We are so thrilled that we went with TMC for our Friendsgiving this year. The food was great, the desserts were good, and the overall set up was beautiful! I think the service is top notch as well, I wish I got the names of the two people who put out stuff together but I sadly did not. They got everything ready by our start time and came to get everything at the end of the party. They provided us with to go boxes at the end of the night before they put everything away for us. They even cleaned up the area to make it look like a bunch of food was not just served there. CHOOSE TMC FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!! I chose TMC for my engagement party at my house for 43 guests. Georgia and her associate (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) were EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond, serving tray passed apps, created a beautiful self serve display for dinner, and left the place absolutely SPOTLESS. They even cleaned up all the plates from the dinner table and the glassware (which they did not have to do) and they set out the desserts that I bought separately. We just used TMC for our second event and I had to get on here to review them because I will never consider another catering company. They really outdid themselves and every detail was over the top and beyond what we expected. Our most recent event was a Mother's Day Brunch and the TMC team helped us curate the perfect menu. They happily answered all our questions about different food items, display, themes, flavor combos, etc. At the last minute, we had to make a few changes due to dietary restrictions and for no extra charge they added in dairy free yogurt parfaits with grain free granola and switched our donut flavor to be non- dairy as well! The homemade donuts are insanely good by the way! Some standout menu items were: the goat cheese pastry puffs--wow the perfect blend of sweet and savory. The homemade donuts (Dark chocolate and pistachio rose, holy cow). The gruyere quiche, the TMC flatbread, and the crudite hummus cups!!! They handle everything you need from set up, take down, flat ware, cute bamboo serve ware, and even have little menu item cards to display! Next I want to try one of their hot bars! Threw a casual cocktail party at my house and was looking for something different. Came across Taylor Made Cuisine's grazing table selection. Instead of having them bring in the table, I used my own farmhouse table. The photos don't do it justice. This is the 3rd time we've used Taylor Made for our Corporate event and they were absolutely STELLAR! We have so much positive feedback, and requests to use them again! We've done a couple different office events. The first time we used them, we opted for a cocktail hour- style lunch with sliders/skewers/fruit/salad/ and little bites. Our staff absolutely loved the quality and assortment provided. Last week, we hosted an event where we rented Duffy Boats in Newport Harbor and held a scavenger hunt/team building activity for staff. We opted to have boxed lunches delivered to our office, and take them in our car to the boats. The boxed lunches were perfectly labeled, and assorted into bags we could quickly label and place on the boats. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed the options and quality, and since we had extras some of our staff went for seconds and thirds! I have several staff reaching out for Taylor Made's contact info so they can use them for their own parties. We will DEFINITELY use them again. The food I picked was absolutely amazing and was too good! Every guest enjoyed it and the quality was absolutely something you would see at a 5+ star resort. This was placed indoors at a beach front condo in Manhattan Beach, CA. It just made the event enjoyable with ability to spend time with friends and family without having to cook. Kaitlyn was super friendly and helped with choosing quantity based on experience which she was right! One thing I would mention, no one really touched the roasted vegetables and mushrooms.
