Strawberry Bingsu (my friend got the bigger version in the back)
    Sharlene S.

Went here after coming from KSpa nearby. Friends wanted to get some bingsu before going home after an outing. There's only been a few times I've had bingsu but this one?? Oh my god.. it was THE BEST! It was so smooth and the strawberries/syrup was so fresh. It was the best sweet treat to have after a long day. My friend got the matcha one (not pictured) and that one was lovely as well. Once I had finished mine I realized I should have been like my friend in the back and got the large size haha. Will come back the next time I'm in town!

Parking: easy in lot behind store Service: quick and casual though inconvenient that napkins were only provided on request; water available for self service was appreciated Vibes: spacious with plenty of seating and modern decor Dessert: injeolmi bingsoo - plenty of mochi on top though $1.50 to add red bean was hefty for small size served in a cup so would recommend just getting a large that includes it; bingsoo texture light and fluffy, red bean not too sweet, plenty of injeolmi powder for good flavor

Cute coffee shop with great drinks and eats. I had: 1. Strawberry Matcha 2. Sunset Mango 3. Dolce Latte 4. Einspänner Latte 5. Mochi Injeolmi Croffle 6. Taro Bingsoo 7. Vanilla ice cream

This place has both coffee, boba, and desserts. Have it all. They taste ok. Coffee is ok. Strawberry yuzu is ok, didn't really taste yuzu other than a hint of aftertaste. The croffle is big and flaky, depends what kinda texture you like. We got cookie and cream flavor, so they have oreo pieces on top. The cream is sweet and kinda loose. The shaved ice is sooo sweet. We originally ordered strawberry flavor but they were out of strawberry, so they offered to either have it without the fruit or get another flavor...without the fruit it'll be just ice and sweet! We didn't really want another flavor so panic-mode we pivoted to matcha. Well it's not bitter. 3 drinks and 2 dessert + tax + tip came out to 50 bucks. They have seats and tables. Most of people I see are with their laptop hanging out for a few hours solo. I'm probably the only group chit-chatting, but luckily it didn't feel dead quiet inside, so it didn't feel too awkward. Not too many crowd on weekend afternoon. They have dedicated parking lot, shared with next door businesses.

I was in the Orange County area and craving bingsu, so I decided to stop by Teaish & Coffee. I was not at all disappointed. We ordered a strawberry matcha bingsu, which only comes in the large size, and it came out fairly quickly. The bingsu was so delicious. To begin, the 'ice' base is made with milk and condensed milk, which is the only way that I like my shaved ice. The matcha flavor of the milk/ice was a bit more subtle, but you could certainly taste it nonetheless. It paired well with the matcha ice cream and sweet strawberries. I do wish that the bingsu came with additional toppings, such as mochi, but it was still tasty. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dessert, and I will likely return if I am in the area! The worker was also very nice and sociable!

Normally don't like milks in my matcha so I asked if they can make it with just water. They accommodated. Got the dirty matcha. Also you can add more caffeine which is perfect cause I needed the extra kick

HIDDEN COFFEE SHOP GEM in Buena Park Teaish & Coffee is a cute, cozy coffee shop , where you can enjoy some coffee, tea, boba, pastries and desserts. They also have a variety of Croffles and Bingsoos. They add housemade fresh purées in their Matcha drinks. The Strawberry Matcha is a favorite!! Love their affogatos! The Matcha with Matcha ice cream was delicious!! Their Ham & Cheese Croffle and Cookies & Cream Croffle were heavenly!! The Strawberry and Taro Bingsoos were so fluffy and light!! Melts in your mouth!! Loved the toasted coconut with the Taro Bingsoo! Casey, Drew and Monica had wonderful customer service!!

GET YOUR ASS OUT THE HOUSE AND COME HERE INSTEAD!!! This is our third time coming here and it never disappoints! We usually get coffee and matcha here but we wanted something more fruity today. Refreshing drinks, delicious snacks and a spacious seating area :)) The workers are also very very nice and sweet. Pro-tip: Parking is in the back!! We got the Mango Peach Fruit Tea w. Green Tea and a small Mango Bingsoo (Not sure if this is Seasonal) Mango Peach Fruit Tea (75%) - 8.5/10 A perfectly not too sweet fruit tea perfect for the summertime. Would recommend trying this if you want a refreshing treat for yourself. Small Mango Bingsoo - 9/10 If you dont wanna share, their small portion is perfect for you! Also very refreshing in the heat... Honestly cant go wrong with this option ALSO IF YOU WANT TO TAKE AESTHETIC PICS FOR THE FEED, this place is perfect!!

