So good! The food has been great every time we've gotten it! We tried their Kombucha and their matcha mint frost, delicious.

Our first time there and I would say it so basic. We order a few drinks. The tea is so plain just like you brew the tea and add milk, sugar into it. I order freeze me strawberry with almond frosted and it tastes just like strawberry smoothie that you can get at McDonald's or In and Out burger all they do just add some almond slices on top. The nice lady at the register was so helpful because it was mine and my mother-in-laws first time there. I got the london broil bowl with chipotle ranch and brown rice. It was very good! I would give 5 stars if your customer service was better. One of the workers lied to us saying that it'll be 3 days till drink stamps come in, then when the Asian girl worker came to take my other relatives order she gave us stamps! (props to her!) Tea is good, food not so much, saw a female staff member remove her mask to talk with her friends while behind the tea prep counter and leaning over counter. She later grabbed a cut strawberry with her nails and brought it to her friends as such. They also got their food faster than anyone else and the portions were bigger. I had previously taken my Mother there for dinner she had the chickens salad I the Salmon salad with roasted veggies on the side... besides the little dead lettuce pieces I found the chicken was rubbery the Salmon was old and over cooked But the Roasted veggies took the cake on disgusting!!, they were so old and shriveled they should have been thrown out at least 3 hours prior and Tasted like fish nasty fish they put them on the salad not on the side allowing the taste to transfer and they were barely warm. No clue what fresh mean to them??? We called talked with a manager she gave me a credit for "next time"... reluctantly we went back about a month later and earlier in the day. Once again Tea good, we ordered the mango pork bowls moms with brown rice and salad mine quinoa and brown rice. The gentleman who we saw his bowl claimed it's was great ordered it constantly ours did not look a full as his, pork was okay, they hadn't pre-washed the quinoa prior to cooking so it's natural chemical tainted the rice rendering It inedible and difficult to digest (it's there to make animals sick so they can't eat it) the Salmon and Chicken was so horrible there's no way I would ever try it again, so I tried the "fresh roasted veggies" which were better than last time yet the fishy flavor still persists. The lack of hygiene was deplorable and so non-shall-on they didn't even care people were watching. The chick-filla that opened up has taken over the parking lot, many spaces were closed and unusable, their traffic was crazy and nonstop and distracted by their cellphones and hunger made crossing dangerous. read more
