    Banana matcha (so good)
    Rebecca G.

Great place for late night boba. I forgot what my boyfriend ordered but I got the banana matcha and I still think about it. The girl who took our order was super sweet- she offered suggestions and even said that she'd be more than happy to remake our drinks if they weren't up to par (which wasn't needed but appreciated). Cute place with games like jenga. Convenient if you're doing laundry next door!

If you're in the NOHO area, this is THE spot to get milk tea / boba. The honey boba topping is fire; nice texture and fresh. Complements the taro milk tea well and looks aesthetically pleasing once mixed in. Also tried the matcha teas. The ceremonial matcha was my favorite. Tried pandan waffle as well. Moist, soft, warm, fresh, and you can get bites of some coconut flakes. 10/10 recommend and would get again. Customer service immaculate as I didn't know what to order and the female boss baddie / friendly clerk made sure that I was well taken care of so I wouldn't be disappointed with the results. Also great spot to sit and catch up with friends over tea, board games, and foosball table. There is also a claw machine if you wanna shoot your shot for prizes like at Round Can't wait to catch up / meet up with more SFV ppl (:

First off, I highly recommend getting your boba and treats here. We went two days in a row when we found this spot bc it was that good! Holly, the owner, is awesome! Super chill and helpful and knows all the facts about everything on the menu. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. You can play jenga, a board game or foosball while you wait for your food or hang with friends. It's also chill enough to study and work at. The menu is eclectic and exciting. Real teas, Drinks , slushies, smoothies and food! Lots of drink topping items too! You get mini bobas in your drinks for the first few hours of the day and then the bobas are converted to the regular size ones later in the day. All are delicious. We've tried the following items and I'd get them all again (and have): Rose tea, the sea salt foam, a peach sprite me, a mango sprite me, green tea, aloha pineapple. All was either at zero sugar or 25% and all were yummy. There's a reward system connected to your phone number too which is cool.

I loved this place. Open late, nice music, cozy and cute inside, delicious drinks, parking lot, and the woman working was so kind. Will be back :)

So I wanted to update my review since I haven't been able to go here in a while because every time I pass by (wanting a drink) or go in from the back (unable to see the front entrance that they're closed.), they're closed.Their hours are posted on their door and their Instagram page as well as Apple Maps and yelp. But they're never open at the time they say they are. They apparently open everyday at 12pm yet when I try to go or pass by the store they're closed. My boyfriend and I tried to go yesterday around 5ish and they were closed (shocking). I called them while we were there waiting outside to see when they would open because we were willing to wait but to my avail, no answer. After he dropped me off, on his way home they were suddenly open. Today they had posted in the morning saying they would were having a thanksgiving BOGO offer from 12pm to 7pm but when we went around 12ish they were closed. My boyfriend messaged them and they said to him something along the lines of "some staff should be there soon, please call the store ahead of time if you'd like a drink." Why is it our job to call THEM to let them know we want a drink at the time that THEYRE supposed to be open??? I don't think that's how a business is supposed to run... a little weird in my opinion. I also messaged them (again because they had never responded to my message from yesterday) and they told me that "the morning staff should be there by now or any minute by now," encouraging me to call the store even though they never answered when I did yesterday. I had also asked about yesterday and curious why they were closed in the middle of the day. They told me there was a sign on the front entrance apparently stating why they were closed. They had run out of boba. But again on my boyfriend's way back home he saw they were suddenly open. For a place that is so social media oriented you would assume they would at LEAST be posting updates on their story or whatnot. Even today when they opened later than the time they were supposed to. A simple update saying they're closed because they ran out of boba or opening a little later etc would have been much appreciated. I used to love this place. My boyfriend and I would go several days in a row just for the staff interaction but as they grew and more employees were hired that hospitality and familiarness disappeared. They aren't consistent with their opening times and if 12pm isn't a good time for them to open consistently everyday as they say they do a simple update to their store hours wouldn't hurt.