Food: I ordered the Strawberry Bingsu (9/10) I asked for extra condensed milk which made it better. I've had better bingsu spots, which is why it's not a perfect 10, but it was still really good. The ice was soft and fluffy, like fresh powder. Service: 5/10. I think there was only one guy working, which explains the slow service. He was handling orders, making the bingsu, and preparing drinks--definitely seemed short-staffed. Ambience: Just okay. I've been to cuter tea/bingsu spots, but it wasn't bad. The space was clean, and when we went in, there were only two other tables, so it wasn't busy.

I loved the interior and the overall vibe, but the food and drinks were mediocre. I tried the mint coffee, expecting something similar to the mint mojito from Philz, but it was nothing like it. It simply tasted like iced coffee with mint syrup, and the sweetness didn't blend well with the minty flavor. The strawberry croffle was disappointing--there was only a small amount of strawberry, and the texture was soggy. I will go back to try their bingsoo and will update my review.

    Mochi Injeolmi Croffle, strawberry bingsoo

A pretty small cafe with a few tables and seating but not the most spacious or comfiest. strawberry bingsoo: 6.8/10. strawberries were fresh and delicious but too much cream on top of the bingsoo making it more sweet. Would prefer it without the cream. mochi injeolmi croffle: 5/10. I loved the mochi bits but there was a caramel drizzle on top of the croffle that was very overpowering and way too sweet.

This is a hidden gem. The mango passion fruit tea and strawberry bingsoo were delicious and prepared perfectly. Staff were attentive and helpful with recommendations. Ambiance is cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Happy New Year everyone! My family and I were in Buena Park enjoying a fine lunch and the sweet craving hit. Something not too cloyingly sweet but something with a light and fluffy texture...why not bingsu, a Korean traditional dessert? Yelp led us to Teaish and Coffee. Despite the name not mentioning anything dessert related, we pulled up into the nondescript parking lot behind the eatery. Once inside., we were pleasantly surprised with the decor. White walls adorned with flowers and tea pictures--quite welcoming and warm. The front has a beautiful, mint and gold counter. My kids wanted strawberry bingsu and the adults ordered the injeolmi bingsu. The strawberry was beautifully presented with a ring of strawberries. Injeolmi is made from soybean powder offering a slightly nutty taste with a texture of mochi. Both were delicious but had a bit too much flakes and shavings, not enough milk ice sorbet. All-in all, a wonderful treat in Buena Park!

The matcha strawberry yogurt iced drink was good, but I would probably not get it again because it wasn't too sweet and I do have a sweet tooth. However, I ended up giving it to my sister and she loved it and drank it up within 10 minutes. It's located on the first floor on the in between "halls". The times that I've gone there have been quite busy, very surprising for a place that used to be super dead, and even now with more businesses, I still see a good amount of people dining in for their bingsoo. Service is decently fast. There's seating inside and outside, but it's SUPER limited. You might have to take it to go and go into the food court seating area or to the lawn stairs area. Because of the number of customers, it weirdly gets warm inside and it can get messy and dirty. As expected of trash cans filling up, dessert melting and getting everywhere on the tables, etc. So just keep that in mind. I'm unfortunately super biased due to Sul and Beans and that's been my standard since it's the first and closest Korean shaved ice to me. For our visit we got the Melon Okbingsul. We got the cup size since this was more than enough to share with 3 people. All of the toppings are on top. It's cantaloup balls with condensed milk, vanilla ice cream and cheese cake bits and a raspberry. All the toppings are at the top, so with the limited amount of space, this might make it tough to evenly distribute things out without using a separate cup or spilling it over. It's literally smooth shaved ice that's being carried by the toppings all on top. It's no interspersed or that unique in comparison to other bingsoo I've had elsewhere. Now with more emerging eateries in the Source, there's more options out there for dessert.
