As soon as we pulled up, it was crystal clear that we weren't welcome there. The barista was in an obvious bad mood, you could literally feel the tension coming from her - no greeting, no how are you, no even looking in our direction when she barked out "what would you like?" while carrying on with folding a paper bag and putting it away. We had to repeat our order three times (a basic mocha and latte, no modifications) for who knows what reason, but had she been looking at us, I'm sure she would have heard us just fine. She was obviously irritated by our very presence, and it was rude and uncomfortable to say the least. My husband and I sat there in awkward silence for what felt like forever. Then, another customer pulled up to the other window, the barista again didn't acknowledge them, look at them, and we watched as they looked confused like maybe that window wasn't open. If you are the owner, the girl had long red/brown hair, a nose piercing, tortoise glasses, and a distinctive 8 ball tattoo on the back of her left upper arm. Her attitude is NOT a good reflection of your business, and not what I've grown to love when visiting your stand. I'm sure you'll get the same feedback from others, especially those who visited on January 2, 2025, and if you have cameras, I suggest you review them. One person really can ruin things for everybody.
