up. This has never happened to me before where they would break, only after visiting this salon.... when i reached out to her multiple times to express my disappointment, for $150+ nails, she deflected, blamed... me? for my nails?! This was my last conversation with her. After I confronted her, she unfollowed and blocked me on social media. I just wanted a refund of the $$ I paid for my nails. As a note, when I get gel-x at Ibiza Nails in WeHo, or Nail'd It in Glendale or Pasadena - those aprex gel-x last me 4-6 weeks, even when I was moving and opening boxes. Sadly, due to how I was treated, and the state of my nails, with lumpy thick coats, and the prep/cleaning of the nails, after every appointment, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this salon.

I had an extremely disturbing and traumatic experience outside of this tattoo shop with what seemed to be the staff of this shop. My friends and I were accused of hitting one of the staff's cars outside the shop. Despite the fact that we did not cause any damage, we offered our insurance information and driver's licenses to resolve the situation amicably. However, the staff refused to accept our information and claimed that they didn't want our insurance because " it costs more money" or something along the lines of that. It felt like they were insinuating that they wanted cash or something. This was regarding the older bald man with the long white beard. When we refused and insisted on using our insurance, the situation escalated rapidly. One of the guys physically attacked my friend, punching him, strangling him and throwing him onto the street with oncoming traffic. In an attempt to de-escalate and leave the scene altogether, a white woman with gages from the shop pulled my female friend out of the car, insisting we provide the insurance information we had already tried to offer before the assault. To make matters worse, the staff were significantly older than us, while we were simply trying to cooperate and find a peaceful resolution. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It was a terrifying experience as we were not trying to get violent or physical at all and they were bullies twice our age. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to their aggressive and violent actions. Stay safe and avoid this place at all costs. Edit to respond to business owner's response to intitial response: It is quite alarming to see that instead of addressing the serous accusations and incidents that took place, your response began with "It's funny how intoxicated people like yourself..." This not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect, but also a disturbing disregard for customer safety and lawful conduct. Firstly, your immediate deflection to accusations of intoxication is concerning. Even if we entertain the idea, intoxication does not justify physical violence or the illegal removal of personal possessions. You admitted to forcibly going into the driver's pocket to acquire insurance information. This act, taken by itself, is highly problematic and can be classified as robbery. Secondly, despite your claims, we left the insurance information on the hood of the white jeep, allowing ample time for it to be noted or photographed. Your insistence on obtaining cash is highly suspicious and further fuels the notion of misconduct on your part. It's essential to underline that no one refused to provide insurance information, but rather, you refused it multiple times. Additionally, your reference to "poor innocent people" getting hurt ignores your aggressive actions. You physically assaulted my friend, as well as pulling another friend out of the car. Moreover, our peaceful attempts to resolve the situation were met with immediate aggression. It is inconceivable that you suggest any responsibility lies with us, given your swift escalation to violence. Professionalism demands that an establishment, especially when dealing with potential conflicts, de-escalates the situation reasonably, especially given the age and authority dynamics here. Your establishment acted contrary to these values, resorting to violence against younger individuals who were cooperating fully with insurance protocols. Lastly, addressing the tone and content of your response: Initiating a serious discussion with "It's funny how" is not only unprofessional, but it lacks the decorum expected from any reputable business. Such a response trivializes a traumatic experience and disregards the severity of the situation. In conclusion, it's crucial to highlight how your response and actions were fundamentally inappropriate and violent. The situation could and should have been handled with more professionalism and lawful behavior from your side. On a recent visit to Hollywood, my friends and I were accused by the staff of Tattoo Mania of damaging one of their cars. Despite having no fault in the matter, we immediately offered our insurance information and driver's licenses to resolve the situation amicably. However, the staff rejected our information, implying that they preferred cash instead, which raised serious suspicions about their intentions. When we insisted on adhering to legal procedures, the situation escalated violently. I was physically attacked by a group of men from the shop, who punched, strangled, and threw me onto the street with oncoming traffic--a reckless and life-threatening act. My attempts to de-escalate the situation were met with force. Another friend was forcibly pulled out of our car by a female staff member, even though we had already provided the requested insurance details. Despite our clear efforts to resolve the situation peacefully, the staff's reaction was wholly disproportionate and illegal. To make matters worse, Tattoo Mania's response to our initial complaints was filled with baseless accusations of our intoxication, completely ignoring their own violent behavior. They admitted to illegally going through my pocket to obtain insurance information, which is both highly unprofessional and unlawful. The aggression displayed by multiple staff members, leveraging their numbers to intimidate--significantly younger individuals--was unconscionable. As well as flashing a gun. Instead of de-escalating the situation, they chose violence and intimidation. Tattoo Mania's dismissive tone in their response, starting with "It's funny how," trivializes the serious and traumatic experience we endured. Such unprofessional and disrespectful communication highlights a disturbing lack of accountability and respect for those around them. As a business, Tattoo Mania should uphold high standards of professionalism, particularly when resolving conflicts. The actions described here reveal a pattern of aggression and unprofessional behavior completely unacceptable in any customer-facing environment. For your own safety and well-being, I strongly advise reconsidering any plans to visit Tattoo Mania. Hollywood boasts many reputable tattoo parlors where professionalism and customer care are prioritized. As a witness to the incident outside Tattoo Mania in Hollywood, I feel it's vital to share my experience to warn potential customers about this establishment. My friends and I were wrongfully accused of damaging a staff member's car. Despite having no fault, we got out of the car to see if there was any damage (there was none) and decided the best course of action was to place our insurance information on the hood to resolve the matter peacefully. The staff, however, repeatedly refused to provide their insurance details despite being given multiple chances. And kept bringing up how the last time this happened the person paid them instead, implying the best course of action for them would be for us to pay them off. I would like to reiterate that there was no damage on the vehicle. The insurance information we provided was placed on the hood for an ample amount of time, ensuring they had every opportunity to note it down. During the escalating confrontation, I asked the owner if we could review the video footage to clarify the situation. He refused outright, and in response, they accused me of lying without providing the video evidence. Matters took a dire turn when one of my friends was violently pushed into oncoming traffic. Fearing for our lives, we decided the safest course of action was to leave. As we attempted to drive away, another friend was forcibly snatched out of the car by the staff, and we were effectively held against our will. This entire incident was marked by aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the staff, who chose to intimidate us rather than resolve the matter reasonably. For your safety, I strongly recommend reconsidering a visit to Tattoo Mania. There are many professional tattoo parlors in Hollywood that prioritize customer care and conduct business ethically. So I been going to tattoo mania for as long as I can remember and out of all the tattoo artists I had in my life never came close to the work I get at tattoo mania but the only artist I truly trust is Albert sgambati. He has never failed on any of my tattoos. He did both of my arms and made an entire sleeve on both I have tattoos all over my body and the only ones I like our from Albert sgambati. He is by far the best tattoo artist I have ever met he is the most professional tattoo artist I have ever seen and his prices are awesome especially when you look at the artwork that he does. He is the only artist that I trust to allow them to work on me. I even had him do A Jesus portrait on my back and it was the best artwork I have ever seen his tattoos are the best I have ever had. I even had Albert tattoo my friends and they just cannot believe how good he is. Honestly he is the best tattoo artist and I've met many tattoo artists but nobody is as good as Albert. So basically I have had only 1 tattoo before about 6 years age and have been itching for a new one. I came across tattoo mania and read there reviews and were satisfied from the words I have read. My friend and I walked over at 1 am and I met with tony and told him I wanted a quote written on my arm and let me him do his talented magic in creating in what he believed would be best. I was sold on his first sketch. I immediately trusted him. He's 20 years experienced and extremely talented. He tattooed a quote on my forearm and it was by far more amazing then what I could have ever imagined. I'm beyond obsessed. The staff was incredibly helpful and funny as well while they intertained my friend for the next hour. Tony is the shit. And when I do decide to continue to place more art work on my body I will definitely without a doubt book it with him... All I have to say is thank you for this perfectly detailed tattoo. read more

