The tea is too sweet and the boba does not taste fresh. Good variety here but definitely not as good as TeaZenTea on the other side of town.

I'm very excited about this place. The atmosphere is very inviting. The drinks are great. The egg rolls are addicting!

Love, Love, Love the mango smoothies from here and I am not a smoothie person. Winnie the Pooh is pretty good too, I have had some others teas that weren't my favorite and oddly I had tried my friends chrysanthemum tea and it was delicious, I ordered one the next day and it was not good and tasted different. First time coming to E Tea. I came with a pretty big party & ordered in separate. But the drinks are good, fair priced & theres a variety of flavors and combinations you can choose from. Unfortunately, they were out of the bottle with their logo on it but we were able to try the Rose Milk Tea (which was so good), the Winnie the Pooh (which looked really good, was just too syrupy but tasted decent) and the Coconut Paradise (which is a fancy version of Piña Colada w lychee jelly, was really good & really coconuty). I would come here again, but if you're coming in a big party, just keep track of your order since they dont put drinks from the same ticket out at the same time. read more

I waited 45 minutes for my boba and they switched my order with someone else, so I had to take their order which I did not enjoy. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quick place to get boba from. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. The boba wasn't even that good. read more

For the past 6 times I've been here I always ordered a roasted oolong creamer which is supposed to come with boba and coffee jelly. Only once out of those 6 times have I actually gotten both toppings. The tea flavor wasn't that strong today either and the pearls were hard. I always preferred this place over teazen tea since it's closer to home but now the drive to teazen tea is worth it. The cashier today also didn't apologize for getting my order he just said "oh that's what you wanted" but at least the barista apologized for their mistake. Sandwiches are mostly stale hard bread and veggies with small specks of meat not worth $5 in my opinion but I guess I can't compare to more Asian populated cities like San Jose where you get more bang for your buck. Always a long wait too here whether there's a line or not. I was hoping they would be more stable and consistent by now but I guess it's just not gonna happen. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. The two young ladies working on 1/11/19 were pathetic. I asked for a mocha. It took almost 25 minutes. They had to call the manager to see how to make it. Turns out, they put straight coffee in it. The one gal asked "do you want chocolate". I said "a mocha is espresso, steamed milk and chocolate".she looked at me all confused! She squeezed some syrup in it and handed me the lid They didn't use any machines. There were no sounds. Not sure how this place will last. It was awful. I would not tell anyone to go here! read more

I came here 2 weeks ago. I ordered 2 drinks. I assumed it must be the owner that made my drink. He was blowing his nose before he made my drink! And he didnt even bother washing his hands after!!!!! I've come here many times now and they're great but this is just not okay!! Every time I go in they are always out of something. I've tried to order the green Thai tea twice & it wasn't in stock.. so I asked for a bottle which is advertised on the menu & they said they ran out.. They have items on the menu that aren't even sold anymore which doesn't make sense! Already thats two things and they were out.. Although. Drinks are so tasty & staff is very nice and usually quick so that's a plus, just wish they would update the menu, keep their foods and drinks, toppings, etc. Stocked and not run out of things so much. The other day, I tried to order a sandwich but they were out of meat, I understand once in a while but it's constant! Also the older man never wears gloves, I see him touch food and even make sandwiches without them. I love this spot but I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth it. read more