Twice in a row now I've shown up during business hours when it's not a holiday and they're closed. Today is Wednesday, I got there about 4:25pm, and everything is locked up and lights off. I could hear the phone ringing inside. They advertise that they're open everyday until 11pm with weekends closing at 12 midnight. I wish the hours reflected more honestly.

Cute and charming boba shop with a huge selection of drinks (and snacks) to choose from. There are milk teas, slushies, smoothies, lattes, lemonades, and even mojitos, which sets it apart from the average boba shop. Plus drinks come with a little plastic handle which makes it easier to carry on-the-go. I ordered a pink guava mojito with lychee jelly topping, and my boyfriend got a honey oolong milk tea. My drink was super refreshing, love the minty and fruity notes. His drink was good, tea is definitely strong. We got 50% sugar but we recommend 75%. Note that asking for no ice is +$1 charge. I adore the cozy, fun atmosphere going on in the shop. There a cute arcade and board games to play, fun decorations for Halloween, and overall, it has a lovely, mom and pop shop charm to it that big commercial boba chains lack. Good service as well, staff is very accommodating and welcoming. There's street parking and also a little rundown lot in the back. We didn't have a hard time finding a spot. Definitely coming back again to try their other flavors. Highly recommend this shop!

I'm always on the look out and supporting Asian owned businesses, so it was a nice stop to pick me up a quick drink and snack. First of the space, it's spacious and long. It's great place to hang out and play some games and enjoy some nice refreshing drinks, not so many tables and seating. Their menu is big and have so many type of drinks and flavors to choose from. I ordered the matcha milk tea with boba, it wasn't the green color i was looking for, it was light/pale and boba was a must. The drink was decent for me it maybe a little bit milkier. I got to try their pandan waffle, which i did like. It was crispy and soft and fluffy on the inside and love the flavor. I would go back and try their other drinks if I'm in the area! There is parking at the back but can easily be packed from the other businesses on this strip.

This place is super adorable! It's was one of the only boba shops open late in the area so we stopped in and the vibes were good. There's lots of little free games they have for you to play while you wait for your drinks. They also have a pretty big menu with lots to choose from. We got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the blood orange tea with aloe and both were delicious. I loved the blood orange tea, it was very refreshing, sweet and definitely gave me some energy. The service was also great, the girl helping us out was very sweet! I'd definitely recommend this place.

I am guilty like we all are from time of sacrificing quality for convenience. We see the chain boba spots and pull over because they are close and the names are recognizable. However when I really want to reward myself I go with the Tea Bag Tea House. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly . Beyond that most importantly they knowledgeable about and proud of the products they serve. So if you're in the area and you have a craving for boba then make sure to stop by!!!

Really great drink menu, I was pleasantly surprised! I wish they had crystal boba but aloe is a great alternative. They have parking in the back or street parking in the front. They also offer Asian desserts and snacks like pandan waffles. My favorite from their menu are the mojitos and the Yakult. Inside they have games set up and even a cute mini basketball set up. This is a great cafe and the inside feels so comfy. I highly recommend coming here! Service was quick and I like how they tape a handle on your drink

Omg this place is so cute ! The drinks were so delish especially on a hot day . The server was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on my drink . They have many lights hanging and Jenga to play and I loved that since I came with a baby and a two year old so they were busy playing with the jenga blocks . We got drinks fast . Maybe they can add a little shelf with more games . Loved it will be back !

    Salted banana matcha latte.
    Cristen F.

I came in and got the salted banana matcha. It's sooooo good. I got mine with oat milk and the cashier let me know the topping/cold foam had dairy (which I was fine with). The banana was super flavorful and the salt was also noticeable which gave it a really nice balance. I forgot to order mine with boba or mini boba but I will next time. There is a parking lot in the back which was very convenient. Inside there were games in the tables which looked fun. It also looked like a decent place to work. The music wasn't too loud. I'll be back!

The t'ube only had a very slight hint of ube and was very bland. The banana pudding had the banana taste and was sweet but I just wasn't a fan. The buko pandan tea with boba was also not to my liking. However boba was fresh and just the right amount of chewy goodness.
