Last week my husband and I went to E Tea after a long exhausting day & the tall pretty brown girl (don't remember her name but it started with an N) at the cash register turned my day upside down! Her customer service and genuine smile made me forget whatever it was I had going on. I came back the next day and she remembered our names and drinks! This is by far my favorite tea place, probably ever. I've been driving by this place for the last month waiting waiting. Finally I saw the open sign lit up from Balfour and couldn't wait to try it out. There's not many in Brentwood compared to other places in the Bay Area so I was excited. I was very impressed, the Mango was so fresh and delicious. Everything about this place was high quality. My 2 favorites are Mango Enjoyable and Carmel Milk Tea. This place is so good I literally crave it throughout the day. They've only been open a little bit of time and I already have a collection of their glasses in my cabinets. I was waiting & waiting & waiting with excitement for this place to open! We're nearby regularly due to The Little Gym. So today was the day, finally! We got there around 530pm and as I ordered , the lady at the counter tells us they've run out of boba! Awww man we were totally disappointed, but that's ok. I told my daughter who looovveesss boba to get rainbow jelly instead. (Crisis averted) I ordered lavender milk tea with coffee jelly.. I love love lavender, but this drink wasn't that great. Not something I'd order again. My daughter had a strawberry fruit tea.. and geeezzz it was waayyy tooooo sweeeet!!! That was a no go!!! She ended up picking out the jellies and tossing the rest. Based on those drinks alone 3 stars because my lavender was bare able. Oh there's a sign outside that says " free fries with any order of tea/drink" but they aren't honoring it yet apparently as they aren't serving food yet.. so maybe take the promo sign down until you can actually offer it. Same people, so I'm thinking the name change from E Tea to Teaspot is more of a chain or licensing thing. Menu items are the same, they've walled off an area for karaoke, still have a video game system out, couches, and the ol' Jenga set. read more

This is the first time I've been to E Tea in Brentwood and I must say that I was extremely satisfied . There are many drink options both with whole milk and soy or Almond milk . There were also different banh mi to choose from . I loved the Passionfruit slushie that I had , I chose lychee jelly and strawberry popping boba as my toppings. I'll be back definitely read more

I'm here at least 2x a week. Not only is the boba good, but the vibes in there are super chill. It's a welcoming place that's nice and big and has really comfortable couches. I was there with my friend for two hours just sitting watching Devil Wears Prada and playing Connect 4. One of the worker's even gave us free food because it was super slow and they were testing out new flavors or something! read more

I find the workers to be approachable while my friend has enjoyed the games the offer. I would say that I do enjoy their milk tea as other stores have yet to impress me the way E tea has. A definitive pro is the reward program for continued patronage. This is the closest bubble tea place we have so that on its own is good for me but I have to say I was very impressed. The space is really open that can accommodate a lot of people and has two large TVs. Their menu has a pretty decent variety of drinks. The Fresh Taro King is the best taro tea I've ever had. If you like Vietnamese sandwiches try this place. If you never had a Vietnamese sandwich before you are missing out. The bread it's amazing. It's crunchy yet soft. The meat it juicy and the topping are so fresh. Brentwood needed a place with this type of sandwiches. Now the tea is good. Some of my friend don't like cause they say it tastes like flowers. But I happens to like that. But if you don't like that;Try the mago icee. The place is nice. I just don't like that there's couches ,just cause I think they may get dirty soon and that will be an eyesore. The service is ok but they still need to work a little bit more on that . Milk tea was very good. Customer service was horrible. In fact it was so bad I will never return. I walk in and go to the register to place my order. A young girl slowly walks over and then looks down at her cell phone and begins to text message. After she finished I had been standing there for about 2 minutes without a single person acknowledging me. Another customer walks in after me and heads to the register to order. The owner(?) is screwing around with the register and ignore the customer for at least 3 minutes. No one acknowledges her. No wonder this place was empty. I love this place! First timer here, & I totally wish this place wasn't 45 minutes away from my house just so I could be a regular. The place itself is fairly new, but no aspect of it is really disappointing besides the limited flavor selections compared to other boba franchises. Despite the limitations, the flavors are a wide variety, & do not disappoint. Their drink sizes are larger than average, have their own unique shape, & even has the cute, aesthetic bottled glasses option. The inside of the store is modern & chic, including board games, a playstation system, & two televisions. Drinks were good although overpriced. Food was a huge disappointment. We got the bahn mi which was pricey for Vietnamese sandwiches. But I ordered the chicken sandwich and it wasn't even Vietnamese chicken, it was lunch meat chicken. We also ordered popcorn chicken which took a long time to come out. We were so disappointed that they weren't even deep fried popcorn chicken like most boba places sell, it was the kind you can buy at Costco and it seemed like they just heated it in their toaster oven or something. The portions were so small for $5,....I really felt robbed after seeing what we paid for. You can get twice as much at Quickly and it tastes 100xs better too! I have been anxiously awaiting E Tea's opening, no joke I was circling the parking lot a few days a week in anticipation. Alas! They have opened, and we have been here 3 times in the last two weeks! The drinks and boba are fresh and tasty, the decor is nice, and the place itself is really clean! (I hope it stays this way.) I've tried this place out twice. During summer I tried them out and the taro was so chunky and thick, the boba was okay. Yesterday I got the taro sago milk tea which was okay but the boba was hard & sweet. My friend tried the Hokkaido MT & the egg pudding was flavorless and had a mustard yellow color to it. All in all I would probably only return to try their food, I just hope they will improve over time. read more

They have really good boba options. The guy behind the counter (owner?) was super cool. Offered to make an off the menu option of fresh honeydew boba. It was really good. We were a regular because this was the only place where we could find matcha milk tea. Everytime we went here we had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to get our order. Mind you this is the same whether busy or not! I don't understand why it is as slow as it is. We eventually lessen our visits since we didn't like how we had to wait so long. We decided to call in orders, but the manager would say it's kind of busy right now it'll take 15 mins. When we arrive they are either just about to make our order if not even starting on our order. Another instance, my husband calls in an order and was told it'll take 30 mins. He was shocked but decided he could run errands and then pick up the drinks. He takes about 30mins to run errands walks into the store just to wait a whole 15 MINUTES more!!! So he's done with this place but I still went. Lately, I've been coming in probably once a week. All of those times--- they've ran out of boba or only have boba enough for 1-2 drinks. WHAAAAAT??? A boba store that DOESN'T have boba! OMGGG! They now serve breakfast options and yummy Vietnamese sandwiches. The taro is indeed fresh. It has little bits of taro in it. Caramel milk is super sweet, but the hubby loved it. Rose lychee tasted mostly like lychee and had a very subtle taste. Would not recommend. Almond Queen is my current fave. Service was ok. The menu on the wall is huge and plenty of seating, like 4 couches and a TV. I'll be back. read more

I've been coming here for a while and never had the time to make a proper review. Let me start off by saying I am so glad they are located in Brentwood. It's much closer to my usual place I used to go to and closer to home (I live in Discovery Bay). You go inside, it's very homey. Couches, tvs, consoles and games to play - it's such a nice place to chill and hang out with friends. I've never had milk tea as good as E-Tea. You can taste the freshness and quality of the tea. My favorite drink is the Fresh Taro King. It definitely is King of all milk teas in my book. It's just so fricken fresh! Service is great whenever I come through. It gets a little busy at times but that's what happens when a business thrives and I'm happy for them. E-Tea is definitely my go to boba spot whenever I'm feelin it. Keep killin' it! read more
