I had to place two separate orders because the maximum is 20 drinks per order. Ok that's fine.whatever I arrive to pick up and they are nowhere near ready. On top of that he wanted to charge me $10 for a catering box. I'm like just throw it in a whatever box that you get supplies in. No can do. He proceeds to bag them. 30 of them. In bags... Doesn't help me to my car, which is literally 10 steps away from their door. Deliver them to my customer to find out he didn't put any straws in the bags. My daughters loves boba guys. This was my first time. Can't say I would be tempted to come back to support this location.

Service was fine and the shop itself is clean and cute, which makes it a decent spot to stop by if you're already in the area. Overall, not bad, but not memorable either.
