Great quality tea and good variety of options. The service was good- came out quickly. The shop clean and organized. Go grab your drink and walk around the mall.

This was maybe the best fruit tea I have tried - I ordered 0% sweet pineapple green tea. It tasted perfectly (I like drinks less sweet), refreshing, and natural fruit. The mini boba added some nice sweetness and soft chewy texture. It was so nice on a hot day - located in Stanford Shopping Center. The shop itself is tiny with no seating and it was busy with customers ordering on the IPads and waiting outside. Absolutely delicious!

Good Taiwan tea drinks. I appreciate that Wanpo offers pure teas, milk teas, and fruit teas. We enjoyed the Xuanqiao green tea and the Tieguanyin tea latte with nice & soft chewy boba. Like most tea shops, you can control the amount of ice and level of sweetness. Order at the kiosk keypad and pick up when they text you. Easy. I appreciate this shop at Stanford Shopping Center, and the benches outside the shop to rest with our drinks.

Matcha brown sugar milk tea with boba

I had ordered the coconut purple rice taro milk at the Wan Po Tea shop in Millbrae and it was sooo good. So when I happened to be on the Stanford campus the other day, I made my way over to this location and was hoping to order the same beverage. Unfortunately, they were sold out of it, which was a bummer. So I ordered a matcha brown sugar milk tea. And though the beverage looked good, it was severely bland in flavor. The matcha was mostly watered down and there was very little brown sugar taste in general. Thr boba itself was fine -- not too chewy and not soggy either. But overall, this was a very disappointing $9.78 beverage! Staff were not friendly -- did not bother to greet as I walked in, and mind you, this is a very small shop. You would know when someone walks in and stands there to place their own order on the monitors. What's so hard about saying, "Welcome! Thanks for coming in"?! If you want flavor, you better head to the Wan Po shop in Millbrae. Though customer service is lacking there as well.

stopped by this boba shop after walking around stanford shopping mall. came in with low expectations due to the reviews but the team this past week really pulled through with our drinks. they were so delicious! i would 1000% recommend this spot. still thinking of it a week lata~

Nothing special but it gets the craving satisfied. You order by a kiosk but there's only one. It can be a wait when people in front take a long time to order and the line can build up pretty quick. I do appreciate it being close to the parking lot though and once orders were placed, they were ready pretty quick. Tips: Use Snackpass app to order ahead and "pearl" is the smaller boba, while "boba" is the regular sized boba.

This place is super cute. I loved the decor and the fact that it's literally just order and get your drink. I tried a Taiwanese milk tea and I got boba in it. I liked it but next time I would get it 100% sweet. I normally get an earl grey milk tea. There were a lot of choices and I couldn't decide which one to get. There is only a screen to order and didn't really have anyone to ask questions.

I've walked by Wanpo for years, both this location and the Cupertino one. The girlies wanted boba without going too far so we stood in line for kiosk ordering. Silly me, I already had the Snack Pass app and could've ordered ahead! Drinks: Guava Jinxuan Oolong + Aiyu Jelly Hot Taro Milk + Boba & Oatmilk Coconut Purple Rice Taro Milk Kumquat Lemon Tea + Aiyu jelly I got no sugar in the guava and I'd get it again with at least 25% sugar. The Aiyu jelly did contribute to the sweetness. Less ice wasn't enough so I'll order regular next time. I'm glad they had hot taro milk since one of my friends was craving this with boba. The shop itself is kinda small, no wonder the order kiosk is outside. There's enough waiting room inside for maybe 4 people. Better to wait outside for a text stating order's ready.

