Updated review: Most wasted $80 I've ever spent. My mom could give me a better massage. I asked for a deep tissue. The first 15 minutes were Jade gently rubbing her palm across my back. When asking for more pressure she said "it's the beginning". Then the rest of the massage was basically the same. The WORST PART was that my massage was incomplete. I've had enough professional massages to know that when you turn on your back, they continue to massage my shoulders, which I mentioned were tense. NO RELIEF. Waste of money. So I have been getting massages for close to 20 years now. I am pretty picky and look for good quality along with reasonable pricing, a clean environment and a masseuse who had knowledge and experience. TC Massage has done a great job on my checklist. The lady who works here is very polite, works hard and knows what she is doing. The environment is very clean, quiet, and the massage quality is very good. I go there now about once every two weeks but thinking of going once a week for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I would definitely recommend TC Massage to friends and family. I had my first massage with Jade, and was beyond impressed. I've had over 100 massages, and this one topped them all. Jade addressed all of my problem areas, and checked in to ask about pressure and room temperature, which were both perfect. I walked in feeling tense/pain in a couple of areas, and walked out without those issues. Regarding the location, it is in a nice building and easy to find. The room had nice ambience. I have been receiving massages from Jade at TC Massage on a regularly basis for the past four years. I usually purchase the 90-minute massage. I highly recommend Jade for several reasons. First, and most importantly she gives the best massage because she is a natural for finding all my knots and getting rid of them. She knows where they are just by feeling for them. I always feel much better afterwards. I have even fallen asleep during a massage session because the massage was super relaxing. Another reason I like going to TC Massage is that the office feels comfortable, is super clean and professional looking. Each room also has its own special beautiful decoration. What a pleasant surprise! Normally I'm very skeptical to try a new place with less rating but I'm so glad I gave this new business a try. After eating lunch in the east bay and shopping at the near by Stoneridge mall, I decided to get a massage while waiting for my husband. My shoulder, neck and hands has been in a lot of pain lately due to long working office hours. Before driving over, I gave them a call to make sure they had an appointment available for last minute walk in. Luckily they were wrapping up a client and had opening in 15 minutes. As soon as I walk through the door, I was greeted by Joyce. The interior was simple with flower arts on wall. The place is clean and felt peaceful and quiet. They had magazines for you to read while waiting. The bathroom was super clean. Since it was my first time here, I wasn't sure what types of massage they offered, so Joyce took her time to explain to me the different options. She then told me to take my time to decide while she get the room ready. Joyce came back in 5 minutes and I told her, I decided to get the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes for $100. Joyce walked me to the room and told me get unchanged while she wait for me outside. As soon as I layer down, I felt the bench was comfortable and warm. Joyce came back into the room, lowered the lights and started working on the areas I had pain. After a few minutes into the massage, Joyce asked to make sure her strength was good and if I was warm and comfortable. As she continues to work on my muscle pain, with the relaxation music in the background, I felt my body start to loosen up, my eyes starts to close. I called close to closing time (640pm) hoping I could squeeze in a last-minute massage before I headed out of town the next morning.
