I was manipulated upon arrival that I would be taken for the service only to be taken to the back and her say she was unaware of anything I was told she wasn't even aware of the correct services which is absurd. I had been following them for years and today totally disappointed me to say the least. I will not be reboooking and I do totally believe this office needs to practice professionalism and communication I traveled over 45mins for this was so excited and thrilled only to be let down way worst than being told on the phone I just would need to reschedule.

My first visit there was great. Before booking my appointment I spoke with the owner and told her I…read morewas looking for a new place to get touch ups as I had recently moved here from CA but had been getting laser hair removal for several years. The day of, she observed what I was getting lasered, circled the hair with a white colored pencil, and quoted me. I was quoted much higher than what I paid in CA but was okay with it and decided to move forward. The technician, I believe her name was Ana, did an amazing job. What usually takes 15 minutes in CA took her ~30 but her work was great! The owner told me they will check the amount of hair I have before every visit and quote me based on that. (Note: I got lasered in CA in between my first and second visit.) Fast forward to my second visit in March- the owner handed the technician a paper with the body parts I got done the first time. I assumed I would be paying the same amount as the first time since I was not given a quote. To my surprise I was charged about THREE TIMES the amount when it was time to pay. Based on this experience, I think this is a dishonest facility that is misleading and inconsistent with their pricing. I will make sure to obtain a quote prior to getting anything lasered if I decide to return.