My family and I were craving boba tea on the hot afternoon. The line to the one kiosk wasn't too long, but unfortunately we had never been there before, so my kids and I had to scroll through every. single. page. (SORRY PEOPLE BEHIND US!!) I thought the drinks were delicious! The price was a little steep, with extra costs for milk alternatives ($1) and jelly, etc. The wait for our order was probably 15 minutes. It felt like an oven inside, and there was no greeting or customer service when you enter, so good thing we didn't have a question or needed any help. There were many drinks lined up on the counter. It was really hard to tell when your drinks were ready, so people weren't picking them up. I loved my matcha brown sugar boba tea. Yummo with 50% sugar.

its nothing too special, so i wouldn't go out of my way to get it, but i'd stop by again if i'm in the area. you order outside on the kiosk, and can either wait inside for your drink or stay outside until you receive a text. i did the latter and got a text pretty quickly, and was pleasantly surprised when i entered the tiny shop. IT SMELLS SO GOOD IN THERE HAHA.

Overall: D // 2 stars Sandpaper aftertaste comes from their tea, unfortunately. I found the tea too strong, overpowering the guava fruit flavor, and quite drying on the mouth, which are both unpleasant attributes. Located in Stanford shopping center this place is a good place for your boba fix. It is close-ish to the parking lot to run in and grab boba quickly and the service is fast. You order from the kiosk so you don't have to talk to anyone and then go inside and it's really small but you just pick up. The pearls here are really good and taste super fresh. The tea itself is pretty good also and I will keep coming back when at Stanford

Good boba shop! No seating inside, they just have a touchscreen kiosk to order from. Is poet small in there, so I'd recommend waiting outside if it's too crowded. A tip is that the "boba" topping is the regularly sized tapioca pearls that fit in a large straw, while the "pearl" topping are the smaller tapioca pearls that you should probably also use a big straw for. Drinks were out fast (5 minutes) -- I got the Tieguanyin Milk Tea with half sugar, and it was good with a decent flavor from the tea.

Jasmine Milk tea with boba: I feel like I have to break this review down into two parts because both were on different spectrums. for the Tea: this was excellent. The jasmine flavor was perfect with high quality jasmine tea flavor. The tea was smooth and perfectly sweetened. The initial drink was definitely lived up to the hype. HOWEVER: Boba: ABSOUTELY DISGUSTING. This was by far the worst boba I've ever had. It was mushy and all stuck together like a clump of snot. The boba was totally overcooked and literally stuck into one big piece. I never sucked up individual bobas through the straw and instead it came up stuck together and came all at once. It was worse than the instant boba you can buy in stores and make yourself. Some people may argue that "this is a tea shop not a boba shop" well it's on the menu and I ordered it so they're responsible for the quality of everything on their menu. My friends told me that "in China, they actually serve boba with it and this shop went rogue and is selling it." Again, if it's on the menu, it's fair game to factor in to their review. Overall, the tea is excellent but don't get it with boba. The boba is complete trash and a disgrace to boba. Moreover, if I'm just paying for milk tea, it's not worth $7+.

I visited on a Sunday evening, and there were a couple other customers, but it wasn't too busy. The store has a whole wall of fun snacks/merch, including Cheetos and aardvark-holding-boba stuffed animals. You can either order on a kiosk or with an actual employee. After we ordered, our drinks arrived in minutes. There's no seating in the store but plenty of random chairs/benches outdoors. My go-to drink is the strawberry fields, which features any milk of your choice and strawberry puree. I absolutely love how refreshing this drink is. On a hot day, this is the drink that I crave. The strawberry puree is perfectly sweet but not overpowering. When you mix the puree with the milk, it makes for a creamy, satisfying sip. I would consider Boba Guys drinks quite reasonably priced, especially given its location. There are some extremely pricey boba places in the Bay, but in my opinion, Boba Guys surpasses most in quality, taste, and price.

We tried the Grape Tea with Grape Pulp and Green Tea Jelly and Strawberry Boba with 25% sugar and 0% ice and found it to be plenty sweet. The two kinds of toppings were great and provided a little chew - I really liked that the jelly wasn't too sweet and had a light tea aroma, and that the strawberry boba was chewy and reminiscent of the mochi bits you can top your froyo with. Price is pretty typical ~$7.50/drink. The one con was that the drink was served in a paper cup which made it hard for me to ratio the toppings and drink accordingly - at first I couldn't find any toppings, and then I ended up with a bunch at the bottom after I'd finished the drink.