This boba place is selectively okay. After giving this place many chances, it really comes down to who serves you. Sort of a boba snob so it's not fair to judge E Tea against spots in the Bay Area, but it's one of my go to places of the 4 around Brentwood. But it really is just a hit and miss with both the food and the drinks. Started coming here since their grand opening. FOOD: First time I tried their viet sandwich it was served on a really white square French baguette bread. Either the teenager didn't know how to make it or I'm assuming they ran out of the roll it's actually made with because that wasn't your typical bread. Bread was rock hard and was really small so It seemed overpriced, but it didn't taste all that bad. The menu didn't say it includes pate so I asked to add it. Gave the place another shot got the roll with pate. The bread was better, bigger, softer and the right roll. Who seemed like the owner made it and it turned out 10x better. A few times I've asked the worker for pate and they said it's included, even tho the menu doesn't list it for #2 however I did NOT get pate. I've also ended up with a sandwich that had barely any slivers of meat. Taste wise, their viet sandwiches are pretty good when nothing's missing. Owner has never made a mistake on a sandwich so pretty much unless the owner makes your sandwich, you'll end up with a sad sammy. DRINKS: The toppings here are really good. Can't speak for all of them, but I haven't came across a topping I ordered and didn't like. However, sometimes your drink with get a lot of syrup or liquid from the topping. They don't drain the scoop too well so it tweaks the flavor of your drink. Had to try a handful of drinks to figure out which ones are consistently made well. Boyfriend got Thai tea once and it started separating and got all weird. The Hokkaido came off more like coffee than tea. Princess Rose tea is on the sweet side but really good. Guava tea was no bueno and the ice cream float was okay. Roasted oolong creamer tasted rather chocolatey and more coffee than oolong. Their house black milk tea, matcha green tea and Winnie the Pooh are pretty bomb. Those 3 are consistent no matter who makes it. The option of getting the bottle is cool. You get to keep it and comes with a lid. Overheard the worker tell a customer that you get 10% off if you bring back that bottle for your next order. Overall the place is spacious, two tv's, two consoles and couches. Your typical boba card/board games you'd see at any other shop. The staff is friendly they always greet, but hopefully overtime the workers get a little more practice to get it down. Want to give 3 starts but they're new and have gotten better & I haven't received any attitude from the workers so I they earned 4 compared to all the other tea spots around town. If they blasted K-Pop I'd give them them 5. read more

really great location with easy parking. clean building inside and out. inside is well air conditioned, seating for many, two tvs for entertainment while waiting for a drink. the manager henry was welcoming and recommend his personal favorites. drinks made quick and tastes excellent. a unique spot that separates itself from quicklys. 5/5 for me read more

I love love E tea theyre so awesome the employees are super duper nice recently left my wallet and a customer gave it to them, I called to make sure they have it and they do! luckily E tea employees are heaven sent, went back there and got the wallet back. Nice atmosphere and great people...the kids love it. If you don't like the big gummy boba, try substituting the popping boba. The drinks are yummy but they are not consistent in strength over different visits-sometimes mild and other times very strong. Definitely worth trying if you are looking for an alternate to coffee. My only complaint lately is the fried food odor that permeates your clothes. read more

Decided to try this place due to the great reviews. In all honesty, the flavors of their milk tea and food seem just okay. Maybe specifically for this area it's better than most places, but definitely not great by average Bay Area standards when it comes to boba and Asian food. My boyfriend and I tried their "roasted chicken banh mi sandwich", the chicken was definitely not "roasted" and was certainly plain deli meat that came from a supermarket. While the bread and ingredients inside the sandwich was fresh, it was a disappointment that we paid $5.50 for a homemade tasting sandwich. We also got a fresh taro king milk tea with boba. The flavor was good and I appreciate that it wasn't too sweet, but the milk tea was a bit grainy and the boba itself was a little overcooked and not bouncy/chewy. What makes this place stand out is that it's a great place to hang out and chill while enjoying your drinks/food. We did not have a problem with unfriendly staff, everyone greeted us when we came through the door and bid us goodbye as we left. Unfortunately, we do not think we will be back soon because while the ambiance is good, their drinks/food is pretty average and not worth the drive for us. read more

Been here a few times and pretty good experience! However when I ordered a sandwich a few weeks ago around the evening time the girl who was making it did it really slow and I did let the cashier know I was in a rush and I ended up having to wait at least 10-12 minutes. I've had sandwiches before made by a young man and usually the one who makes me a sandwich was a young girl during lunch time and they both make it really good! However the slow girl made me an okay sandwich, had better ones before. Other than that I truly recommend coming here and the drinks are very good! read more