I have come to Tattoo Mania quite a few times now. Rocco and his staff are awesome. They always remember me and my friends, are welcoming, and run a professional shop with fair pricing. I have had my tragus pierced here and multiple tattoos done by the stellar artist Kortez. He's a wizard with ink both on skin and off. I am constantly asked about my Deathly Hallows and Peter Pan tattoos he did for me. The lines are crisp, clean and the ink has stayed true, unlike a few tattoos I have from other shops and artists. several of my friends have gotten tattoos from pat odonnell but i was always unsure what i wanted to do. finally, when i was hanging out with my friend who was getting work i was talked into a custom piece. im kicking myself for not doing this sooner. great experience!the tattoo is very clean and he was very fast compared to other artists i have seen. he just drew what i tried to describe right on me with a pen! he got it just the way i wanted. the guy is a big scary looking guy but he was very nice once you get to talking with him. would recommend to all read more

Been to this shop countless times. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. This is a legit shop that does legit work. Professional, clean, and well run. This is not some tourist trap. Kortez is my preferred artist (and he is AMAZING beyond measure), but all the artists I've seen and spoken with around the shop are the real deal. They know their stuff and are always on point. I love tattoo mania rocco knows his shit and is a true artist alone with Liz, Danny,Kortez, and Kevin I've been tatted by two of them pierced by one and am going back for more! I love the originality and creativity they can bring to any piece they create or built off of .. I saw a review by a gentleman named Raymond referencing Albert. First off i've got 3 tattoo's from this guy and the work has been nothing but great. Apparently the guy got a shitty tattoo from some other guy and asked Albert to basically cover it up and fix it and he's still crying about it. Raymond- You came in there with a shitty Tattoo and asked this guy to fix it and basically did the best he could and you're still not happy....Grow up!! read more

Tattoo Mania has a special place in my heart. The majority of my body is all done by Micheal Kortez. I've been tattooed by all the guys over the course of a couple years. Fantastic shop, laid back, professional work and just great guys to be around. A lot of tattooers in LA are pretentious and rude, you'll never experience that here. I moved to a differwnr state but still fly back and get tattooed by Kortez. Couldn't give enough praise! read more

Kortez is one of the most thoughtful, creative artists I have ever encountered in the 30 years since my first tat. He encouraged me to really think about what I wanted to express, as opposed to just pointing to a design and saying "give me that one." 5 stars really does not do this shop justice. I came here about a month ago to break my long sabbatical from tattoos. I have witnessed Julian's work as he has done several of my bf's tattoos (long sessions with very detailed work) which really showed me his dedication to his craft. Mania, mental illness marked by periods of great excitement or euphoria, delusions, and overactivity. It's in the name for a reason. Go down their one night and check it out. Their is a lot of talent in this ship. Kortez is a talented artist. He has given me several Tattoos. I would recommend him to anyone and have had many complaints. read more

Got my tragus and septum pierced and it turned out fantastic. Mhystie, the piercer, is very personable, efficient, and painless......as painless as a piercing could get I guess. All the equipment was pre-packaged and sterile. I will be coming back this month to get my other tragus pierced. Would for sure recommend to anyone. read more

This is one of my favorite shops to go to in Los Angeles! Michael Kortez is an amazing artist who can do anything. I've gotten two tattoos from Kortez that I love and wish I could go back every two weeks to get more.
